Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been here over 10 times, among those 10+ visits I’ve had 9 of them be a total train wreck. I’m not entirely sure if it is exclusively the night crew (because I always come rather late around 7PM), but they always manage to ruin the night.
I don’t mind paying extra for additional topics (double chicken) but I expect a proper portion not these skimpy half scoops I seem to get all the god damn time. I asked for black beans and the kid scoops up about 10 beans (I kid you not) and then scoops into the liquid and dumps it on my burrito bowl and passes me along. I didn’t realize I asked for bean juice, I’ll be sure to clarify this point next time.
This is all happening while they have about 5 workers behind the toppings and meats attempting to move the line along. One person grabs my bowl, moves it along, then three workers walk away with a full line (for no apparent reason, and one even whipped out their phone). I’m standing here being very patient, and eventually someone comes after I had two of the employees look me straight in the eyes and do ABSOLUTELY nothing.
Avoid this location like the plague, I like to think I gave this place a very solid shot at earning my business but after 10 visits with more than 70% of those visits being train wrecks I can’t do it anymore. I’ll gladly drive a couple minutes extra to properly get served a simple burrito bowl (a little sad that I need to go out of my way to find someone who can properly stack ingredients in no particular order).
That entire night crew needs restructuring or a hefty amount of terminations are in order. I’m not one to go after someone’s job, but quite frankly this restaurant’s performance is pitiful in comparison to some of the other locations. I could understand if these were legitimate hold ups due to disgruntled customers or another restaurant troubles, but this was PURELY staff incompetence.
Best of luck at this location, this is on my black list.

Food is good, but the staff work like sloths. The line barely moves. Even when the line is relatively short, except to wait at least 10 minutes.

Chipotle always has great food, but the service at this particular location is extremely slow. They don’t know how to make a burrito and pass it on to the next person in the line, but instead pass it back and forth, forget ingredients, don’t listen to the customer, and waste time. This is by far the slowest Chipotle that I have ever gone to. Even a short line takes forever to get through.

Just moved out here from Vegas. Missed my West Coast roots. This place hit the spot. Thanks CHP!

This Chipotle can get crowded around lunch, but they always keep the line moving. Normally staff is fast and attentive. Occasionally you have someone not so pleasant, but overall good customer service. They keep on top of cleaning the tables so you don’t have to wait around for a seat.

Great Chipotle location. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I ordered online once and arrived about 5 minutes early. I had to wait about 2 – 3 minutes for my order, and multiple employees said hello to me and apologized for the wait (I thought this was really nice especially because they didn’t do anything wrong) Food is made fresh and the line moves quickly. Definitely recommend!

This is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to! The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and consistent. If there’s a long line, no worries because they get that line moving fast. I try to avoid eat any genetically modified food and I feel very comfortable eating here.

Who doesn’t like chipotle?! People without taste buds maybe… any I don’t visit this location often. However when I do it’s quick service. Lines are not often as long as other locations I frequent, but I could just be picking the right times. I definitely think all locations are pretty much the same, similar design, good customer service, and clean. This one is no different

Came here on Labor Day around 2 and the line was almost out the door. Was very surprised how fast the line moved and it was only a 5 – 10 minute wait. The staff is very friendly and efficient despite the big labor day crowd. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and it was awesome. Only thing that is annoying is that a burrito/​bowl is $ 7.01. I guess its there secret way of making an extra penny off every customer. $ 9.50 for a bowl and drink. It will fill you up so its a good deal if you’re always hungry like me. Will come back soon.

I went here on a sunny Tuesday afternoon: o) Unfortunately, I forgot to wear my contact lenses when I went and could not see very well: o (
The staff was very friendly and read off the available items on the menu for me since I could not see. As I leaned in to take a gander at the Barbacoa beef, my nose bumped into the sneeze guard glass and my nose immediately started bleeding everywhere: o (
Some smart alleck waiting in line behind me yelled out «Who NOSE what they want to eat next???»
One of the staff members defended me & told him that was rude & I immediately developed a crush on him (I think his name was Ryan) Plz get in touch with me Ryan: o)
I didn’t get to eat here because I lost over a quart of blood, but the staff was so friendly! :o) My only suggestion is that perhaps the sneeze guard glass should be 5% tint next time so I could notice it better and not bump my nose into it: o\

Friendly staff… Efficient, always clean… N ever if the line is huge they always make it fast n quick. I have seen chipotle where they stingy on quantity… but these guys r good…

Why didn’t I ever think of eating here after shopping at Willowbrook?!
Came here to utilize a BOGO coupon. The line looked long but it went by pretty quickly. Ordered a steak burrito bowl, chips and guac, and a steak burrito to-​go for my mom. Portions were exceptional. Service was quick. No complaints except my pet peeve is when people take the bottles of Tabasco to their table and hog them until they leave. Not the restaurant’s fault, of course. Just don’t be THAT person.
My little secret: I ask for the tortilla on the side with my bowl (It’s free!) so I can make my own burrito. I use half of the bowl in it and eat the other half there. That and some chips and guac is satisfying enough. Then I have the burrito I just made to look forward to the next day.

Guess it’s that time, review time that is. Have ate here a couple times now and always very satisfied. Although the to me a little on the pricey side for a quick lunch, the portions are very filling though. For my husband and I, it cost $ 32 which included 2 burrito bowls, chips and guacamole to share and 2 sodas. We both opted for the steak in our bowls. We each added on guac which is an extra $ 2 for each. Line can get very long but moves quickly. Seating is limited in this spot but if you catch it on a nice day they do have some table outside. Of course will be back again!

I’ve given this Chipotle so many chances but it is always the same. The employees ignore you so that they can talk to each other and the burritos fall apart every single time.

No need for a long review… I heart chipotle. This location is the best one considering my zip code. Sadly I get the same thing every time and now my three year old has a preference on his order ! Seriously always great food always fresh and no matter how long the line the wait is not going to long. So… Go get you grub, grab a stack of napkins for the car and an extra fill of coke on the way out and enjoy !!!

Ok. This place has been redeemed. Went here again and it was great. Staff is better and did not give us a hard time. Of course there is always a line but it moves pretty quickly. Music sometimes overwhelming but at least the beef is always fresh and everything tastes great.

Just like any other Chipotle. People are friendly and the food is consistent. It consistently costs $ 2 more than it should. I keep going back.

Simple fresh ingredients come together in a wonderful and exciting execution. Fast fresh food. Very consistent.

1) This is the best Chipotle in Northern NJ.
2) The bowl is the best meal there. I like it much better then the burrito.
3) For fast food, the quality is high and the service is good.
4) The location is excellent.
