Came here about a month ago with my family to see sisters. The customer service was great and makes me want to come back. The theater could use a bit of updating, but overall I had a great time and will be back.

Oh my goodness. This theater is definitely for the under 20 crowd. The management only bring the top box office movies and they have to be special effects and extremely loud. Independent movies don’t have a chance to screen here. There were even some Academy Award winners that didn’t come. The new updated seats are uncomfortable. The staff is inexperienced. But on the plus side the popcorn is great.

Smaller theater and affordable. The décor is updated since my youth and looks nice, seats are comfy.

I’m giving this place three stars because it’s currently about what you expect from your average theater. 10 screens, popcorn, bathrooms, arm rests with cup holders. Of course, the color scheme is SO early 90s it’s HILARIOUS. Orange, and purple, and green, and neon, and black and white, OHMY!!! Okokok, back in the day when wooster only had two screens at the long defunct Lyric, this place was a GODSEND. 10 screens? SERIOUSLY? Why do we need 10SCREENS??? It was bright, and big and crazy. .and now it’s: «10 screens, that’s it?» Damn kids. Seriously, there’s nothing wrong about this place. I find it amusing, and fun. But there’s nothing crazy awesome either, and that’s why it gets three stars. PS: If you get me drunk, I can still sing the original cinemark theme song that played before all the movies. Go ahead. .try it!
