Italianos Pizzeria & Restaurant

Needed something to eat so came here. If we weren’t as hungry as we were we would’ve left. Can’t even rate the customer service because it was non-​existent. The chicken tasted uncooked (even though it was cooked). It had that meaty raw flavor. I don’t know how but it was terrible.
The cleanliness… can’t rate that either because there was none.
So the two stars are for the fact that the building existed where we were and that there was life sustaining food to eat.
Maybe we came at the wrong time? As this was our first time here and we needed to go a few doors down to a reptile store.
If we are starving in the future and happen to be here and it’s the only place open within a two block radius, will try again and rereview.

Ordered hot antipasto and 4 of the mussels were closed (no good) how does that happen? A little quality control and or caring would have made the dish really good but instead I cant trust their cooks and wont be back

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. The crust, as others have mentioned, is the best part. It is always crispy and they have a crumb coating. I consider myself a pizza snob and this place is top of my list. The specialty slices are also great. The chicken parm slice is amazing with ricotta :) I have also ordered some of their dinners in the past such as chicken parm and they do not disappoint. Love this place :)

Best gluten free dinner I ever had. If you get the chance you will be very happy. I had the pasta with veggies chicken and sausage it had the best oil sauce. Very tasty…

Fantastic pizza, crispy crusts, unique selections! I recommend the marinara pizza and garlic knots.
Sometimes some of the workers have a hard time with special requests on the pizza, but other than that, service has been great here! Very friendly owner!

Italianos is one of my favorite neighborhood spots. The lunch and dinner specials are reasonably priced and the food is always good. Their regular slice is yummy with a thin and crispy crust. I often come for the dinner specials. Each weeknight is a different special (pasta, chicken etc). The specials come with garlic knots, salad, entrée and dessert. The staff behind the counter and in the dining room are friendly and always on top of things. Mi raccommando!

Found a black, curly hair in my Son’s broccoli/​pasta dish. Gross! I showed the waiter (and we all have blond hair) but he didn’t seem to care. Never again!

We were there with friends for dinner. My husband and I suggested the restaurant. Those cheap gold drapes look terrible with the cob webs on top. I felt like we were going to a fortune teller as we entered the dining room, and almost tripped on the slight incline (couldn’t see it because of the drape hanging at entrance). Nothing like what we remember from a few years ago. The food was OK, nothing to rave about. I had the Seafood Fra Diavalo. It was way too salty. The nicest thing I noticed was the tablecloths and table settings. We exited through the pizza area .The place looks like it needs a good cleaning, starting with the tile flooring. Mrs. B

I used to live in this place when I didn’t drive. Maybe cause I cant look at it anymore because How much I ate it so My view has changed.
Great Crust. and some of the greatest specialty slices you will ever come across.
I wouldn’t din their though. trust me.

Chicken Parm with extra Sauce, really good!

Tried for first time on a Monday where your second entrée is half price. Great garlic knots! Wife had tortellini with marinara an the marinara was 1 st rate. I had the lasagna. Small portion and ricotta texture was that of a dish previously frozen. Disparity between the two dishes was vast. So I guess u can say this place is hot or miss. What is done well is great but you have to avoid what isn’t done well

Great family restaurant! As the other revues note, the pizza is great. But stop in and try the restaurant side and get a good Italian meal. Try the soups. I’d give it 5 stars, but would love to see more wine selections.
