To me, it’s the experience that I appreciate about JJ’s.
1.) I can order online and either have it delivered or ready for me to pick-​up.
2.) Delivery is lightning fast. I mean, we’re talking less than 10 minutes from the time I click «submit order».
3.) Food is always fresh.
For a while my go-​to sub was the Pepe (smoked ham & provolone) but lately I’ve been digging the Italian. I load it up (minus tomatoes, the devil’s vegetable) and am always full once consumed. They have house brand chips that are good. They’re kettle chips and come in a few flavors (I like the jalapeño) and you can also order a soda and cookie for dessert.
I had one bad experience the first time (order showed like 45 minutes late) but the manager was cool and took care of us. Since then, we’ve not had a single problem. Wish they had a kids menu, would make things even better.

I enjoy the un-​wich option. I’ve been to the location and also ordered delivery and was very impressed by the delivery time — «freaky fast» as they advertise. When I heard the knock on the door I was definitely not expecting them to be there so quickly. The sandwiches were also good.

My first visit there. Ordering the roast beef sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches to check the consistency. A good serving a beef on a french type roll… tasted good too.
Not one picture of Kevin Harvick in the whole place? I also requested, and reviewed your delivery routes. It’s very small and limited. I could not make an online ordering and have it delivered. But I’m a new fan.

I love Jimmy Johns! The #14 Bootlegger add peppers, cheese and extra mayo. Yum! Solid sandwich. Fresh produce and meat. The bread is very good as well, it has a crispy crust and a chewy center. The customer service at this location is done pretty well. When you walk in everyone greets you right when you walk in the door, and the service is very fast. They had my sandwich ready before I was even done paying for my food.

I placed my order online and when I picked it I was greeted with scolding, condescending and arrogance from the employee who told me I need to pick it up quicker next time. I will never be return this location or any other Jimmy John’s because this type of service that I received.

I was so excited yesterday when I saw this Jimmy John’s location! There is one closer to my home but due to construction I haven’t gone there because it’s a pain to get to. Today after a very long walk I rewarded myself by having lunch here. From the moment I walked in the staff was courteous and helpful and the establishment was extremely clean and bright. I ordered a number 13 which is the giant beach club. It’s a turkey sandwich on French bread with provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cucumbers. I added a medium drink and a bag of Jimmy John’s chips my order came to about $ 10. My sandwich was make quickly and all the ingredients for fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back again to have another beach club or possibly the tuna which is very good also.
