Rapidough Pizza Pies

Great any night pizza place! Everything was fresh and delicious. The pizzas we had were flavorful with an amazingly crisp thin crust. The craft soda is great and made with pure cane sugar. The frozen custard was the perfect ending. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was immaculate. Great choice of music playing as well. We definitely will be back!

Ordered pizzas and salads (from cheese to eggplant & pepper pizza and Caesar to Hippy salad) for a client meeting. Everyone was raving about the pizza and the fresh ingredients. Thanks Kris and Rapidough!

I love it! Family friendly great food. Pizza is fresh and customizable. My only gripes are the lack of delivery orders and maybe switch iPads to the counter and not in middle of dining area. Enlist grub hub maybe? West Chester is a delivery town. Get on it

Great concept, nice folks. Heavy on the hip, and fresh, and healthy. I got a gluten free pie with a pecorino sauce base with arugula mushroom
And black olive. Light crispy crust– one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had. Salads look great– self serve process with kiosks for ordering. Great music, choose pizzas and salads which have been already designed, or design your own. Menu includes salads pastas and calzones too. My pizza was delivered to my table within about five minutes. Craft style sodas and teas, water ice and custards for desert. Organic milk!

Friendly staff, fresh and unique ingredients. Highly recommend this pizza. The craft soda fountain was nice too. I had the Bacon Brussels Sprout pizza which was delicious.

Very good! They had really great combinations. I especially liked that there were different sauces.

Great lunch place addition to West Chester. Interesting offerings including a rotating seasonal menu. Even though it is a touch screen «order you own» place, the service is great. Greeters and food prep folks are friendly and helpful. Wish they offered soup is my only suggestion.

Really great pizza! very good dough, they cooked it as I asked (well done!) and all four of us really enjoyed the pizza and we are very picky! this was as good as zavino and nomad in phila, truly.

Another great venture by the owners of Rapidough! Love the location to grab a super-​fast and super-​yummy pizza or salad. And now pasta too — fantastic idea! Loved the Parma pizza — fresh ingredients and perfect personal size. Décor is, of course, unique and mod/​trendy: pizzeria-​chic! This is the perfect cozy spot to grab a warm meal on a fall day — I can’t wait to go back!

It’s great to have kind of an old-​school pizzeria in West Chester. The personal pies were great. The crust was nicely charred and they have a good variety of fresh toppings. I think the prices are appropriate.
The craft soda fountain is cool and pretty tasty, but all of the options were waaaaayyy too sweet.
Ordering on the tablets was fun and made the experience easy. The staff were friendly and working hard. And they did a nice job renovating the place.
We look forward to eating here often!

Our party had three custom pizzas that were excellent. The high tech but straightforward placing of orders via tablets was fun. We thought the pricing was very fair. Not sure if they have a BYOB license. Large, reasonably priced parking garage is right next door. Enjoyed both the selection and sound level of their music. They have been open about one month. We can recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Fast service, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Pizzas are very good. The cantaloupe water ice is really outta this world, way better than Rita’s in my opinion.

Ate here tonight and was worried when I saw they only offer 8″ and 10″ pizzas on the menu. Yes, the pizza tastes good, but these pies are jokingly small. Beware if you weigh more than 120 pounds because one of their pies equals 1 slice anywhere else and $ 9 for a slice is more than a little pricey. I ate half a pie three minutes ago and I’m hungrier than before I ate. Is that even possible?

Food was great, and service was excellent! With self ordering, food comes within 7 mins of ordering!

This is a good concept in need of serious work. Fast, automated ordering and payment. Quick service. Clear, modern ambience. Quick service, personal pizza, with gourmet options. What could go wrong?
Lots, apparently. On my first visit, I ordered almost the simplest option, a cheese pizza with sausage, to go. It came quick. I took it back to the office, where I found a seriously burned crust surrounding the reasonably tasty interior.
Second visit, I ordered the bacon and fig pizza, on the recommendation of a friend. I sat down at a table. And waited. And waited. Then I noticed a commotion at a nearby table, where they were served the wrong pizza. Wait staff went into overdrive, to get them the right pizza. And then to comp them with a takeout box for the other pizza. My pizza, as it turns out.
When I mentioned this, the manager promised to get me my pizza quickly, which he did. With another burned crust. It apparently is a feature, not a bug.
I did not get comped. I did not even get an apology.
So, Rapidough, let me know when you get it all worked out.

(4) ~ very good overall food & service. Finally a place to grab a «personal» sized Breakfast Pizza day-​or-​night!:) And they use real Eggs w. yummy yolk;) Just wish you could order a Lighter amount of Cheese as I don’t like a lot of cheese on my pizza…
PIZZA:
** Breakfast Pizza = (4.5) Very Good! Real Eggs cooked «over~easy» and you can add more than one;) Created my own version = Bacon, Eggs, Onions, Fried Peppers, Mozzarella Cheese, & Garlic-​Pecorino Sauce. Now if they add «Potatoes» to their vegetable choices, I might have to bump this up to a perfect (5) Excellent!;)
* Plain Pizza = (4) very good. Tomato Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese, but too much cheese for me… wish there was an option to order a Lighter amount of Cheese.
DRINKS:
** 3^rd Coast Fountain Soda = (4) very good… Ginger Root Beer; Vanilla Crème; etc.
DESSERT:
* Soft-​served Vanilla Custard swirled with Seasonal Italian Water Ice = (3.5) good
NOTES: You order from an ipod/​tablet station and they’ll call your name when the order is ready. The Pizzas are about (9) inches in diameter, which is enough for (1) person. There’s also plenty of seating to Eat-​in. And a cheap parking garage on the same block (about $ 1.50/hr.), which is peanuts compared to Philly Parking rates. Lastly, they’ll clean the tables for you after you leave.
