Went here on a free evening in Tokyo. The restaurant is inside the Conrad Hotel. They have two options, 9 or 12 course menu. I went for the 9 course menu. The food has a strong French inspiration. The chef is Japanese but trained in France. The tasting menus cover small courses but they are all very tasty. The night I was there I had Salmon and dried cauliflower Canapés Amuse Boucher Foie gras Seared scallops Wild salmon Venison Soufflé Pear Napoleon You can get it with a wine pairing that includes 5 glasses of wine, which I judged to be too much. I decided to go with one glass of white and one red. They have a great wine selection as well. Overall a very tasty meal with wonderful presentations. The restaurant has great view and it is a great ambiance for a date, informal business dinner, … Definitely trying it again.
