I usually stop at this Burger King because it’s near me. It’s like many of the fast food restaurants out here but they have a strong tendency to mess up my order. One time I ordered something and they forgot a sandwich. Another time they gave a wrong item. I understand mistakes happen but they should keep an eye on these type of things. People stop here for quick service, not to drive back and get the correct order. Other then that, I usually order the chicken sandwich and recently tried the new jalapeño fries. Pretty spicy!

I ordered the Grilled Dog… Don’t waste your money. It’s cooked in the Microwave… How anyone call a microwaved hot dog a Grilled Dog. On top of that they have no pride in the way food is served… It’s always half ass and never looks the way advertised … $ 2.29 for a microwaved hot dog is stupid… $ 10 for a nasty Bacon Cheese burger combo… The only part of the meal that was ok was the Chocolate Sunday… So I recommend DON’T waste money on Hot Dogs from a lousy burger joint.

If I could give zero stars I would. They screwed up my order 3 times? How is that even possible? Went thru the drive-thru, got home, saw my burgers were not what I ordered, went back and was told by the manager that the board outside does not match what is in their system. What?!? Then we wait another 10 minutes and they bring me 1 of 2 burgers. I go back thru and tell them it’s still not right and how hard can this be as they are all standing there chuckling like I’m the a$$hole. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Your typical fast food restaurant… I always use the drive thru system when coming here. They take approximately, no more than 6 – 8 mins to hand you you’re order. I love their crispy French fries and desserts only. You can get better quality burgers at other gourmet spots. The employees are always great thru the drive-thru when you speak clearly. This review is only for their drive thru. I’ve never dined inside. Ps: Don’t come here mon-fri from 2−4pm it’s invaded by middle school kids and super busy!

Very fast. Seldom do they mess my order up but when they have they are always apologetic and sincere and glad to replace it. This is my go to location although the Ventura location is closer to me but I prefer this one.

This is the most ridiculous Burger King ever! We stopped her for lunch because my son wanted a kids meal. After ordering, we waited 15 minutes and still didn’t have out food. Everyone else was waiting too. Finally one person(who ordered after us) got their food we inquired about ours. They didn’t even have our ticket! So I have them my receipt, 5 minutes later they called our number and it was packed to go, we had ordered to eat in! They fixed it and we finally started to eat, only to discover our food made so sloppily my burger party was only about a quarter of the way on the bun. The service here is ridiculous(unless you go late at night) will NOT be back!!!

Hungry and with little time to stop, got myself some drive through. They got some southern chicken sandwiches and new drinks to match. Personally I prefer Wendy’s but Burger King doesn’t do too bad either. Tried their Southern Chicken sandwich and I was surprised that they offered grilled or fried options. Oh… the choices. Anyway foodwise it was pretty good. Didn’t have any of the mushed up sandwhich problems I face at some other burger places. Its a small thing but i notice when I unwrap my burger and it doesn’t look like anything in the picture. This did look like the picture so 5 stars there. The lady at the window was friendly enough. Their fries were amazing. I wonder if they redesigned their fries. Good job Burger King. I normally skip ahead to Jack or Wendy’s but now you got me wanting to come back.

This Burger King is slow, and compared to other fast food areas in cal. The burgers and fries are overpriced, especially the fries. Also it’s located near Sherman way which many cars pass by daily making it very noisy. Not worth it to go here. For some reason there was alot of flies when i was inside. Would not recommend this place at all.

I stopped at the drive-thru about 11:25 last night and simply ordered a burger. I drove up and paid, and was directed to park my car across the lot so they could bring my food out. It was just a small order, and besides my car was the only one in the drive thru. It seems they have a timer and were more concerned about getting good numbers than to provide service to me. So instead of being by the window, where he could just hand me the food. I was expected to wait for him to leave the kitchen, walk through the seating area and out to my car. Obviously it’s better times for them and slower service for me. I politely declined and was given my burger just a few seconds later. The meat was lukewarm, the cheese was unmelted, the bun was hard and stale, and they overloaded the ketchup and mustard. My burger had maybe 4 or 5 times what one is supposed to get. I sort of suspect the crappy burger was because i refused to move my car so their precious timer would show a better number; but on the other hand it is a Burger King so maybe the crappy burger was just their norm.

Customer service here is non-existent. I wouldn’t even give it a mention, but, since I have a pre teen I have to feed, occasionally we hit a fast food spot. Lately it seems to be Jack n the Box(which i’m not really a fan of) IN N OUT, and Burger King. At least Jack n the box seems to care by the way their employee’s are trained to greet and probe you in to trying new things and saying, simply, THANKYOU at the end of the transaction. BK employee’s could care less it you came there or not and it shows in the store’s appearance and the way the food is put together. Del Taco on Roscoe N Tampa sucks too when it comes to service. recently they forgot to put three items in my bag. I go back to tell them, and it’s like, oh, okay, and they gave me what was missing. Props to IN N OUT Burger. No suprise why theyr’e always so packed at every location. They are consistently good.

I don’t think I will complain for the food served at BK, but this branch is always slow. It seems like they are always short-handed. I have dined in a couple of times, and it’s horrible. I have tried the Drive-Thru a few times, but it’s always the same speed… Slow. Honest: I even caught one of their employees, running something thru the sensor of their Drive-Thru timer to mess(or lower it) with their average time! Besides that, burgers are good. Want BK faster? It’s not this branch.

This location does not even deserve the one star but the minimum to be able to rate is one. I have frequented this location for several years and never get my order correct. The order you place cannot be read back to your correctly nor can it be filled according to the way you ordered or the different way that they repeat it back to you. You are best to order from inside the restaurant so that you can get your order corrected quicker than through the drive through. The flame broiled whoppers also get held up when 1 of their MICROWAVE ovens goes out on them. You will notice that the meat comes frozen with lines painted on them. The flame process is only to defrost and the microwave finishes the heating process.
