Buffalo Wild Wings

I wanted to like this place. Considering I have not been to any location in quite some time, I was not pleased. Our server seemed nice but also what she asked and said felt forced. When we did see her that is. After an hour we finally got our food, after someone who I’m assuming was a manager spoke with us. All in all the food was less than mediocre, poor service, and untimely food service. We will not be going back.

Where do I start. So so bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
My husband and I have eaten in the store once, and it was an okay experience overall. Food was meh, and it had more of a bar feel than a restaurant, but it was your standard chain restaurant experience — not terrible, but not great.
On our second occasion, we called in an order for pick up. The person who took our order was not familiar with the menu at all, and we were placed on hold no less than THREE times for her to check if the kitchen could make something… that was on the menu. After placing our order, we drive down to pick it up, and there are 3 employees up front and not ONE person looks up or tries to help us. After waiting a few minutes for them to notice us, then politely saying «excuse me, I’m here for a pick up order,» they deign to pause their conversation to grab our order from the kitchen. After we get home, we notice that all three of our orders are wrong: my brother’s black and blue burger is actually a cold chicken sandwich with blue cheese and lettuce (what?), they gave us onion rings instead of fries, and my hummus plate is missing the hummus. Wooster has limited dining options to begin with, but we definitely wont be eating there again. AVOID unless you’re there for the booze.

It’s BWW. Great for beer and wings, especially if there is a game then it’s great to watch. I’ve been to a bunch of BWW’s, this isn’t one of the better ones. The service is average and the layout isn’t great.

Great experience! Fast and friendly service! Bridget was our server and she rocked! Food was good and we got to enjoy Sunday football every direction we looked!

One of the worst food place options in Wooster. Ive been four times in three years… I give up. I had wings boneless and regular both are undercooked. The chicken is always veiny/​chewy. The fried pickles are way to grainy and gross. This place manages to always be entirely to slow to bring food out. The last visit my food made me sick not sure if it was undercooked or someone was just ill in the kitchen. The bar tenders are average and not extremely nice. I love the vibe inside, great décor and nice tvs across the dining rooms. I encourage you to go check out the place to watch a game or two but sip on a soda drink and
just buy the sauces… cook your own chicken properly its way better! Oh there is one black server there he is pretty easy on the eyes and a very kind spirit.

First time here was one of the best experiences I have ever had at B-​Dubs. We were told it would take about 25 mins to be seated because they were packed. We found 2 seats at the bar. Bartender was fantastic chatting with us and within about 12 mins we were seated. Waitress was a sweetheart and had a great sense of humor and was very patient with us. We played trivia while munching on deep fried mushrooms. Then our burgers came out. They were very tasty and packed with ingredients. Waitress brought out extra sauces for out fries and burgers. We tried many drinks and had several appetizers while we were there. Food was hot and fresh and really good! We will come back again next time we travel up this way.

Service is terrible, food takes forever, and when the food comes out it’s cold! Wings barely have sauce in them and they’re over cooked. Only buy the bottled beer, draft beer is usually flat. The dining area is either too hot or too cold. This is just a terrible Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is desperate for new management. It’s worth the drive to go to another location than the one here in Wooster.

Dreadful food served on plastic plates with like knives and forks. The service is even worse than the food. Saw a bartender sleeping while standing up.
Then there’s the more than occasional brawl started by two Neanderthals over some meaningless sporting event.
Great place to bring the family.
