I went with a friend awhile back during lunch time. I got the BBQ sandwich which came with chips, the pricing isn’t bad at all. The sandwich was good and I like the interior, it’s perfect for meeting up with a friend or buying a quick bite to eat. I would probably go back and try the green tea with another sandwich.

I love Paneras food but rarely go(once every 4 – 6 months) because the prices are way too high for deli style food. You can goto McCaliaters or Jasons deli for the same food and way cheaper– and even larger servings.

I love this place for lunch! They have a great you pick two combo that is very affordable and delish. I recommend any of the salads. All of them are very healthy and taste wonderful. The soups are always good too for the cold weather. You cant come here without having the green tea though, I think its a secret or something bc not a lot of people know about it. Its served cold and very refreshing.

Well, its not that hard to keep your bagel section full, especially the plain ones. Sadly, they don’t really keep their own stuff in stock.

My mom brought me here for our occasional luncheons. While I enjoyed her company I didn’t enjoy the food all that much. The small bowl of soup tasted wonderful however, the ½ sandwich and price tag turned me off completely. I have no problem with the portions, it’s the price you have to pay for them that’s ridiculous. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, it’s a soup/sandwich shop. I am an expert cook so I think I could whip up a squash soup and still freeze a few containers for another day for that price AND throw in a couple of good sized sandwiches to go with it.

Health Conscious Light Meal, But at a Price. I enjoy the food at Panera, and I like that I don’t feel stuffed and uncomfortable when I leave, but it’s hard to stomach that a family of four can get ½ Sandwiches and Small Bowls of Soup and still spend nearly $ 50.

Not healthy lol. made us sick. It’s fast food after all… And it’s funny when people buy salads from fast food spots… The organic/healthy movement across America is great but this place is definitely not part of it. It’s not good in terms of taste or quality. Just make soup by yourself at home and eat it with some bread, easy. Nothing special here, skip this place.

I was disappointed by our visit. Other locations don’t suffer from the same things. The food was very cold for items that should have been warm. The floor and tables were not cleaned and had chunks of food throughout the restaurant.

We had lunch there during our break. The self desk service is very good idea and it helped us to avoid the long line. Although the hot water for tea is behind the cashiers, the service was diligent to get me hot water for my tea as soon as I asked for help, and table service was friendly too. Sure enough a place to stop again.

Love Panera Bread, this time was a little off, the floors were unswept and the drink station was very messy. That is unusual for panera. I’m used to a real nice environment. Marissa was our cashier… when we walked up she didn’t acknowledge us and throughout the ordering process she acted like we were bothering her. Really set the mood up there.

So I love Panera but this location is AWFUL! It’s always dirty, the service is bad, they are always out of something and most of the time the order is incorrect(especially on take out). I love 2 mins from this one but drive to the precinct line location just because this one is so bad!!!

Started out rocky they almost lost me as a customer. encountered a little girl that seem like she was half asleep when taking my order. or maybe she just wasn’t a morning person. Now there is another girl at the front and she is wide awake. she is always on point. love her. Tried there strawberry banana smoothie for the first time, wasn’t too crazy about it. More of a pastry type chic. think I will stick with that,

I have been to this Panera several times. The service is TERRIBLE. Not unfriendly, just not good. This morning, I came in and there was ONE coffee carafe that actually had any coffee in it and yet the workers were just chatting. I had to wait 10 minutes for a brewed coffee to be actually placed out, even though there was someone not working the registers that could have easily taken 2 minutes to put the two finished coffees out. On top of that, the last two times I have come here to work, there has been no wi-fi. Finally, it’s not all that clean. Clearly, I need to stop coming here.

So I’ve came to this location twice so far 1st visit: 8pm, a late dinner. Didn’t know you can now place your order on a tablet which is pretty cool especially if you like to take your time. Placed my order, a couple people in front of me, sat down and hanged out. Notice the staff weren’t very serious about their work. The man who handed me my order checked my bag to make sure everything was in there, i also checked the bag, and my baguette wasn’t in the bed. I told the staff and they told me they were out… If there was no more baguette why didn’t they bother telling me? I substitute it for another type of bread. Other than the staff food was great. 2nd visit: it was a Friday lunch, very busy. The staff from this day vs the staff from the other night were completely different. I was doing a quick lunch so I ordered 2 soups, broccoli cheddar, and New England clam chowder. As well as an iced green tea! Panera’s green tea is the best!

Brought my daughter in for a pastry treat on her birthday. There was a hair on our plate, the microwave was broken, and there was a dead cat near the outside patio. Not the best experience.

I arrived here today at 12:30PM to have a quick lunch while shopping. I was almost able to order as there is no one in line I chose the pick two i went with the ½ turkey avocado BLT and a cup of the lemon chicken orzo soup, for a side I chose the baked Lays and rounded off my order with a small diet Dr Pepper. I found a table and waited for my buzzer to go off to let me know my food was ready a nice employee ended up bringing me my food which was a nice surprise instead of having to get up leave my table and get my food. My soup was hot and my sandwich was delicious. The reason I am not giving this establishment a five star rating is the pastry case was barely stocked with standard items and it was difficult to find a table as there is many that were dirty and filled with dishes. Also as I was leaving there is extremely long line of customers and only two people working the many cash registers they had available. I will return but maybe not at such a busy time.

The food at Panera is great. However, it is the TV ad now playing that turns my stomach. Its the one with a couple eating a salad at their table. The female is stuffing the salad rapidly, fork after fork, into her mouth. I cannot recall ever seeing another person eating so slobbily. What was the advertising department thinking? Bad image for Panera! Not clever, not current, just disgusting and tasteless.

I have visited this location in the past month twice; once for lunch and now for breakfast. During my last visit, service was considerably better, food was prompt and delicious(as I would expect of a Panera Bread)! The real test in changing my rating for this location was the breakfast rapid checkout service. Previously I have been let down but this time was a complete opposite experience. Everything I ordered was ready, exact, and complete. All the food was delicious and fresh and pastries order were on the bag as well ready to go. Thank you @panerabread for making this location back to your standards I have come to expect.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch when we were in the area. I feel that they’ve gone a bit«down» in their food preparation and quality. It just doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to be. I can’t put my finger on what’s the issue, but there seems to be a «rush» to get the food out and not paying attention to the quality.

Wanted to give Panera bread a try. Went in expecting to order their turkey, spinach and egg white power sandwich but apparently we missed breakfast by 30 mins, so that was disappointing. They were out of the coffee I wanted, disappointing as well. The tables that were empty were dirty. My sandwich was too greasy. Probably never going to a Panera bread again. I’m gonna stick with Corner Bakery.
