I’m sooo freaking pissed. I spent $ 30 and drove all the way home to find out most of my food was missing. Waited on line for 20 min. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Fast food chains have three simple requirements for me: get my order correct, give me service with a smile, and make me consistent food wherever I go. If you can do those three things I’m happy to offer you four stars.
Unfortunately, this Taco Bell location only hit one of the requirements tonight… they got the order right… sort of. It’s a simple order-it’s the #1…Burrito Supreme, crunchy taco supreme, and a large drink (Diet Pepsi). So, I’m in the drive thru and there are two cars in front of me… WHY did it take almost 10 minutes to leave the window with my food? Inside wasn’t packed… two cars ahead of me… what was the hold up? Perhaps it was the TWO people working around the window who were doing everything one-​handed because they had phones in their hands. Perhaps it was the conversations they were having that had nothing to do with getting the orders right. Perhaps it was because, while sitting at the window, I saw them mis-​pour two drinks which were tossed and refilled once they realized they messed up.
My food order actually tasted fine, but to the kid working the line (I assume it was a kid), when you are putting sour cream on an item it goes on the WHOLE item. both my burrito supreme and the crunchy taco supreme had sour cream on less than half the item… and the crunchy taco was broken. I know it isn’t the most glorious job in the world… and I know you seem to think you deserve $ 15 an hour for doing it, but maybe you could start by paying attention to what you’re doing and making your customers feel like THEY are the priority. Just a thought…

This is the best taco bell I have ever been too.
Always ‘dine in’ when we come to this location. The staff always ensures the dining room is clean, swept amd the condiment bins full with a smile on their face!
They are currently under going a few interior upgrades, can’t wait to see how it looks after they are done.
Great model taco bell location. Quick service, hot tasty meals made right and excellent service!

Second time this place forgot to put the correct food I ordered in the bag, After confirming twice my order was correct on the screen. Nor did they ask me for sauce. So annoying it’s not a hard job to do. This Taco Bell needs new employees!

The good part is compared to the Hasbrouck Heights location, order time to pick up time in the drive thru is within 5 minutes. Compared to Hasbrouck Heights at 24 minutes waiting time. The girl at the pickup window is very friendly which is appreciated. Only thing I change as compared to other locations they are very skimpy on the fillings.

If you like waiting for 15 minutes plus for 2 soft tacos is this the place for you!!! Slowest Taco Hell in the NJ. You’re better off skipping unless you have a ton of free time and immeasurable patience.

The guy inside taking the order was really rude, even when we reached at 1:50 when the store closes at 2am they just abused us and asked us to leave the place

Everything is good but EVERY TIME I GO THERE the FREEZE MACHINE is always down if they can actually fix it and keep it fixed I would give more stars

My experience is usually decent at the little falls Taco Bell. However on our visit the order taker for the pick up window had an attitude. The food took over 10 minutes to be completed. Mind you it was eight items.
Onto the food. The Chalupa bread was frozen. The beef burrito had less than a spoonful of meat and it tasted awful. The nachos inside of the wrap thing were stale. Later into the night two of us got sick from the food.
I would not recommend the little falls Taco Bell to anyone.

This review is for this location of Taco Bell. Not the food because trust me, I can’t live without tb.
More than once, they have gotten my order wrong. Sometimes they make the food with meat when I ask for without. And it’s annoying when you get drive through and realize that after you get home.
Just today though was the worst. I got a cheesy gordita crunch. When I took the first bite, I questioned if I got the right thing. There were barely any beans in there, only in the middle. So my first 7 bites were without beans. ALSO the taco shell was so stale!
Another thing, I got a tostada without the chipotle sauce. I opened it and everything was on one side. All the lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and (of course) they put the chipotle sauce on it. I held it straight in the car so k know it wasn’t my fault.
It’s very sad cause this is the closest Taco Bell to me.
Plus side they just renovated it and it looks beautiful. Too bad they suck at making the food.

The recently redesigned Taco Bell has a fresh new look that causes you to forget that you are at a fast food taco joint. The exterior has a modern shutter design that is illuminated in a purple hue. The interior is brightly illuminated with lovey overhead fixtures; goodbye to the ol’ overhead halogen lamps. The floors are draped in a sleek beige that compliments the wooden high chairs and tables… If I didn’t know better I would have thought I was in a chipotle. The redesign is a huge improvement over the old and outdated previous design; which resembled a jail house bathroom.
Taco Bell’s food is what it is… if you are expecting 5 star tex-​mex you are in the wrong part of town. Taco Bell’s food serves one purpose; to stymie hunger.
The cheesey gordita crunch is my favorite. It is the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy.
For fast food tex-​mex taco bell is the choice. For authentic mexican cuisine, GO ELSEWHERE!

I can’t believe how stupid someone can be? We don’t live in the area But people if you order No Tomato or Lettuce Please understand what you READ on the Monitor. Some people with food allergy’s just can’t eat Tomato’s. NO TOMATO’S MEANS NO, not extra ON ARE LAST VISIT ALL ITEMS LOADED WITH TOMATO. On are first visit we had the problem. We ordered the same thing we had the first time, EXCEPT TODAYS ORDER WAS LOADED WITH TOMATO’S STUPID, STUPID STUPID. I called Baria? The manager she apologized over & over And very sorry. If Montclair State is teaching these students english I fear this. The College is only 3 minutes away .I don’t know how this location stayed open this long. Even going back 20 years ago the same issue’s Soggy stale, Nacho’s .hair in the food !!

I don’t normally get fast food, so my orders may get a little jacked-​up. When I do go to fast food though, I do choose the Taco Bells up here. I went to this one last night, and just reminded me what great service that I get from the TBs in the area. This one in particular. I wanted to shout out to Gregory P. for his clarifying my messed up order, friendly service, and accurate order. I was working all day yesterday. I needed it.

Normally, I have a decent experience with this particular location. Today however, the little BOY working the drive thru gave my wife a little attitude because she didn’t tell him the order the way he wanted it told to him. Then he decided to get cheeky and ask if our order was vegetarian while he tried to mask the fact that he was laughing at her distress. If you can’t be professional, don’t go to work.

Its taco bell fast mexican. Not much to say. Food tastes good and there is a lot of options. The burritos are easy to eat in your hands (unlike chipotle0. Its great.

Brought my 2 kids for a quick meal. I ordered nachos, quesadilla, and the Doritos combo because iv been wanting to try it. The combo came with one Doritos taco, one regular taco and one supreme burrito. I ate the burrito, which was ok. kids seemed to enjoy the nachos and quesadilla. I opened my regular taco to see a long thick black hair sitting on the lettuce in my taco! Almost as it was placed there as a condiment. Disgusting! I brought it up to register and showed the cashier and she looked disgusted as well. the manager came over and apologized, took it away and one of them made a new one… you would think they would have refunded the meal… nope! if that hair is what I could see, I’d hate to see what I couldn’t! What my kids may have eaten, or what was in that burrito! Needless to say I couldn’t finish the meal and was very unsatisfied, I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog. If an attempt was made to rectify the situation other than giving me another taco I probably wouldn’t have left so unsatisfied.
1^st and last time every going here. if you are considering. pass it by’ there are plenty of other fast food restaurants on 46…

I’m a little too old to eat much fast food anymore but I have a soft spot for Taco Bell. I used to work there out in California back in the early 90’s during my student days. Due to my work, I pass by this one quite often so I end up eating there whenever I don’t have much time. This Taco Bell makes the food like the corporation intended it to be made. When made right, it’s pretty good.

One of my favorite Taco Bells. The food always tastes good. The drive thru line here is usually longer than other Taco Bells but you know the food is moving.
