Awesome place to get airsoft gear. The guys are knowledgeable and really like helping people that are just starting out. I’ve been getting deeper into airsofting and I am glad I found True Edge as my main source for my equipment. Great place for noobs and experts. Thanks guys!

This place is cool. All kinds of rifles, and knives etc… It would be great if they can hook you up with like a 2000 bag of bbs when you are buying a rifle or gun over 200 – 300 $. Ive seen someone buy like 2 rifles and batterys(that was a good 900 $) and they were satisfied but the employee couldve been like«here man a bag of bbs to go with your rifles.» Something like that. Giving 30 $ worth of bbs to someone that spends that much money doesnt hurt them at all. If they did a small favor to the customers then the customers will do the favor back to make them money. Anyways they make a huge profit so it wouldnt affect them at all. Point is if they do small favors to customers then the customer will do the huge favor to come back and keep them in business. Plus get way better reviews. Good reviews= More customers… More customers = $$$$$!!! 3 Stars*** to true edge on my experience being a customer. A bit over priced items, if they lowered the prices by like 15% not only would it be better for me but to all customers. I wouldve bought so many accessories over the past year but if i bought one item i couldnt get the other. Thats just me because i dont poo money. If you make good money then that wouldnt be a problem go ahead buy everything lol but not all of us poo money. So overall i say lower your prices a bit or make specials(ex: buy one get second half off) or do us customers a small favor. I dont know but do something that makes everyone say«damn this is my store.» These are just my opinions and advice.

My boyfriend bought an air soft gun a few years ago with the promise of a lifetime warranty as long as he kept the receipt. Fast forward to now and my boyfriend finds the gun no longer works after a period of disuse. Luckily, he had the receipt from all that time ago, so he brought it in thinking they would honor their promise. Not only did they refuse to honor the«lifetime» warranty, they told him it would be $ 55 for the repair and blamed the gun not working on him! The two men who were there not only lied, they were very impatient and condescending. This was even after my boyfriend brought up a previous instance a few years back where they took another one of his guns in for repair only to have it break as soon as it got back from the shop. All the men could say for themselves and their business was what part if the gun was broken and when asked if they guarantee their work, they alternated between blank stares and repeating what was wrong with the gun. I have never seen anyone get treated that poorly at any shop, let alone a specialty shop, where they are serving a niche market. Overall, this store doesn’t know it’s stuff, they lied about their warranty, and had horrible attitudes. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Usually my personal experience has been fantastic. But recently my brother visited the store and got a little attitude. In the past six months(or less I’m guesstimating) between my sons, myself, and my brother we have spent well over a couple thousand. We have purchased a total of 8 guns. A fair amount of miscellaneous equipment: goggles, full face masks, a couple of vests, some harnesses, extra clips, batteries, quick chargers, compressed gas, and tons of BB’s. We have also referred people to this store –that may or may not have made purchases. I have never asked for anything I didn’t purchase. They’ve given my sons a couple of patches for their jackets(unsolicited) but that is really just advertisement for their store. But the last time my brother was in he asked if they’d throw in a $ 20 bag of BB’s (he’s spent the most on his sniper rifle and three hand guns. Well over a thousand himself) and the older English gentleman that works there. suggested he needed to spend at least another grand before they’d throw anything in for free. Really?!? I’m sure he meant it jokingly but it’s in poor taste considering how much we’ve spent already. And both my sons are saving up to buy two more guns in the $ 300-$ 500 range, there are other stores we can spend our hard earned money at.

A decent place with a wide selection of air guns on display. I do agree with the previous poster that the knives were a bit pricy here. The staff here is very knowledgeable of what they sell and attentive. A place to take a look, if nearby.

The place isCool i guess, if your into this kind of thing. I went in looking For a pocket knife, the counter guy was decent, but the knives were over priced And there was no dealing the price down. I got the same product on ebay For half the price delivered to my door.
