Quiznos

I dont work far from Quiznos so its convenient for me to go there, and alot of time I do.
Normally, i have atleast a 4 star experience. Today, was way worse than any experience I have ever had.
I ordered a sandwich and told them what items to leave off. When i got my sandwich there was some oregano blend on it. I explained that I didnt ask for it. What appeared to be the manager said that it comes on it. I asked where it says that, and he says «its been that way for 30 years.» He came off very rude and didnt once ask if I would like to remake it. This was not something I wanted. He didnt seem to have any care. No where on the menu does it state that they would add that. Another team member took me to the register, so silly me, i didnt see my sandwich get made. If i come back, I wont make that mistake again.
The rest of the staff was nice. The soup is great. The subs are ok, to expensive for what you get.

I love Quiznos and this one was great. The staff was friendly, timely and clean. They didn’t rush me out the door. I’m glad this Quiznos is still around, they seem to be hard to find.

I found a long black hair hanging out of my sandwich, took it back for my refund and the Hispanic lady with long black hair whom was standing next to a co-​worker who is also a Hispanic lady accused me of putting the long black hair in the sandwich. I visited that location three to four times a week and to be accused of this was pretty pathetic and reckless. For one, I’m bald and two, I’m a grown man. I also spoke with the owner via phone regarding a gift card I received and wanted refunded and he was very unprofessional and rude. I must have caught him on a bad day. I will never eat Quiznos again. This location is not up to par as I’ve witnessed employees wearing gloves to take payments and then go back and handle food. Also, I’ve photographed cell phones, pens and cash on their meat stations, the cash was right beside the meat.

Went to Quiznos for the first time. The sandwich I got, the classic Italian, was fantastic. The great sandwich maker, Justin, was very polite and recommended it to me. The prices are a little higher but definitely worth it. A much better sub compared to subway!
