Starbucks

I do not know if it is the bad vibe Celebrity Burger left behind. Only 3 people of their staff seem to care about their job. They simply can not make a drink correctly.
They make no effort to get to know their regulars. It’s a pain visiting them to the point I am breaking up with Starbux. Wether you ask for a simple frapp or a very ornate affogato. They will be sure to let you down.
I’ve called the attention of management. I’ve contacted corporate. Yep they screwed up my drink again. They just do not care.

They don’t know how to make regular drinks at all. I was looking forward to this location but forget it. Ice mocha was like watered down pale coffee. A caramel frappuccino was also pale and flavorless.

Slowest service in the world. I think this store tries to open at 5 AM, but they really need to wait until they’re completely staffed and ready before opening. If the drive-​thru is not completely vacant when you pull in, there is a minimum wait of 3 minutes for each car in front of you. Good location, but this store is still working out their kinks.

So I know this is a new Starbucks but the past few times coming here including today my drink has been sitting on the counter because I guess they don’t call names anymore? When there is 20 people waiting for drinks… While sitting as close as you can to where they give the drink s out and the guy tells me we called your name more then 3 times when I was sitting waiting and listening right in front of them… I know there new but come on every Starbucks that is busy calls names in sorry I didn’t know I needed to do there job distributing the drinks for them…

This location opened a few months ago, they have ample parking and a great location easily accessible from the main street whittier blvd and a local side street. Upon entering the seating area and the line to order are very spacious, neat and well organized with a great selection of Starbucks merchandise. There a a number of high bar stool seating here which is very nice. I wish they had more outlets for devices, this location is very conducive to working, with back ground music that is not to offensive. There is really nice outdoor seating with umbrellas to protect from that hot sun. This location needs a periodic sweeping of the floors and outside areas in addition to cleanliness of the tables.
The Starbucks coffee and food are awesome and the service is very fast and friendly, a wonderful staff

Make sure you tell the cashier three times what you want in a slow manner. She missed my coffee cake when I had said it twice! And they messed up a coffee order. And we were the only ones in here in on a Saturday morning .its 7:30. Get ur shite together. They can’t handle high volume. Better customer service.

Okay! Carlos is the sweetest drive tru person ever! He is very funny and just honest really amazing. When I pulled up to the window it was another cashier and he was so cute! Ha, but my point is that he as well was a great person! They both gave me such great customer service! I love this Starbucks more than any of the others ones in Whittier

Worst coffee. Its not my first time at a Starbucks i always get the same thing. but this was the worst coffee ever.

Carlos is great so hope he’s working when your going to order, but when he’s not: everything is is bad perhaps it’s because they just opened. We waiting 10 drive through second time coming here. Gave me a short straw with my venti but whatever, at least I could kinda drink my drink, my sandwich was splattered all over the bag once I opened it and the girl asked us to open our sandwich bag and look at our drinks once we had them to make sure we had the correct order hope it gets better because I love this location I keep coming back for more lol

This Starbucks sucks… if a customer has a specific drink they know what they want please there is no need to make any suggestions…

Now open since only September 18^th — another Starbucks location in my home town of Whittier. Located on the Southwest corner of Whittier Blvd and Broadway, this is a brand new ground up location in Northwest Whittier. This location has abundant parking and a drive thru. Business hours are 5:00 am to 10:00 pm and it’s en route to the 605 freeway which is convenient.
The interior is large and there’s plenty of outdoor seating as well. I’ll surely be a regular here.
