Honestly the worst Chinese food place I have ever tried. They had no variety of items to choose from and they have a B rating. And to top if off the items had almost no chicken in it, it was almost all vegetables. The food is tasteless and it tastes as if it was sitting there for a long time. As we were paying the old lady asked if we wanted soda we said no thank you and she got mad. Really am I supposed to drink soda because you want me to? I guess. Very rude employees! Anyways not a place to recommend.

The best fried chicken wings!!! Great for parties and gatherings… I always order the party trays for chicken wings and also for fried rice and noodles. Those are my favorite! Great location and friendly customer service

I don’t care what anyone says! I was kinda scared to try this place out but their fried chicken wings are BOMB!!! My boss orders trays for parties and today I tried them… Super delicious. I will definitely buy them for family parties. Cash only!

The food is always cold and looks gross. Owner is super rude, like she’s mad at you that she works there.

I hate to rate this place with such a low rating considering the owners(I think?) of this place(an older Asian man and woman) are just so so friendly! However, their food is subpar to say the least. Their fried rice and chow mein are pretty bland and the food always look like they’ve been sitting there all day. Two stars for their fried chicken wings tho! Probably one of the best things they have on their menu. Although there’s probably a wait if you order them since it goes by quick. But the wait is pretty worth it since they’re so yummy! Service is good with friendly owners. Would keep coming back only for the wings.

We love going to China Blossom for their fried chicken trays; our entire family probably orders from here every time we have a party, and that’s probably at least once a month. Large trays are about $ 65 and the small I think around $ 40. The Large should easily feed 18 – 20 people. You can call in your order up to an hour before you pickup which is what we usually do. They also have the traditional choose your entrees combo plates; though I’ve never had them. Cash only kids — so don’t say you haven’t been warned. The people here are pretty nice, and I’ve never had issue with anyone. Parking is easy enough as well; part of a plaza and it’s never too packed.

Went in 20 minutes before closing time and ask is this it. The lady tells that«we have in back what you want». I’m like okay I want a combo and she dumps white rice and says what I want again. Than i ask no chow mein? She goes on to say i hadmlong day and what i see i front of me is all they have. I’m like whatever and just buy the white rice and tiny bit of chicken they had left. Misleading a customer that way is just a way to never see me coming here again. BTW happy wok down the street is much better than spot.

Low cost, large portion, and good chicken /pork party trays. Not the most organize or best looking fast food place but for the value and food here it’s fine with me. My family and I go here for party trays not much for the individual order. The fried chicken and fried pork is so good, a must try. everyone at party always ask where we get it because they love it.

Picked up dinner here on 3÷3÷15. Half fried rice and chow mein with pork chops and orange chicken combo is $ 6.45. Their grade went back up to an A. Cash only!

This place has such few selections and the food is so plain. There’s no flavor. Also after seeing the cook add old food with the new food I won’t be coming back again.

Sadly this is the closest«Happy Wok» type of restaurant by where I live now. The food is decent, but the lack of customers scares me a bit on how fresh the food could possibly be. And because of this, the food is only warm, not hot. The ladies working the counter were nice, but the day that I was there, there were about 3 empty food trays. She explained to us that they were making more kung pao chicken if we didn’t mind waiting. So we waited and picked out whatever dishes they had left which were only about 4 main sides really. After paying for the food, I see the kitchen staff bring out more hot sides that the lady didn’t bother to tell us was coming out.

If you’re into food that’s been sitting out all day and drenched in thick sauces, you’ve found Nirvana. A quick check on the thick skin that’s formed on top of their soups should be all the warning you need.

Stupid stupid stupid people. I went to go pick up lunch today and walked in and walked right out because they only take cash. This was my first time there and its my last. Bad experience. I wanted to make a addition after a comment was left by another reviewer who was very upset at what I wrote so here it is. I do not carry a internet connected phone with me and I was that day trying to find Chinese food for someone who has been very ill and that’s what they wanted. I had been to several places and it seems they are all the same being cash only, maybe this has to do with their customers being mostly school kids either high school or college. I have been in the restaurant business and I know that customer service can make or break a restaurant and that day after repeatedly looking for a Chinese lunch it was just too much to have to walk away empty handed because they do not take cards. West Covina is not my city just a place I visit and I went to the places I had seen and this was one of them. If this place wanted my business then they would make all payment forms a option. If you love this place then write a great review or if you feel that they have let you down then tell the truth and say you did not like them but either way I have to say that they were a big disappointment

Tried this place years ago wasn’t too good. Thought I would stop in today to give it another chance. As my mom and I were waiting to order I notice that the food seemed burnt and dry. Nothing looked appetizing especially the fly that kept buzzing on the food! Yuck! Left real quick!

The go-to spot when I’m craving Chinese food and too lazy to drive to Panda. This place has been around for years. Love the chicken wings here flavored with onions and jalapeños. Decent pricing for what you get

Their fried rice is good. They don’t seem to get a lot of business so their food just sits there under the warming lamps. I went in around 8 pm(kind of late but I hadn’t eaten all day) & the workers were just standing around & no one was in the restaurant. I ordered a 2 item combo with half rice & half chow mein. My items were original orange chicken & teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken had a lot of fat/skin on it & barely any chicken. The«orange chicken» was mainly extra crunchy(aka rock hard) fried batter & no chicken. I definitely won’t be back to china blossom

I went here after school when I was in high school. The boba was good enough, and cheap enough; I believe still $ 2(it’s been a while, don’t quote me!). My friends and I would go for the teriyaki bowl with fried rice which costed $ 3.75 – it’s filling, but you can tell the quality is low. Everything tasted a little old… Good thing they’d drench the teriyaki sauce if you ask them to. That makes any meat and rice taste much better! I’d still go here, just because it’s the only major Chinese restaurant within that walking area(besides Panda Express and I’d rather not go to a franchise…), and HONESTLY, this type of Chinese fast food is almost always low quality. Keep your expectations low, and you’ll be good. :) I always have low standards for food, haha.

Located on La Puente and Nogales directly across the street of the high school. China Blossom out-lived Panda Express so that tells you something right? This is your American Chinese food hot spot when it comes to taste /portion /price. My favorite is their Spicy Fried Chicken Wings and Orange Chicken. They also have a wide variety of party trays that are usually a hit at a party. Don’t expect this place to «wow» you with their décor considering this is a fast food joint. It’s a family owned business and they work hard to make an honest living. The passed few years, they recently started selling BOBA Milk Tea and PHO! One stop shop… FYI — CASHONLY! Enjoy… :)

Not terrible but not fantastic. The food usually looks like it has been sitting there. My boyfriend and I come here when we don’t feel like driving to Happy Wok. I never see anyone eating here and I guess that says a lot. I would suggest coming here as a last resort only.
