So, on my way to work I stopped for breakfast and got coffee and a bagel. I accidentally spilled my coffee all over my lap. Not only did the gentleman working drive through give me a bunch of napkins to clean up, but also asked me to pull forward so he could refill my coffee while assisting other customers. Great service! That guy made my day.

Honestly, this might seem silly and I have to say that I normally hate [yes hate, not even strong dislike, hate] dunkin donuts — HOWEVER — this location is the ONLY location that I feel comfortable going to. This review is not necessarily that dunkin donuts itself is good but that everyone that works in this location and the manager make me want dunkin, First they are all so nice! They are friendly and actually take the time to remember you. Something as small as «how are you doing today?» in the drive through is much appreciated. I find that there are many dunkin donuts where the staff are just straight up RUDE. I have seriously been to one that they don’t even say hello or anything when you pull up to the drive through speaker/menu. Secondly, this is the only location that actually makes the drinks right AND consistently! I know that every time I come here [which is a little too often because its right next to my work] I will be getting the same experience. The drink is the same and actually pretty good [for dunkin]. I have quite a few dunkin in my area [versus where i work] and they honestly do not compare.

DUNKINDONUTSARENOTFOODACCORDINGTODUNKINDONUTS! So, I have a coupon for a free small latte with any food purchase at Dunkin Donuts. Sounds good. My go to doughnut is a chocolate glazed. I walk over to DD around 9:30 on my break to get said coffee and doughnut. When I go to pay I am informed that a doughnut is not food. Sure, it’s not healthy and has negligible nutritional value, but I’m pretty sure it’s still FOOD. The cashier said maybe hash browns would work. She scans the coupon again. Hash browns; Not food either. Greasy, empty calories, but in the rest of the world, last I checked, still FOOD. So now I have to wait for the manager while the cashier rings up the next customer. After a minute or two, the manager tells me that only a sandwich can be considered food at Dunkin. I don’t want a sandwich. My break is over at this time and I can no longer wait. I leave empty handed with no coffee, no doughnut, no food and no break time left all day. Which includes bathroom breaks. It’s the old bait & switch! No fine print stipulating specific non«food» items on the coupon. Just an outright lie. Not a fan of DDs false advertising.

I frequently get coffee at this location, usually I go into the store. This time I was in a rush to get to class after work so decided to use the drive-thru last Thursday, thinking that it would be faster. Well what a disappointment, not only did I have a hard time understanding the person taking the order but then there were two cars in front of me trying to pick up their orders. I spent well over 10min in line waiting, at that rate I could have brewed my own coffee. I paid/picked-up my order and I was on my way, a couple miles down the road I took my first sip of my iced coffee, what do you know, wrong flavor and it had sugar in it, when I requested no sugar. I checked the donut that I ordered, what do you know wrong donut, but instead of the 1 that I ordered I got 2. After checking my receipt I did end up paying for both of them. They completely got the order wrong, very disappointing.
