Great place. Ribeye was delicious but I’m more a fan of the bar. Very attentive servers and bartenders. Most generous whiskey pours in the borough. Nice, upscale atmosphere. Rarely ever college kids there. Music on a few nights.

Micheal our server was great tonight as was the food. Go for the cowboy ribeye. This was an awesome night. Great job everyone.

Just walked out of this restaurant. We were seated and no one, not a single person, came to our table. No drink menu, no wine list, no water. No hi, hello, I’ll be right with you. The restaurant want even packed. And we saw waiters standing around. Thanks for wasting our time.

Made the mistake of going to a steakhouse for Mother’s Day Brunch and was disappointed on several levels. We arrived at noon, were given menus and I had to ask the waiter about the brunch items. He responded that«we are serving off the dinner menu today». I told him that I called and was assured there would be brunch items available, and he replied«oh, you want the brunch menu! Duh! It was a short list of few brunch appetizers and entrees, no prices. I get it, it’s a special day but does that give the owner free reign to bend me over? You created a special Mothers Day menu on plain white paper and printed it off in the office, why not include prices? I live by the rule that if you have to ask for a price, it’s usually expensive, and Pietro’s nailed me on that one. Ordered a Bloody Mary and it came out in a small«rocks» type of glass and I couldn’t taste any difference between mine and my wife’s Virgin Mary. We waited about a half hour for entrees to arrive. No juice, coffee, or bread basket was offered. This was brunch, wasn’t it? My breakfast frittata was small and lukewarm, and came with about a tablespoon of crab and a small portion of breakfast potatoes. No toast or bagel, it seemed unusual. I was actually still hungry when I returned home. But it was my Bride’s day and she was happy with her omelet. My daughter had steak frites and it was a sliced steak with sauce atop a bed of steak fries. Seemed like an odd presentation, but my daughter liked it. The waiter disappeared for most of the meal but had a bad habit of leaning over the back of a chair to converse when he appeared. The bill for two egg dishes(without toast), one steak dish, three drinks, one juice was $ 100. No coffee either. Ouch. I should have known better than to have brunch at a steakhouse, I guess the management needs to get out more and see how it’s done. Too many other options in the Borough.

Good food and phenomenal service. Now who can appreciate an informative team member? I strongly encourage you to ask for Jessica. Her energy and passion for food provided an overall great experience. Thank you for making date night such a great meal.

Have no idea where the word«Prime» came from. We had dinner and the center cut rib eye was far from prime quality as the price demanded. The lamb chops-well these 4 huge bone contraptions with tasteless undercooked meat were far from resembling lamb chops. New York steakhouse prices but absent any quality .Loud interior right off a main street and parking is terrible. No valet. Certainly will not return to this well over priced below average attempt at a steakhouse.

All food and drinks are fantastic with great service. Recommend any martini, especially the espresso martini.

This place doesn’t deserve to be as low rated on Unilocal as it is. They have a great martini list and a solid selection of steaks. It’s true that their steaks aren’t quite as good as a Shula’s or Barclay Prime, but still far above the average and with the kind of prices you would expect at a high end steak house. Had a great experience here. Food was top notch. Lobster Mac was delicious. Two people I was dining with ordered the Crab Louie Salad which looked incredible and after we got our entrées I wish that I had gotten my steak Oscar style. The others that did had heaping amounts of lump crab meat. The steak was a bit tough, but properly done and full of flavor. I will say that the staff is not the typical high end restaurant staff. They are lower energy then usual and lacking personality, but more than competent. I will be going again.

They must be kidding me! Everything was fine in the beginning, we had our appetizers, drinks and food. We ordered this lobster mac & cheese side and we were all looking forward to it. The orders came and I could not find any lobsters in the Mac and cheese not taste any. Now I call that false advertising or lying. I complained to the server and he did nothing about it other than saying he will tell the kitchen about it. I mean, really? You pride yourself as this nice restaurant and excellent service and you won’t do anything about a customer’s complaint. Quite disappointing.

Very good but not great. Ceased salad to start and lamb rib chop entrée… all nice. We were party of 5 and shared steak and a bunch of side dishes. Mac and cheese was delicious and onion rings were excellent. Steak was cooked a bit rare(ordered medium rare). Service was very nice and friendly.

You can tell how good a meal is by the amount of conversation going on at the table while people are eating. In this case, silence was golden during the meal time. We all remarked how good the food is because all conversation ceased when the main course was served. I had the 12 oz filet, medium… amazing and on par with Mortons. Lobster bisque was hot as flavorful as other places. Caesar salad was great. The cheese steak palazzo was the best part of the meal. Overall, a great steak experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

The bone in filets are beautiful and are always cooked to my preferred temperature. We have been there several times for dinner without disappointment. Great environment and décor. Only issue was a mediocre lunch that just didn’t compete with the quality cooing of the dinners. End result, dinner yes lunch no.

The happy hour is pretty solid — half off a few apps and dollar off drinks(they’re pricier). The drinks are really good though. My boyfriend got a martini and the glass was taller than most martini glasses at restaurants… worth the $$. I got a grapefruit drink that was amazing and would totally recommend. We also got the buffalo chicken strips and blue cheese/onion chips… great APPS! The chips could’ve used more onions but that’s just my personal preference. They were supposed to have a jazz band but apparently the band cancelled that night. I’ll have to go back for when they have a band. The bartenders were also very nice!

Started out with the tuna skins and calamari, both were really good, tuna skins were a bit skimpy. My wife had the crab crab cakes, mostly crab and seasoned perfectly. I had the 14oz bone in filet, pricey but cooked perfectly and cut like butter. Had the lobster Mac and cheese, I think they must have forgotten to put any lobster in it but tasted good. Service was great. All in all great food but very pricey.

Recently went here to celebrate a birthday. The food was great. I had the tuna skins, which were very good. I followed that with the Cowboy steak with the lobster mac and cheese. The steak was seasoned and prepared to my liking, and came out very well. The lobster mac and cheese was a good, but a little skimpy on the lobster, when compared to other steakhouses in the area. We brought a birthday cake in, so i didnt get to try any of the desserts, but they looked very good as I saw them go to other tables. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is that you can have a great meal, but in a much more casual setting than other steakhouse options in the area(Capital Grille or Mortons in KOP). Would highly recommend

Steak was decent. Service was a little scary. I asked for a steak knife when my steak came out and the waitress said, «we are all out of steak knives.» I laughed thinking she was joking. She said, «no really, we are all out of steak knives, we are running a load in the kitchen right now.» I had to borrow my friends knife. What did she expect, let the steak get cold? She also asked us if we needed more bread, and we replied«yes». She said, «you guys need to speak up if you want something.» I feel that she was rude and incompetent. There are much better steak places for the money.

One of the best restaurants in West Chester. The food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. Derek is a wonderful servicer! Ask for him if you can! Steaks are amazing and the sides are family style! Excellent martini menu and cigar patio! Great choice all around, my fiancé and I are frequent flyers!

Good location in west Chester and most likely the only place to get a decent steak. The prices are what you’d expect from a great steakhouse but the steaks don’t meet the mark. We ordered the dry age strip and filet– both medium rare. They were a bit over cooked and lacked the flavor you’d expect from a legit steakhouse. Atmosphere is a winner and staff is good. Stop by, try a steak, but don’t expect the best you’ve ever had(or close to it). Takeout containers are styrofoam. They hate Mother Earth and our future, I guess.
