Probably my favorite place for lunch in the Winter Park area. Service is good and the food is great. I would recommend the Thai Flatbread.

NEVER worth it. almost 45 minutes for a small Greek salad with no meat to even cook. Unbelievably slow. The people in the kitchen clearly don’t give a crap, because my order was wrong after the first 25 minutes. All I ordered was a Greek salad with no potato salad on top. The server realized it had potato salad on it before she even got to my table. But it took another 15 minutes for them just to scoop off the potato salad! I would’ve scooped off the potatoes my damn self if I knew it would take 15 god damn minutes. But she took it back before i could even tell her just to leave it. Oh and the dressing sucks too.

Was disappointed with my lunch. Ordered for two, got one order only. Girl was new. I repeated my order twice. She still put one order in. Food came out in 2 minutes. soup was cold and in ugly new plastic dishes. What happened. Bread was stale. I prefer the old«sandwich in a basket«presentation. The manager was nice. He came by to see why I did not have second sandwich I ordered. Ordered loaded potato soups for both. Her soup looked different than mine. I think my order was someone else’s reject because soup felt like it was from bottom of pot. At least my sister’s order was free since they had made a mistake. Won’t be coming back. Food quality is not as good as it used to be.

Dined on a recent Thursday night. Very nice menu selections. I ordered the whole Med. flatbread for $ 6.99. Very nice, loaded with toppings. Almost could not finish. My wife ordered the Greek salad with a large bowl of very nice soup. Her salad had a nice scoop of potato salad on top, served with a good dressing. Overall experience was very positive. Nice dining room with many seating options and overall very clean. Would go back. Reasonably priced. Good sized portions. Pleasant staff.

Im giving this Crispers 5 stars because everytime Ive been, the service has been great, the food has been very tasty, portions were sizable, and I felt the value was very good as well. This place isnt meant to be a Michelin star restaurant, but for its niche, they do very well so I’m hoping to bring their Unilocal rating up a bit! :)

I’m giving Crispers 5 stars. My mother and I usually come here and eat inside. This day I decided I would do curb-side pick up. I called the order in and on my way there it started to pour down rain. As I pulled up, I only waited a few minutes when the Crispers server came out in the rain, handed me my order; took my my card, went back inside, came back out for my signature; while doing all of this in the pouring rain. I can’t say enough of how impressed I was that he stood in the rain and waited for me to sign the receipt, with a smile on his face. WOW! Great service all around. You have a customer forever Crispers! Thank you!

I work in the area by this Crispers and I almost always go here on my lunch break. The service is always speedy and the employees are always friendly. Not to mention the food is ALWAYS delicious. My favorites recently have been the French Dip sandwich and the classic corned beef sandwich. I love this place! Oh, and one time they also gave me a free t-shirt. That was pretty cool.

It was ok. I ordered the chicken southwest sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. My soup was like baby food and not good at all. I don’t recommend the soup at all. The meal came out to $ 25 which isn’t bad but Panera has bigger portions and better quality food for the same price.

Always yummy. Great *real* food for not much. They offer gluten free bread for sammiches, which is awesome, since you can’t really get it anywhere else. Soups are good too(although not strictly gluten free, but check with them). I wish they were closer to Kissimmee.

Lunch today consisted of southwest chicken salad and chicken club flatbread. This salad is a legit 5 star item I will put up against much more expensive restaurants. The flatbread was okay. Good flavors but overdone and a little dry. Did I mention the southwest chicken salad? PHENOMENAL!

I work in the same plaza as this crispers. Its a really nice place, I love their East Coast Chicken and order it all the time. The staff is always friendly, quick, and very helpful. If your looking for a quick bite to eat, i’d recommend checking this place out.

Located a little off the beaten path, as far as shopping Mall goes. The place is clean and pleasant to be in. The service is impeccable but a little slow given the marvels of technology. The images on the marquee are very appealing, leading me to order the Caribbean crab salad. I was not disappointed in the least. The portion was very generous, the ingredients fresh and the platter well presented. Did I mention the food was delicious? The flat bread was a good companion to this entrée. Good job crisper keep up the good job.

The best thing to say about this quasi fast food restaurant is that it is clean and so are the restrooms. I have found the prices on the high side for the food that they serve. Maybe they can charge their prices because of their location in Winter Park Village. My wife and I come only if we absolutely have to or simply to give it another try. Always the same. I do like their Margherita Flatbread and my wife likes their soup and sandwiches.

The 4 stars are pretty much based on the southwest chicken salad w/jalapeño ranch. there used to be a crispers in long wood but it closed down awhile back. so now we make the trip out to winter park just for the salad. if it wasnt for the salad and dressing I’d give the place 3 stars. The rest of the food is pretty average. From the french dip to some cajun flat bread. ah. its ok. but not good enough to drive out of our way. most of the staff is friendly. a week ago I got take out and the girl who was working had a heck of a puss on her face. I even left a tip on take out and not even a smirk. its like she just got a phone call from her ex letting her know he has a few stds he didnt tell her about. how ever the guy who brought the food to me was cheerful. but thats how most of the staff is. this was the first time I saw grumpy butt there. the inside is always clean and they offer out side seating in winter park. bonus. so 4 stars it is.

