Horrible. Just horrible salesperson. Told us we were too fat for the mattress. Granted we were 15−20# heavier than we should be That the $ 600 one was meant for a teenager
That he knew cause he had been there. 8 yrs!!! No place would keep that rude insulting man around that long

Went to American Mattress to purchase a full size bed & box spring for my son’s room. Joe Quick, the sales associate I worked with was extremely helpful. He walked me thru the different mattress styles & options based on our price range. American Mattress was very competitive with pricing & we very happy with what we received. We ordered on Wednesday & they delivered within the week. We will be going back to American Mattress to purchase a Mattress & box spring for our guest bedroom. Overall wonderful experience!

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. Looking for a new mattress different from what we had, which was a traditional spring/​coil mattress. Tammy, the sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and could have really up sold us on a Tempurpedic, but she steered us in a more affordable direction with the iComfort. We ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to our home on Tuesday. She is very friendly, courteous and we couldn’t be happier with our new mattress. She gave us all of the details, and was professional and we HIGHLY recommend her.

Great store and even better customer service. Joe the store Mgr is a young guy but very mature and honest. Hard worker and honest. I dropped a lot of dough here but it a superior product and compeitivetly priced. Highly recommend.

Joe did a really nice job when we went in to look for our mattress. Was very helpful, not pushy or anything. Helped us pick out a mattress that worked for us. Went in on a Friday afternoon and they were able to deliver it Monday morning. Great experience all around.

This is my first Unilocal review. I was compelled to write it because of Joe Quick, not American Mattress and not tempurpedic. But because Joe’s customer service and knowledge is unmatched. We bought our first tempurpedic mattress here. After visiting 4 different stores to find the right mattress, we came back to order it through Joe. Joe was sincerely interested in helping us, he worked with our budget and timeline and was a pleasure to deal with without being pushy. I highly recommend Joe Quick.

COMPLETE 180 from Lombard’s American Mattress. The friendliest sales associate didn’t pressure me, and even suggested ways to discount my order. He called and coordinated delivery from a Chicago store so the day I moved in, I had a bed delivered and set up to sleep on within 10 minutes!
