this location is the worst– the floors were soaked from the rain and I slipped on the entry mat and scrapped my knee. When I informed the cashier about my fall and the drenched mat, she showed no sympathy or made any comment, just asked for my order.
I was wearing a dress and am pregnant-​the fall could have hurt my unborn child.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. I can’t speak highly enough. Ordering through the drive-​thru is fantastic. They speak clearly and nail the order each time. I never have to repeat myself. When I get to the window they are always very nice, very quick, and NEVER give off the impression that they dislike their job.

The service reps here fast and efficient and very very very friendly. I even downloaded the app for DR because of them. I like my coffee very sweet, like Hot Kool — Aid, and they make it perfection. I also like the chocolate frosted cake donut, and theirs are of much lestablishmebarger proportions than others establishments I frequent.

If all Dunkin’ Donuts were as clean, friendly, and courteous as this place Dunkin’ would blow their competition away… The coffee is always fresh and so are the donuts. Their sandwiches are very good (which is rare for DD). The service is definitely superior to other Dunkin’s I been too. The service is fast and the people are friendly, I’ve been multiple times and everyone I’ve dealt with seems to really enjoy working there and it shows…

When I get to the window they are always very nice, very quick, and NEVER give off the impression that they dislike their job. The staff are great and whoever is manging them is doing a good job. If I didn’t know any better, everyone there acts as if they are paritial owners and take the delivery of good service personally.
I will go out of my way even though the Berkeley Dunkin is 2 minutes from my house.
