Staff is nice but this place is not organized well. I called in before and no one checked my insurance network, just asked me to come. I came in and wait, and then finally they said my health network is not covered. I just hope they can organize things better and check this basic information with me earlier.

Worst customer service! We were there at 8am and by 9am we were still waiting! They had only two people performing the tasks! And to make situation even worst is their printer was broken!

Yay first review. I came here today to take my 3 hour glucose test. So cross fingers I pass this time! *^.^* the workers are very nice here, especially the sweet lady working the front desk and the one who drew my blood. Usually Asian places you would have to deal with rude workers, but they made me feel really comfortable.
If you’re coming here to take your 3 hour glucose test I suggest you bring something to keep you occupied. You’re going to have to get your blood drawn out 4 times every hour. Come early! So you get it out of the way.
Overall, my first experience here was really good and I suggest any future mommies that failed their one hour glucose test like me to come here :’)

Definitely recommended this clinic! The staff here are on top of things and the wait isn’t long… they are very friendly, understanding and helpful… No appointment needed.
I’d recommend coming here early and just go on with you day…
They’re open 7days a week…

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. This patient service center can get busy so try to come during off peak hours (afternoon or Wednesdays). The phlebotomists are also extremely good and all have a lot of experience with tough draws.
They also give discounts for patients and they’re much cheaper than the other labs.
Definitely give them a try.
