My first experience at SFG was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend eating there. First of all, the employees are all so friendly. My girlfriend and I ordered and ate a margerita pizza, Caesar salad and tri tip/Caesar salad combos with drinks. All for only $ 22.00 Her tri tip was cooked perfectly medium rare, no fat, nice neat slices with a garlic Gorgonzola butter that she was drooling over and let me sample. Delicious. Caesar salads are fresh, crunchy and garlicky. Yum. Beverage area is generous with choices, sugar choices and tons of fresh lemon slices. My pizza was fresh, hot and finished within minutes. The manager was Omar Neri and he was so happy to know it was my first time there and made sure we got a piece of carrot cake that happened to be half price that day as it was carrot cake day in the US. Hahahaha. I definitely return to try all their stores because they are reasonably priced, clean, delicious and have helpful, kind, caring employees especially charming management.

Just went here this weekend was my first time Didn’t know what to expect And really had no idea what to get me and my boyfriend ended up getting sandwiches And Mac and cheese with mash potato and cold slaw Sandwiches were really good The mash potato had good taste just careful on the grilled garlic that they keep inside Clod slaw taste a bit strong by itself but great on the sandwich The Mac and cheese personally wouldn’t recommend it tasted burned to me

I’ve been to a few chains, but this is my go-to one by work. Mains: We got the ¼ Pepper Garlic Tri-Tip Plate and ½ Lemon Garlic Chicken. Chicken was super moist, quite heavy on the garlic. I love garlic, so I don’t mind, but some it can be a lot for some people or not a good idea if you have meetings after lunch :). We got the tri tip medium rare, but it came out more medium =\ Sides: Cauliflower Salad — think this was one of the most delicious ways I’ve have cauliflower prepared! Mashed Potato — it was alright. i’d pass Each plate came with two bread sticks. Def didn’t finish lunch, it was a lot of food for two people. The good: You can order at the front, consistent food, healthy-ish, large portions The bad: Food took forever during lunch Tip: great for large groups

It’s good to know there is still SINCERITY out there in this world! Thank you Stonefire West Hills! I was sent a $ 25 gift card and our food was ready for the guy that picked it up for us. The bread sticks and Pizza we ordered were still hot when we put it on the table to eat. There was never any question about how anything tastes there… but, just to confirm, STILLDELICIOUS!

We’ve been coming here as a family for a few years. We love the garlic butter tri-tip family meal with Cesar salad and breadsticks. Prices are VERY reasonable compared to other places, especially for what you get. Our check is you should be in the mid $ 40’s out the door. The tri-tip is very tender and tasty. I recommend getting it medium rare. The garlic butter VERY garlicky, so beware. We happen to love it that way. The Cesar salad is excellent, again with strong garlic. The breadsticks are great but we don’t eat a lot of bread. Good service in a very family-friendly atmosphere. If we lived closer we would come here more often. 5 stars and strongly recommended.

I don’t understand why this place is diminishing! I don’t eat here anymore because of the horrible take out service. Literally the past four times have been awful. One time our food was straight up cold. I only live 8 minutes away and we picked up the food early. My food should not have been that cold. It wasn’t even slightly warm. After that incident came the one where we only had 5 bread sticks when there should have been more. The next time the tri tip was so incredibly rare. After that they forgot our salad dressing. Are you kidding me? Do I just have insane bad luck with this location?! Because I’ve had more than exceptional take out service from other Stone Fire locations countless times. I don’t know whether this is an issue of being understaffed, unhappy employees, or lack of training I used to get stone fire 2 – 3 times a month from this location. It’s been 5 months now that my boyfriend and I haven’t eaten at this Stone Fire. Two days ago my boyfriend and I decide to give this location another shot because it’s the closest. He calls in and they hang up on him. The next time he calls they tell him they’re out of ribs. How are you out of ribs?! There is no excuse for this locations poor management. I’m done here and going to either the Chatsworth, Thousand Oaks, or Valencia locations.

Buyer beware. I’ve had this happened to me before, so be sure to check your order with them. I ordered 6 oz Tri tip and 3 oz of it was inedible. Pure fat. That and the tortilla chips that were to come with the salad were also MIA. To follow up. Stonefire reached out to me and as you can see sent me a gift card in the hopes I’d have a better experience with my next order. While I love many things on their menu(pizzas, tortilla soup, cartwheel salad, and the BEST carrot cake in the planet) the Tri tip is no longer an option for me and the family. I got a whole Tri-tip this time and I’m sorry to say that the quality of their beef is not the same as it used to be. We’ll still order from here(I seriously love that carrot cake) but we will skip the Tri tip.

Tried this place today for lunch. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with potatoes and a breadstick on the side. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Sandwich was flavorful & juicy– mmm! Sides were delicious as well– all for a reasonably price! They also have lunch specials which is great(not a huge selection in that area for lunch). I’ll definitely be back to try their bbq meats and salads!

The food here is great! I had ordered party platters from here. Saves me time and my guests really enjoyed it. The yam, mac & cheese, fresh baked garlic bread, Asian salad, and garlic mashed potatoes are all really good. I took my kids here for lunch one afternoon and they finished everything and asked if we can come back here again :)) The food is light and healthy. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken, as they brought it out, I just love the savor of grilled/baked garlic. We were all very happy in the tummy. Great lunch place. Great place to cater side dishes for parties.

Food came out so quick! We ordered the crowd pleasure which included tri tip, lemon garlic chicken, 18 breadsticks, salad and large pizza. More than enough to for 5 adults and 5 hungry kids.

