Dunkin’ Donuts

Drive thru is quick but the donuts are always thrown in a bag upside down so the frosting sticks to the bag. Always check your order here! Most times it’s missing something. The drive thru girls are rude! The donuts are always fresh though.

Ordered my usual go to at DD… Medium coffee, two egg and cheese wraps and a donut, glazed. I got a bonus when there were some left over pretzel twistz (Z FOR EMPHASIS).
Thank you lady who told me I was muscular and needed some more fat. You make me feel okay about eating crappy food like you just served me!

Wally is pretty nice guy and it is a family run business. He takes a lot of pride in his work and even showed me the kitchen once when I stopped in. The donuts are sinful, moist and airy.
Don’t drink coffee, so can’t speak for it.

Driving by this place one would think it’s a Starbucks ripoff … what with its hunter green circular logo and all. The owner used to work for Dunkin and I’d say the coffee is on point with what DD offers — or a bit better. DD is my fave, so I’m a fan. The iced coffee was almost alarmingly perfect. Yum! And a drive thru? I can stop on my way to work!

Really, it is Dunkin Donuts — and I’m not kidding because the guy owned a DD and sued when they wouldn’t let him keep pork off the menu for religious reasons and then he just set-​up shop as Wally’s (Whalid = owner).
That being said, there is something cool about being able to get the familiar flavor of a DD varierty (in the larger size I recall from childhood) while none of the money goes to the corporation, so I am all for this place.
Plus, they had the elusive buttermilk donut that I loved as a kid!

I thought I would be surprised at a «different, non DD» donut shop, but this place was just like DD! Disappointed! Oh well live and learn!
Maybe they just switched over from or to DD!

Service is usually lousy. Donuts are slightly overpriced. Coffee not so good. The place is rarely clean. But it is closer to me than DD. How hard is it to make a decent breakfast sandwich?

Simply put, this is a Dunkin Donuts with higher prices and less concern for sanitation. Even the donut labels are from when this was a DD! They’ve added a few green accents as if you’re going to think this is a Starbucks– ha!
The two donuts I got were IDENTICAL to what DD makes. They added sugar to my coffee as asked bit wow, how much did they put in? It’s sweeter than my donuts! After placing it on the counter to ring me up, she noticed all the sugar, chocolate globs and crumbs that were on the counter and now on my cup. She dusted off the bottom of my cup but did nothing to clean the counter while I was in there (another 3 – 4 minutes).
I can drive mile in any direction and be at a DD where you get a value deal on 2 donuts and a coffee. Likewise for a Starbucks. I wouldn’t recommend.

Shortly after starting my new job my trainer told me she was getting donuts for us the next day. My first thought was like oh great dunkin donuts. I mean if its there i will eat a donut from there, but i wouldn’t go out my way to buy one. Well i showed up to work the next day and there was a box of donuts, but wait it wasn’t dunkin! So i opened the box and there was a dozen of glorious donuts. Its like a bright light emerged from the box. Hmmm which one which one. Ooooo double chocolate! Yes please. This was the freshest donut ever. Nice and crunchy on the outside, but soft and moist on the inside. The frosting wasn’t all sugar either. My job is half a block from wally’s and I haven’t been there yet since donuts aren’t friendly to my waistline.

I am not a coffee snob and actually enjoy DD coffee, but Wallys brew blows DD away. The coffee has a pleasant roasted taste.
The donuts are just perfect. The icing is not too sweet and the body has just the right consistency. I have also tried the breakfast egg & cheese sandwich which was tasty, light and freshly made.
Do yourself a favor and stop in for a cup of joe and a donut. Your stomach will love you. I would pass up DD anyday to stop here.

These are the BEST donuts you will ever eat… it used to be a Dunkin’ Donuts for 30 years — the owner, after a lawsuit with DD over not serving pork products (religious views) now has opened his own place and makes the donuts like DD used to… they are wonderful! If he doesn’t have what you want — he will go and make it fresh. They are how we all remember donuts used to taste. This is a family run business (which I always love to support). Take a minute and talk to the owner — you will never go to Dunkin’ Donuts again!!!
