So disgusting! Bad service would never recommend this pig pen! My burger came out burnt, server never checked on us. Never got bread. Only rated one star because I had to put a star, would rate –100. Thank you for wasting our money! gross.

This location seems to decline on every visit. My last visit was Thursday Nov. 12^th at 8pm. We were seated with dirty plates, the server was occupied with other tables and we sat for 20 min with the dirty plates, drinks and bread. I had to stop the hostess to get the plates exchanged. The server took our order about 8:25pm we didn’t get our meals until 9:15. I ordered a renegade ribeye with parm. crusted chicken. It seemed like the waitress stopped listening after the steak size and yes I only got a steak. I didn’t say any thing because I didn’t have another 45 mins to wait. I sat waiting on a drink refill for 15 min so, I decided to ignore the waitress and thats when her attitude changed, on the 3^rd visit and I didn’t talk or even look at her she finally made it a point to look at me. It was my wife’s birthday and she tried to make it right by giving us the dessert sampler instead of a single dessert. The bill was correct and I was only charged for the renegade ribeye but, the food quality was less than what I’m used to and no manager came to apologize for the dirty plates. Note, I live local to this location but, will not go there for a while. Hopefully the staff and/​or management will turn over and stop the slide.

We were told the wait was 45 minutes… they told us 50 minutes later that they were waiting on a table to finish and it should be 20 more minutes at the most. Ended up waiting half an hour and got crammed into a booth and table in the corner! The manager never came to see us, actually I’m pretty sure she avoided us. Contacted Longhorn and haven’t heard a thing out of it. Would have just left if I had known we would be strung along like that.

Food was ok way overpriced I had 7 oz salmon my wife had prime rib with a Coke to drink I had water $ 54 bucks, lesson learned won’t be back.

Why do employers allow their employees to use their cell phones while on duty? Totally frustrating!

Walked in to see five hostesses standing there… none of them greeted us yet we made eye contract with at least two of them many times before being seated. Food was okay. Considerable amount of fat on the strip steak that my fiancé ordered and a very small amount of salad served with the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit a few weeks ago at the Strongsville location and will continue to visit that one instead.

Nice place. It is your normal chain style place service was very good. The food was good. Met what I expected. I visit here often and I have never had a bab experience.

Good food… Good service… Sweet potato wasn’t perfect… Margarita wasn’t very good…

Service and food both great! I highly suggest the baked sweet potato, and loaded backed potato soup.

Great 6 oz flat iron steak. Great service. Nice people. My only complaint is that the baked potato was hard.

Went here for Mom’s birthday and everything was great. We had an outlaw ribeye which is always good, cooked perfectly. For an appetizer we had jalapeño popper shooters and the pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks were awesome and I would definitely get them again. Service was great, our server kept the drinks full and even sang happy birthday to Mom.

In a town where the City Square Steakhouse exists, it’s hard to believe that this place would ever get more than two stars.
If this is a place that you think is a great steakhouse, either try City Square or go to Buehler’s, buy a good cut of beef, and cook it yourself.
The place you rated more than one star; is selling you «select» graded beef, at best. A grade that is below average to average, at best.

Came here on a Thursday night with my boyfriend. We were seated promptly, at a table in the bar, very close to the front door but we noticed it was pretty packed so didn’t want to risk waiting for a better table and missing our movie later.
Ordered the Oktoberfest Pretzels for an app — 4 large pretzel breadsticks with yummy cheese and mustard sauces. For dinner we both got the 3 course dinner for $ 12.99 — for the price its hard to beat a salad, 6oz sirloin, side and choice of two desserts. Half way through my meal, I was beyond stuffed from all of the food. Doggie Bag required!
Only complaint is that the food arrived a lot slower than it should have, especially for a chain restaurant and basic orders.

Went to LongHorn this past sunday! We had a great time. The waitress was young and sweet, I wish I could remember her name. She was very knowledgable and I tried the napa grilled chicken and it was fantastic while my wife had the ribeye. Both of the meals were wonderful and very prompt. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very comfortable and attractive to the eye. I will definitely be returning and I encourage others to as well. The service and also the food and appearance of the restaurant both deserve an A+

Higher priced meats and seafood in a faux rustic style. Because it is a chain, the service has to be a certain level which is both a blessing and a curse. Overall the food is often prepared well, the staff tends to be knowledgeable about the selections, ready to accommodate to most needs and moderately pleasant. A full bar with knowledgeable bar keeps is a big bonus as well.