Came here on Christmas Eve for a party of 10 in the afternoon! I think they were very accommodating as we had a few more unexpected guests arrive later on. Customer service was on point. The price… is not on point(to me). The portions are a little small for the expensive price. FOOD: Tri-tip(med rare) — gone in seconds! Haha I think everyone enjoyed this. Chicken — Bbq chicken was better than the garlic chicken since it had more flavor. Stonefire’s Favorite Pizza — definitely interesting. It had pesto and avocado on it too. Though I also wanted to try the BBQ pizza too. Breadsticks — who doesn’t like breadsticks? Love em. Caesar salad with dressing on the side — good as a salad can be.

Ahhh, Stonefire… We moved away from L.A. 9 years ago, and when we did live there, this was one of our regular places. We always loved it. And as we have been back to L.A. so many times since moving, we never made it back to Stonefire until this time, and it didn’t disappoint. In the 9 years we have been away, their menu has expanded, but the core menu is as good as ever. Their Tri Tip is excellent as always, and oh those breadsticks!!! Ity truly brought me back to some very fond memories. Next time I am back in L.A., I won’t forget to make another stop at Stonefire!

This is a descent location, though it can get pretty full and have a long wait. Clean restaurant, nice service. I went with the roasted cauliflower and it was still pretty raw and only have edible. The guys had pizza and enjoyed it, I had a slice and it was good, not great. Prices are pretty high for the quality that you get, not bad, but not worth rushing back to.

Stonefire never disappoints and there’s always something for everyone. The food quality here is great. The portions at any Stonefire Grill are family size so a small size of whatever is probably good enough for two-three people but you can always ask. You order at the desk when you walk in and you’re set. Someone will find you a place to seat and it’s simple as that. There’s a big parking lot to park in since this location is in a shopping center.

The food is consistently good. This #Grill simply has amazing recipes. I’m so fortunate to have this restaurant so close to me. Sometimes I eat here three or more times per month. There’s nothing like stopping in and picking up something quick before going home. If the takeout staff were just as amazing, this restaurant would always get a five star rating out of me. That’s just not the case. The take out staff tend to be aloof. Distant. Not interested in greeting every client. Clearly noticing when a client walks in. Obviously not attending to every person. I’ve had this experience many times. But I will sandwich this. Eat in — and you will very likely have a good experience at #Stonefire Grill. The salads are phenomenal. The chicken is spectacular. The pizza: to die for. This place jams!

I cannot thank Stonefire Grill enough. I called literally 3 days before my event to see if they could cater my party(my other caterer fell through, El Toritos in Woodland Hills) and they were happy to help me! They set everything up(it looked beautiful), the price was extremely reasonable, the server Ashley was amazingly sweet and friendly to all of my guests, and the food was delicious! I can’t even tell you how many compliments I received that night and the next morning. At the end, she cleaned everything up! It was a GREAT experience and I will be hiring them again!

I love Stonefire Grill. Lots and lots of food for a great price. I took my kid here after school and I ordered the following: Personal Stonefire’ BBQ Chopped with Tri Tip($ 7.49): my favorite. you can add garbanzo bean as an option so I totally recommend it. This is a meal in itself. Personal Baked Rigatoni with Meat Sauce & Mozzarella($ 10): so good!!! Everything is better with cheese :) :) Lots of meat and I love the flavorful pasta sauce. 16″ Pepperoni Pizza($ 15.59): My kids favorite. It’s thin, crispy and lot of cheese and pepperoni. 6 piece bread sticks $ 2.79): Not a big fan. I love the flavor but they are pretty dense. It’s probably good if I dip it into soup.

I’d never been or heard of this place until friends had wanted to take me there for lunch. The menu is huge and I was off put that for such an extensive and complicated pricing and food choices you have to order before sitting down. This place is not cheap and they’re not good at substitutions, additions, etc. You’ve been warned. I had the kale salad and pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was $ 9 and came just as pictured — on a roll with nothing else. For that much money it should have come with a small side but most of their stuff is Ala carte. The few lunch specials offered are priced fine but very limited in salad options which the place is known for. The kale salad was very good and huge! They call it «petite» but it’s obviously enough for two easily. It was pricey too. You seat yourself and get your own everything. I hate that style of restaurant personally. I won’t go back, not because the food or service was bad, but because the prices aren’t feasible for what you’re getting and the menu has confusing and really irritating wording to describe portion sizes. Petite to describe food for two, medium for 3 or more, etc. You can’t get a true single person serving unless you get a lunch special. I just hate vanity sizing of any kind and find it irresponsible of any company who does it. Petite means small, please stop trying to change the English language and mess with consumers who think they’re ordering a correct food amount only to over eat or waste the food.

It’s been 2 ½ years since I last reviewed Stonefire in West Hills so I think it’s due for an update. I came in with my family for lunch and we weren’t sure what to order. Matt Francisco, who is one of the General Managers, was nearby and recommended a ‘custom family package’. It included BBQ chicken thighs and legs(about 16 pieces), bread sticks(10 pieces), Cesar salad, and about a pound and a half of mashed potatoes. This was plenty of food for myself, my wife, 9, 5 and 2 year olds. The best part about it, it cost just $ 25. Drinks are not included, but we prefer to drink water with lemon as a healthier alternative anyway. You can substitute some of the items in the meal plan. This kind of service and outside the box thinking is what makes Stonefire, and not to mention Matt, so great. The food quality, service and prices are all in the 5 star category. What else can you ask for. Stonefire reiterated their 5 star review with me on this one.
