I met with Desiree for my Botox consultation. She not only knows her stuff but is really good at educating you and doesn’t try to sell you the most units… she really does have your best interest and will be very honest of she doesn’t recommend something. I will definitely be returning to het for future appointments.

My laser hair removal was done by Andrea. I was very concerned about possible pain plus I’m very modest because of some of the lower areas done. She took such good care of me and I felt very comfortable. If there was any discomfort, she would wait until it went away. I’m very pleased with the service. I bought a package. The price was a bit steep but as long as I have someone who knows what they are doing and handles me the way Andrea does, I’ll possibly get IPL on my face. She discusses it with my but she’s not pushy. It’s very clean and sanitary also.

i went to Radiance because of a problem I had under my eye. I had a treatment by another doctor and it caused a major issue. Desiree seen me a total of 4 times. Although I was hoping for a quick fix, she wanted to take her time and make sure she got to the problem. She was caring and honest the entire time. Desiree went above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt better. I am happy to say that the results are amazing. This is a person who cares for her patients and listens to what they are saying. Pricing is appropriate and Ana(office manager) will even signed me up up for a points program so that I can redeem those towards services and products.

I’ve had several different skin care treatments, and I am enjoying many compliments about my appearance. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable about treatments & products. The staff does not push you to buy products, although I have, and they are very good for my skin. I have joined the spa as the discounts are very good. Not only do I feel young, I look it! J. Sampson

I am so lucky to have found this place. I originally came here due to a groupon and now I’m part of their club. I have received microderms and chemical peels due to acne and clogged pores. I can’t speak for their other treatments but what I can say is that after going there consistently for a year and a half, my skin looks amazing! I had tons(and I mean TONS) of milia and clogged pores, horrible blackheads, and mild/moderate acne when I first came here. My milia are gone, and my clogged pores and blackheads are at a minimum. My esthetician, Lori, is very sweet and really knows what she’s doing. She knows when it’s time to increase the strength of peel, decrease the strength, or try something different. I will be going to this medspa as long as I live in this area and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Fraxel Laser Treatment in 2011, and it was the worst decision I have ever made in my life! It has completely destroyed my skin, texture, sagging, deep sunken eyes, etc. I was told it would take time for the collagen to build-up in my skin. In 2012, not any improvement whatsoever. I did not have any of these problems to begin with and the reason for the fraxel as they kept pushing it after my coming in for chemical peels as they said it would help with a couple(tiny) spider veins by my nose, and to help lessen my pores, and of course, diminish crows feet around my eyes. I looked younger than my age to begin with and my main purpose was because I was doing film, and still do, theatre work. I look 10 years older than my age now! It’s the thinning of the skin which it creates, and I have now found out that 100’s of people are now reporting this on . It’s actually very damaging if now performed properly, and by a doctor. When I had called to discuss, they ignored me at Radiance, said I would need more treatments, or try botox, fillers, !!! R u kidding?! After I spend almost 6 grand at this place within a year?! I could have had a mini facelift with actual results! They treated my like shiz after my procedures and my explaining that Fraxel did not work, ATALL! I would have appreciated some compensation, and now have to consult an actual surgeon due to the horrible, nightmare results. I won’t give a rating. DONOTDOFRAXELLASER! ALSO, THISNEEDSTOBEINVESTIGATED.

I’ve had spa facials occasionally over the years but besides being relaxing and temporarily moisturizing my skin, I didn’t really see a benefit. I thought I’d try a MedSpa. I have a lot of sun spots and decided to be more proactive about my skin since I don’t want to end up looking like a wrinkled, spotted prune in 10 years. The initial consultation was with Dr. Patel and I liked how she didn’t really try to sell me the most expensive treatments and actually told me that my skin type may not do great with laser. I’ve had 2 peels so far and one facial and my age spots are lighter than before(but still there). I really like my aesthetician and feel like she really knows what she’s talking about(and again no pressure to buy products or services). She even called me 2 days after my peels(on a Saturday) to see how I was doing. This Medspa is not an environment where they try to get you to do botox and a lot of potentially unnecessary treatments. I feel like they really tailor your skincare to what you want/need. I’m very happy so far and have signed up for a 6 month deal and am really glad I found this place! It’s not cheap by any means but if you can afford it, it’s an investment in maintaining your«youth».

I went there for a free consultation. Mostly I was interested in Thermage, but the dr. advised three peels and three photo laser therapies. It was expensive — but hey, you only have one face. I am so very, very glad I did it. My skin looks incredible after two each of the procedures. I could see where someone might become a junkie for this. The lines around my mouth are softened considerably, and the skin looks smooth and luminous. I am so happy with it.

After my massage next door at Massage Envy, I decided to treat myself to a facial at Radiance, another new place for me. My husband was unable to book me at my regular spa, and infact they were quite rude and would not give him the available times that they were not all booked for(then hung up promptly). With my past history at Seven Bridges Spa I don’t even know why I tried so I say stick it 7 Bridges — I won’t be coming back. The first thing I noticed when I called before walking in to teach my next yoga class was that this was a MedSpa — I balked a bit because I did not want to be sold on the benefits of Botox, or product that I would pay a limb for — NEITHER happened. Part of the aprehension had to be due to the constant birage of «you should see my plastic surgeon» from the last aesthetician. Well, this new one, Diane(also a RN) started with how wonderful my skin was. HUH? Did I mention I went in because yes, at 30 I still suffer acne??? She was so nice, went over ever step, and the best part — I didn’t feel as though I was having my face cut up with a razor. When I left I had one little red mark from a lancet to get rid of something with an M(basically encapsulated dirt). She was very gung ho about her job, she obviously loves skin care, and it showed. What I appreciated most was the referal she made to another lady Mary, who works specifically with acne — if I wanted to come back in the future. There were no «hard» sales of product to me, their on staff doctor, Dr. Patel, another very professional woman who again did not try to hard sell, asked how the experience was, etc. All in all, a wonderful experience. The difference between this and a spa facial as far as I can tell is it is not all FruFru here. They use medical grade products(so items that contain prescription levels of saylic acid, etc.) and they are not as much worried about making you relax as they are about making you look beautiful(though the process was relaxing). I strongly recommend this place. The cost was $ 100 for an hour long facial — about on par with other places I frequent. Oh, and incase you are worried like I was about being sold Botox, they have a questionnaire which allows you to check items you are interested in, if you don’t want it, don’t check it and it is never mentioned during the consult. They also sell a high quality mineral makeup line, but I don’t wear makeup so I couldn’t say. Their on staff Dr has a PhD in molecular biology and personally researches all products brought into their location — made me feel better. So good I have another appoointment for my first peel — I’ll let you know how that goes.
