Really enjoyed a recent visit to this toy boutique. Stopped in to pick up a few last minute Christmas gifts. Several salespeople were willing to help pick out gifts for a wide age range. Asked questions about likes/​dislikes and made appropriate suggestions. Knowledgable and friendly service. I witnessed the other salespeople take their time assisting other customers in the store.
They carry toys that you might not find at big box stores. I made a few choices and they wrapped up my gifts and numbered my receipt so I could figure out what was what. The do have a loyalty program — I gave my email address and received a coupon for next purchase. It seems they do have other coupons too — their prices may be a tad higher but if you bring in a coupon it helps!

Excellent service from the second I walked in the store! They have a large selection of toys for all ages and very good prices. Would definitely recommend people go there to shop for gifts.

My five year old daughter loves to go to Toyology! It’s a destination for her and has been since she was a baby! She explores and I shop locally for gifts for her and her friends! They have a wonderful selection of the hottest toys for a wide range of ages, interests and imaginations! Build, ride, experiment, create, explore, craft, read, cuddle, play, compete, etc. The staff excels in customer service and have great product knowledge, so they’re happy to recommend just the right gift, wrap it (at no additional charge) and ship it (additional charge)! Experience Toyology and engage the staff. You will love it! They will appreciate you!

Great store. Floor to ceiling toys! Every kid could find things they couldn’t live without! Super helpful and friendly owner helped us pick toys for a 10 year old boy, 4 year old boy and 5 year old girl. He demonstrated or described everything we asked about and toys ranged from baby to toddler to adolescent. Not just the average toys, but many original things I had never seen elsewhere.

I enjoy shopping here and supporting a local business. I find that it’s a little more expensive but they gift wrap and that makes it worth a little more for me. Unfortunately last week I patiently waited for the sales lady to come to the register for fifteen minutes only for her to tell me that she would be unable to wrap my gift because she was helping another lady who was deciding if she was going to buy something. I think you either offer gift wrap or you dont. Maybe offer a self serve station.

The guys workin here were great! Interacted with and engaged my 2.5 ur old son and made some great recommendations. We both left happy. I must say they have an enormous selection, and the toys are of good quality, built to last not plastic. I will definitely be returning.
