Surprisngly good breakfast. French toast and carolina wrap were fantastic.
Its located inside the big blue/​periwinkle KOA building. There is no signage for this restaurant so its hard to find! Walk straight thru the shop all the way to the back and there is a small eating area in the back.

Morgan was a ray of sunshine… Helpful in recommendations and info about the area. Stopped for a quick to go on our way out of obx. Food was incredible. Fresh made hot coffee, Carolina wrap to die for and the bomb diggity of breakfast sandwiches. Definitely a go to anytime your in the obx !!!

I really enjoyed Sheila’s. It was recommended by my beach house owner. I asked her who had the best breakfast here and she said Sheila’s hands down. SHE WAS NOT LYING, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. Sheila’s is hidden in KOA near the camper park. Between the 3 of us we had the omlettes (both bacon and the veggie) and the pancakes. We also has the breakfast wrap with salsa… yummers!!!
