I wasn’t really wanting to eat here, but my girlfriend thought it sounded good so I figured it was worth a try! LOVEDIT! The lady who waited on me even gave free samples. The food was tasty and fresh and original. Will definitely want to visit again the next time I’m in town.

Brought my parents to this place once and they loved it. Their beef kalbi is pretty good and of course my parents loved it. I’d take my parents out here anytime.

NOTE: The hours on here are not correct!!! They are definitely open on Saturday evenings, at least, so give them a call before assuming they’re closed! I was looking for somewhere to satisfy my craving for kimchi jigae. I found this place on Unilocal, dragged some family members along, and had a great time! My food was delicious, the service was swift, and the owner was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Not impressed. I found the food to be very bland. I left hungry and not pleased at all.

The food tastes good, only problem is the price for what you’re getting. These entrees should be 10 – 11, not 14.50 for little or no beef. They only accept cash. It wasn’t that great of an experience and will never return.

My idea of the perfect family-run small Korean restaurant. When you come here have a little patience — Mom is literally in the kitchen making your food to order! The ladies who work here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food — I’m speechless. It is worth the(small) wait. My fav is the kimchi soup, but I try to get something different every time I go. Beef Bulgogi is always a good choice, and if you’re a beginner, try the Bibimbap. A couple of bad reviews on here for the wait or hours — It’s not Chili’s people, chill out and enjoy the experience. Seriously, try this place, you won’t be disappointed! Support local small restaurants like this one!

If you haven’t been here, you don’t know what you are missing! The food is always hot and fresh and always a collage of various flavored and textures. I’m an out-of-Towner and wish that I had a place like this in Denver. Juni can be sure, I will be back and will bring people. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

The food is good. However the restaurant was depressing. I ordered a diet Pepsi and it came in a warm can and a few ice cubes. Also it took forever to get our order. This was for lunch and the service below par. It was a hit day and the dining room was uncomfortable warm. One more thing it is very expensive. The waitresses cell phone kept ringing. For what you got is was way too expensive.

Loved the food! We had a missionary from Korea take us here and really loved it. It made him feel at home and that was nice. Although, They only take cash and that is kind of inconvenient considering that it’s a little pricey.

*Got a chance to try it the other day. Not changing my one star. No side dishes(Banchan) like some Korean places. We were there at 11:30, and we were the only ones there. And, nobody else came in. Bi Bim Bap was decent, but very light on meat. The vegetables were ice cold, so it was an unpleasant contrast. Big killer for me — no fountain drinks. The can of Diet Coke was warm, and the glass of ice she brought with it had about 6 cubes in it. When she finally came back by I asked for a glass of ice. She brought back water. Sigh. I applaud them for trying, the food isn’t bad, but it’s bare, empty, desolate. I LOVE Korean food, but sadly this is just another place half-heartedly trying. I’d love to give them a great review, and was anxious to try the food. I visited at 11:15 today, the place was empty and the sign said closed. Went next door and had five guys burgers, but noticed when I left that they were now open. So go figure. Unilocal says they’re open at 10, so something is wrong. Regardless, small restaurants will struggle when they don’t think it matters to open when advertised. I am a huge fan of Korean food, and could potentially be a good customer, but I’m very hesitant to return. If they don’t care about their customers, how good could their food be?

She will even make other Korean dishes by request if you give notice! We came in for dinner and got bulgogi, yakisoba, and mandu. Limited seats with about 7 — 9 tables(fits 49) but feels very cozy and at home. Accepts cash only at the moment.

Unassuming, family run«hole in the wall» Prompt, friendly, courteous, helpful service followed by fresh delicious ostensibly(I haven’t yet been to Korea) authentic food. Couldn’t be happier with the experience(except if they took credit cards :)

First, I have to say WOW! This food was amazing!!! I spent 3 weeks in Korea and this food is just like it! The bulgogi beef and ginger tea are absolutely authentic and amazingly fresh! Tiny place but BIG taste! Only problem is they only take cash.

Nice little hole in the wall type place. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. The food and tea is delicious! The owner was sweet and provided good service. They except both cash and card but sometimes the card machine is down so it never hurts to carry cash just in case. If you’ve never been before then it can be a little tricky to find the first time, but once you find it you won’t forget it. And they do have specials on the menu which is about ¼ of the menu but they require you call ahead for those. So if you’ve never been and are interested in what the special menu items are I’d recommend looking at one of the menu pictures posted here on Unilocal.Overall though I think it’s a great little place to get really good authentic Korean food and is worth coming back for more.

Dinner was awesome! The meal started with a complimentary bowl of soup and veggie tempura. We ordered a seafood pancake(not on menu), which was delicious with squid, shrimp, and mussels. The banchan included napa and radish kim chi, mushrooms, glazed potatoes, hot dog, and steamed omelet-like roll. We called ahead for the bo ssam, which was a giant platter of pork belly served with strips of radish kimchi and salted baby shrimp, which you wrap in lettuce leaves. This dish costs $ 200 at Momofuku in NYC, but is only $ 50 here! Perhaps this sounds pricey for Wichita, but I found it well worth it. The owner will tell you she makes enough to serve 2 people, but as you can see, it is enough for at least 4, as the pork belly is so rich and scrumptious! The third dish we got was dol sot bi bim bap, which was also well done. If you don’t see something on the menu, just ask – they can usually make it, but it helps to call ahead. It’s like having your own personal Korean chef! The dinner was finished with a nice large cup of your choice of honey ginger or honey citrus tea. It was a perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal!
