I was forced to get new insurance recently and had to change from Lab Corp to Quest. I could get into the details, but I wont bore you. Its hard to imagine that there is a company more inefficient, more cheap, more poorly trained, and more clueless than Quest. This is based on my most recent experiences, and based on my experiences from a few years ago involving two other Quest locations. Quest epitomizes everything that’s wrong with the health care system today. I miss Lab Corp. Yeah, that should sum it up nicely.

1. Terrible location. 2. No validation is provided so you will be paying for parking after 20 minutes, which you will be there for more than 20 minutes even with an appointment. 3. The staff is rude, unprofessional and improper. Once blood was taken she should have shown me the tubes with my name on them but she didn’t. Seems like there were one too many tubes of blood taken than my usual. 4. The waiting room has only 4 chairs. 5. I just got a call that they messed up on the sample and now asked me to come back in to withdraw blood AGAIN! 6. They also left a huge bruise from where the blood was drawn and my bandaid was drenched in blood when I left. This has NEVER happened to me before. I will never come to this location again.
