My chairs keep breaking one after the other. First the jet stop working the the auto fill doesn’t work. Water was over float all over the salon. It’s still under warranty but they never come out and fix.

Of course no company is perfect. Lexor or even Apple are also no exception. After purchased spa chairs from Lexor, Yes of course I had some issue too, but I am happy with how Lexor handle the case. I called Lexor back after I found out an issue with the massage, the next day, a technician called me back and the next day, there was onside technician showed up and replaced the massage part for me and the spa chairs have been running good for more than 2 years already. For those who claims other companies have no issue, I would definitely doubt it since i have been in the market for a while and almost none of the companies are up to that standard.

BUYELSEWHERE! I bought pedicure chairs from Lexor 2 years ago. In the first year I had problems with a faucet. They sent a new faucet but I had to have a plumber replace it. Also, had to replace a motor. They sent a new one but had to have someone come in to change it. NOW, the leather like material around all the seams is peeling. I called 2 months ago they told me that I must over use them and that they are not under warranty and the would have to charge me to replace the chairs but would give me 15% off. The price… a third of what the chair cost.

Its a really bad service which I knew before, but I still give them another change. I had ordered over 30K for my spa and it included free delievery, which means they only delievered your spa and furniture in front of yr door, it not included to carry your spa or furniture to your salon. I think the people who works for Lexor support to explain to customer when they make a purchase. Dont just surprise the customer with a big container in front of their salon.

To all you Nail salon owner out there. On may-19−2015 i went to lexor and talked to a sale person name’s Tu that work for lexor company. the wrost fucking staff and they scam you and leave you hang. Please Nail salon onwer do not buy any chairs from this company it the worst company i ever run into my life The team it so fuck up the pedicures chairs that they told me it the best find out it all bullshit. And the worst part i was going to buy 12 pedicures chairs that cost over $ 30k From them and ask to see if i could pick up one pedicure chair so my plumbing they told me no? How could you said no to a customer that willing to put hafl down which it 15k? She told me(Tu) her manager said no which it hanson. So i didnt buy it and ask for money back from deposit they told me no nonrefund. You know what it only $ 200.00 not much but it tell a lots about this company. Please nail salon owner do not go there beware it a scam company… before you going to buy any thing from this Lexor Company … Think think think really hard before you put your money down. It the worst investment you will ever made. Save your time and trouble …

Update«3÷21÷2015 chairs are just about 1 year and 3 months old . Chairs continuously breaking … Now the knob for the water are breaking on the inside … Wow I just don’t know what else is next with these chairs specially being out of warranty.

I bought 5 chairs and after 12 months out of warranty is damage. the 13th month a chair broke it leg and I bring to Lexor for a repair and they denied service. The chairs leather are peeling out after 24 months. I bring to Lexor ask to change leather seats, the price it is all most like a ½ new chair. Massage system is damaged forever.

I been searching for my pedicure chairs for my shop, finally I talk to Andy Tran sale Rep for Lexor company he is so nice and fast, most importantly I got the chairs I want it and the price he gave me is very reasonable, even thought I live in Hawaii Andy still call me to check after all the transaction is completed what a customer service, I recommend anyone need a spa chairs call Lexor and talk to Andy Tran. My review for Lexor is that the chairs are magnificant and all the other items, polish rach, pedi/mani chairs. The chairs are super comfy an my clients are in love with them. Auto fill water is a new technology advancement that leave us worry free about water over floated. Their items made or nails shop looking new and special again. Also, the customer services is excellent. We were carefully consulted by Andy before we bought the chairs. The delivery was fast as well. We are totally satisfied with the products and services from Lexor.

I recently bought a pre-owned nail salon business and wanted to replace my spa seats’ leather upholstery but I do not know where to find a serviceperson. Luckily, one day, a Luxor technician called in and ask me if I wanted to have the seats’ upholstery replaced. Thanks to the speedy and quality service, my seats now look like new.

I don’t know much about spa chairs and salons, other than going to get my nails done, but my uncle was looking to invest in a nail salon and asked me to do some research for him. As a nail salon customer: I went to a couple of nail salons to try out their chairs and I liked this brand the most. –The chair hugged my butt well, and had really great back adjustments so that I could feel the massage rollers exactly where I wanted them. –It had disposable liners so you won’t have to worry about the icky toe clippings and skin left over from the last person, not to mention fungus! I liked this a lot. –Best thing was, as clumsy as I am, I spilled some polish on the arm and freaked out, but the tech just took some polish remover and wiped it off! So because of the above, I went and called Lexor on behalf of my uncle who was a potential client. –They answered the phone immediately and were nice enough to set up an appt. at their showroom in OC. I guess there’s other locations around the nation as well. I would recommend you come in to see them as the chairs are really nice in person. Especially when they’re new. It was better than the nail salon that I was in, since they had the newest models and weren’t worn from other people’s butts. :) –They had a consultant spend time with me, patiently answering all my questions and pricing, of course. You wouldn’t believe the extra features they had compared to the other chairs I was looking at. Bonus: they speak several languages as well. –They followed up with me and made sure that I had all the info and was comfortable with the experience. They also told me that they do a check up with their existing clients as well. –The company is responsive, which I really like. So I really like this company and their chairs, especially compared to their competitors and pricing is great as well. I will recommend these chairs to my uncle to buy and hopefully his nail salon clients will enjoy them as much as I do!

I took over Nail Tymes in Huntington Beach, CA. I purchased Lexor’s spa chairs and tables. Hong Sam was the one who helped me to remodel the salon. I like the team work from Lexor, under the management of Hong Sam, they helped me so much so I can reopen salon on time. I also like the new team in service department. Good luck for whoever bought their products. I’m one of a thousand victim who bough from them. 100% of Chinese junk installed on their products. Even worst come to the assembly, they use dry wall screw to installed their chair, unbelievable. The life of their product so short and they don’t have the replacement parts for that, they will push you to buy their new junk replacement again and call it a upgrade. I just recently bought their new jet for the chair, it took over 2 weeks before i got it, guess what? when i open their product, i can not believe in my eye how horrible their installation, the wire was exposed and not seal tight or waterproof even when the item use for water.
