Called Wheaton store to ask a couple questions & girl who answered was not very friendly. Didn’t bother stopping in. Went to their competition & got great service.

A few friends refered me to Sleepy’s when I mentioned that I needed a new mattress. I am glad I listened to their advice. I was greeted by Sheeraz who then took the time to find me just the right mattress for me. He was extreamly helpful and knowledgable about the product. He listened to my preferences, concerns and even helped me with the financing options.

Probably the worst customer service possible I have ever experienced.
I was looking for a mattress for a double size platform bed. I tried out several different mattresses. Then, the clerk pulled out a twin mattress and plopped it on the floor. I was stunned. I asked her if she expected me to try out the mattress on the floor, and that was exactly what she expected. I told her that was not acceptable, and she reluctantly shifted the mattress to a frame.
I am a bit older, and am recovering from major knee surgery. I was wearing shorts when I was shopping, and the 10 inch scar on my knee was plainly visible. I has even mentioned that I has recently had surgery.
How can a clerk ask an adult to try out a mattress on the floor? I left and will not be returning.

I went to 4 mattress stores during our search before coming to Sleepy’s in Wheaton. It’s a really large store with many different brands and beds to choose from (more than the other stores that typically featured 2 – 3 brands, and told me how those were the best brands in the industry.) I was met inside by Andrea, who unlike the other salespeople, asked me a number of questions about my needs. We talked about my chronic back problems, and many questions about my sleeping habits. Andrea also answered all of my questions about mattress materials, coil vs. foam, hybrid, reputation of brands, etc. I learned 10x more than I did in previous stores. After our discussion, she brought me to a very supportive bed that met my exact requirements. She showed me 3 more, all great. None were the most expensive brand in the store, because I told her we could not afford that brand. I came back the next day, and tried 4 – 5 more beds I read about on their website. Last night my wife came to try 4 beds, and we bought the very first bed Andrea brought me to on the first day :)
Pricing is fair, very competitive. If you are looking for a $ 500 queen bed, this is not your place. We bought a bed like that last summer, it was a disaster, I’ve been waking in pain every morning for months, and we wasted our $ 500. I shopped around to learn what we would need to pay to purchase a quality memory foam or hybrid foam/​coil bed, and we paid less than the other stores I visited.
Andrea is great. A very professional and personable salesperson. She was very kind to my little son when I brought him on one of the visits. I recommend calling ahead to see when she is working if you want a no-​pressure, educational, fair deal mattress buying experience.

Large showroom, large variety of brands and sizes.
If you are looking to buy a bed under $ 800 stay clear of this location. Most of their beds range from $ 800-​$ 6000.
Usually one sales girl who is helpful with catering to your bedding needs.

The manager is so great! The service was awesome after having a not-​so-​great online experience with 1800-​Mattress. She ordered our BETTER mattress right away and gave us a great discount and made it so quick and easy. She more than made up for all our troubles prior to meeting with her in the store. The delivery was next day and they even came earlier than expected and were very professional and fast. Love this store! I will definitely be back!

I am very happy with the service I received from Stacy! She is extremely knowledgable about the products. She wasn’t pushy at all. She made this experience pleasant and I have already referred some friends to her!