Honestly, not a fan. I had never heard of Crisper’s before moving to Florida. I expected it to be similar to Jason’s Deli or Panera Bread. It kind of reminded me of a hybrid version of Bakers Square(minus the pie). I ordered a flat bread that comes with a salad on top and the bisque soup. The flat bread was literally a tortilla shell which made it difficult to pick up. The soup was okay. The service was SO slow. I waited forever for my food. The lady who checked me out was friendly and apologized, saying they were short staffed. I can’t be mad at that, as it’s not the staff’s fault they don’t have enough crew. Corporate needs to get that together though. Short staff = bad customer service and high employee turn-around. Overall, there just wasn’t anything special on the menu that made them stand out. I’d probably head to Panera Bread or Chipotle to grab a quick meal rather than returning here.

That was unfortunate. Ordered online for a noon pick up. The food was ready at 12:45. The exact time I was supposed to be back at work. I’m not sure anyone even apologized. And we weren’t alone. Lots of folks standing around waiting. Had to have a working lunch, which is rarely fun. I had some sort of flatbread salad, which was soggy and not too flavorful. The tomato bisque was delish though! May go back just for soup when I’ve got time to kill.

I stopped in for a late lunch today with my husband. The majority of my dissatisfaction stemmed from the inconsiderate AHOLES who were also dining there: a man with a very thick European accent screaming on his cell phone the entire time we were there, the lady behind me with two screaming toddlers, then she gets up to take one to the bathroom and leaves the other one alone at the booth… Aside from that, not a bad lunch. I ordered the Bistro Vegetable sandwich with no peppers. They actually accommodated me! Normally when I order no peppers they always seem to sneak some in. The sandwich was very delicious and tasty, very fresh. My only complaint was that the bread was a little too crispy and cut the roof of my mouth a little. I like their mango and peach flavored teas, but they are not sweetened so by the time you add all your sweetener in you can’t taste the fruit flavors anymore. I HATE that they charge over $ 2 for fountain drinks. Between my husband and I, our entrees ran around $ 8 each, plus $ 2 each for a fountain drink = over $ 20 for a couple of sandwiches — a little more pricey than I normally like to pay.

I think the flow is a little confusing when it comes to ordering. Its definitely similar to Panera, but I acutally would rather go to Panera instead. You order at the counter and you grab a number to place at your table where a server will give you your food. I’ve tried their half greek salad and chicken and wild rice soup. Its pretty basic dishes, nothing that you can’t mess up on. I do believe after eating the soup, I was instantly hit with the«itis»(sleepiness and tired). I think it was definitely filled with MSG. The service does seem to take its time clearing tables and messes. I’ve seen several tables with dishes where workers just completely walk by several times before picking anything up.

Stop thinking this place is healthy. It’s not. It sounds healthy, it even looks healthy. Not healthy. I’ve been to three Crispers locations in the Greater Orlando area, this one included. Other than the fact that I am only physically capable of occupying one of them at any given time, they are basically indistinguishable from one another in terms of layout, service, and food. As such, my review for this one mirrors that of the others: Let me tell you what really frustrates/angers me about places like this. It’s the *illusion* of serving healthy food. I mean, look through these reviews — how many of the reviews say«healthy» in them? Now go to their website. Bring up the nutrition calculator and check out some of their items. Trying to find some of the«healthiest» sandwiches they have, I found two veggie sandwiches in their«Cold Sandwiches» selection: Bistro Veggie: 726 calories, 39g fat, 1050mg sodium Grilled Veggie: 710 calories, 36g fat, 1040mg sodium That’s with no cheese! Add cheese and the numbers skyrocket from there. Those were the HEALTHIEST sandwiches I could find on their menu. I also looked up the French Dip and the Asiago Beef, two of my favorites from this store. I don’t even want to talk about it. I don’t know how they do it. How do they pull off this image of healthy food so well, even when they publish their actual figures for all to see? Sure, some of the salads are better(except the Flatbread salads, all over 30g fat and 600 – 900 calories), but how many people going«Ooh, healthy!» are actually ordering the salad?! Okay, I’m sorry. Stuff like this just gets me riled up sometimes. I just hate the thought of people getting duped into thinking they’re eating well, when they aren’t. I realize it’s not really the fault of Crispers either, because they don’t claim«Healthy!» anywhere that I’ve seen, and they do publish their numbers. But they don’t do much to bring attention to them either. Okay, so I’m not rating them on any of that. The food I’ve had has generally been good. As I said above, I like the French Dip and the Asiago Beef, and I really like the Kickin’ Crab Chowder. It is a bit expensive, so I give it three stars. But I’ll probably never go back, now that I’ve seen the nutrition info.

The one reason I will never give Crispers more than 3 stars is the prices, outrageous! I hate the fact that society pushes you to eat«healthy» and all the«healthy» options are way over priced. Anyway, sometimes I give in and head over to crispers. Their food is pretty tasty and I love to sit outside — if you haven’t guessed already =) Today I got the Crispers Italian sandwich and it was delightful! So much meat and a great green olive pesto. YUM! My friend was like, ummm why are you taking a photo of your food? My response… Unilocal…duh! haha. Their french onion soup is always a winner but it was too hot out today to indulge. This location is always packed at lunchtime but they run through the line fairly quickly. It took about 10 min to get our food but I was not in a hurry so I was not bothered. I was very happy with this trip to Crispers!
