I really appreciate NTB store number #559 on Kirkwood hwy. During a tire replacement service my hubcap went missing. I didn’t notice until a few days after my car was service there due to the weather; however, when I called up and explained my original hubcap I had since 2007 was missing they sales rep was eager to help. They ordered me a new one and place it on all free of charge. Which was great because it was right around the holiday, so money was tight. Please thank store #559! I know they are always busy, but I appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

So I’ve been coming here for awhile now. They do a good job, but the wait is horrible! An oil change took me 2 hrs on a Monday, with an appointment! Smh. Only come here if you have 2 – 3 hours to burn.

Went in today for an appointment to have my tires and one rim replaced. Immediately the woman working there(white, short blondish hair, horrible attitude) was pissed off because she said I didn’t book my appointment correctly for tire replacement. I booked it under«tire service», the only category with the word«tire» in it. Whatever, sorry I guess. Then I told her that I needed the one rim replaced and she gave me attitude again, telling me they don’t stock rims and she’d have to(gasp) make a phone call to the dealer to see if she could get one. This was all in a tone that indicated she thought I was wasting her time. She made the call, then once again sounded pissed off when she told me she’d have to go all the way out the door to take a photo to email the dealer. She told me it would take her a long time to get this all sorted out, all the while using the same annoyed tone. I told her that it didn’t sound like she wanted to do anything for me so I would take my business elsewhere. She didn’t protest. Drove 5 minutes down Kirkwood to Admiral Tire, they called around, emailed pictures, and had the rim and tires on order to arrive this afternoon within minutes. They seemed happy to help, not angry and annoyed like they didn’t want to be there. Actually had a few more things done to the vehicle while they had it there and ended up spending a good amount of money with them. I wonder if the management at NTB knows that this horrible employee is driving away probably thousands of dollars in business with her unwillingness to help and off putting attitude. Will never go back.

Disorganized. Slow… Painfully, agonizingly slow. Ordered four new tired supposed to be here on thursday no one called so i called Friday and they were not in. Tired came in on Saturday so we set appointment for 1130am monday and i told them i need to be out cause i will be waiting. It took a whole hour to even get my truck in the shop its now been two hours and tires are not done and there are only two mechanics working 5 or 6 stations! Ridiculous!

Dropped my vehicle off at 5PM to have a level kit and new tires installed. Called ahead of time, giving vehicle info and level kit info. Again gave the same info when I dropped my vehicle off. Got a call at 730PM saying that the mechanic said the y do not have the correct tool to perform this job, and I can come to get my vehicle… it took 2.5 hours for a message from the mechanic to get to the front office, to me. When I came back to get my truck, and asked why there is such a lack of communication, the guy I was talking to said he was not at all involved with ‘that vehicle’(my truck). This was the same guy that checked me in upon arrival. I mentioned that to him, and he said ‘All I do is get VINs’…he is the VIN guy… his one job, is to collect VINs. Like teflon man, he deflected me to someone else, and all this person could say was ‘I don’t know’. I won’t ever go back, not even to check my tire pressure. Side note: their labor rates are $ 20/hour higher than another shop that quoted me… maybe because VIN guys are not cheap to employ… there are a lot of alphanumerics involved in that recording process.

I love this place because the guys always does a great job for my car, but I have to say, the women that is working there, she is white, with a short blonde hair, she is always in bad mood, specially with the Latin people. I think our money have the same value and she should be more friendly. Maybe she is the owner, and probably she doesn’t care what we think about her service. But if she is just an employ, maybe is time to start looking for a different job because she is so unhappy working there…

These guys did good on Sunday. I stopped in to get a new tire after having a blow out on US1. Even though the place was more crowded than a Walmart on payday they had me in and out of there in a few hours and I was able to get down into the city reasonably early in the afternoon before the game.
