The Habit Burger Grill

Overpriced blandness. Not too impressive in flavor or value. One review said this place is about the same price as McDonald’s; I think it is more expensive and the quality isn’t so much better that the high cost is justified. Plain burger with bacon, fries, and a drink for $ 10. They get an extra star for the strawberry lemonade. This is my last visit here.

This place does not take phone orders without pre paying with credit card. They claim its policy. I was ordering for others I don’t care for the dry burgers and French fries!!!

Thank you habit. I went back tonight busy Friday. They had fries. Service was great. Place was nice and clean. The best part was my burger was great. Wonderful job to the habit.

I cannot remember the last time they got our order right. We’ve eaten here (usually to go) for a while now, but I just can’t anymore. This time they put an ungodly amount of pepper in the grilled onions and either mayo or butter on my veggie burger which I asked for no sauce. Kids love it, but I just cannot spend another dime here. If you eat here anyway and order over the phone, make sure you tell them «NO» when they ask you if they can start your burger when you get there. Why else would you be calling ahead? Not sure if it makes any difference though. They wait anyway.: (

The burgers are nothing grand – no thanks. And it’s dirty inside yuk!
I’ll go to the Counter next time, they might be a couple bucks more but WELL worth it…

Above average burgers for basically the same price as McDonald’s, u can’t go wrong! Can get a bit busy, but the smell they pump out of the fans of fresh grilling meat is like the pied piper calling all the hungry people in!

Great staff. I requested bacon on my burger. She forgot to add it to the ticket so she gave it to me for free! I had the bbq bacon char burger. It was delicious. Loved the crispy bun.

Good food with prompt friendly service. Fries no where near as good as 5 guys and same problem– will not cook burger less than medium. Father had chicken sandwich which looked very good.

Been here about 3 time and honestly, I would choose habit over in and out any day. They are super busy around lunch time so plan accordingly. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Burgers are amazing.

What can I say except how quickly did this place go downhill? Judging by the reviews, we aren’t the only ones who feel this way. My husband and I loved going to Habit and after an appt in WC the other night decided to go get a burger. It was about 5:00 pm and not bust yet in WC so we swung by.
I cannot believe how dirty the place was. There was a filthy rolling garbage can was sitting right next to the fancy can that the property owners put in place permanently, which just happened to be right at the front door. The floors were dirty, the tables dirty and the restrooms were filthy dirty. We ignored it because the burgers are good. We ordered and since it was FREEZING inside we went outside to the table that looked the cleanest. It was to the right of the front doors and right behind my chair were stacked disgusting kitchen mats. Right in front of the entrance to the store! I saw a couple leaving and they told a worker that they needed to keep the place cleaner and he responded, «Yeah’» and then walked right by the dirty tables and overflowing garbage.
When our burgers came they were dry, without any condiments and boring. I had to go in and ask for mayonnaise just to try and moisten my burger some.
On the plus side, the manager was really nice.
We won’t be returning to this Habit again. Hoping the new one in Concord will be better…

Management team need to keep this place clean, i walked in on a saturday night around 9:30 pm, trash and stain al over floor, wanst busy at the time i counted there were about 20 customers. I rather go to the habit burger on grary blvd

Stephanee is the best! She helped me choose my burger (jalapeño tempura) and then talked to me about my day! Super friendly and personable staff

Took me half an hour to get french fries and onion rings. I ORDERED add mushrooms and gor a dollar there were 5 mushrooms. MY son left his two hotwheels cars and I didn’t realize it until we were home… but they have no inbound phone line. YOU have to call a telephone hotline center for orders and they said they sent an email to the chain location and they would call me back… they never did. The burgers are tiny, over priced. The building is cramped and so is parking lot.

Dirty, Filthy, Over Flowing Garbage! When my husband and I entered about 4:00 pm on Saturday, the entry way had ranch spilled, garbage, part of a milkshake, and food. After we ordered we looked for a table to sit at… however…all of them were dirty… shocker. Finally picked the one with the least amount of food on top and had a seat. As we waited for our food, I notice
d a women sweeping and thought to myself… she will clean up the mess at the door… but NO! She only swept in front of the ice machines and went back behind the counter. In addition, a large gentleman who appeared to be the manager walked through the restaurant to the back of the kitchen and didn’t stop or send someone out to clean up the floor or all the dirty tables. We picked up our trash and proceeded to the trash cans… the mess was still there. I tried to dump my trash without slipping on ranch or the milkshake, but the trash was FULL so I couldn’t dump my trash. What a mess! Food was mediocre at best!

This is the second location I have been to and it appears as if their staff was unorganized. Initially I was hesitant to try them out again but will definitely pay them another visit. The manager contacted me and was open to my feedback. She was warm and very understanding. That type of customer service golden in my book. Will give a second review after I give them another try

The burgers are good, a little dry. We had the double char and a mushroom char, both were good .I still prefer In & Out. The best thing we had were the tempura green beans. The malts are really good.

A bit of a line at peak hours, but the cashier was very nice and even gave us a free drink! The burger was nice and juicy, and you can always expect a double char burger to be good. Only downsides is that it is difficult to get ketchup when you’re holding a tray and the tables outside are a bit unstable, but otherwise, I fully recommend The Habit!

Pretty good burger for the very small price! The fries are also pretty good. The shake, was just alright. The ingredients in the burger seemed pretty fresh.
The condiments section they have was clean and awesome because they had jalapeños and peppercinis.
I was astonished at the great service and friendliness of the employees here. I was greeted nicely when I walked up to order and also when I went to pick up my food. While sitting, one of them walked by and took my tray for me! I definitely have never had this happen to me at another fast food restaurant. I was very pleased with this place.

Went with my family for a dinner and for 2 of us paid around 30 bucks. The service was quick and prompt. The place clean. The kitchen was open kitchen so you could see what was going on… No secrets.
Ordered chicken sandwich, chicken club, and fries. The club was on white bread toasted with avocado. The sandwich was on a French roll bread. Both the sandwiches were tasty and fresh. The sandwich didn’t fall part and was holding together well.
I give it 4 instead of 5 coz for 2 sandwiches and one fry I felt 30 bucks on the high side especially based on the food quantity. It would be better if the price was around 24 but maybe I am missing to see something here but this is my opinion. I
