This system has been designed by people who have no concept of user experience. As a landlord, every time I want to do anything, I have to spend 2 hours contacting customers support If you know of anything else, please let me know

This is a shady operation. Very poor communication and as a landlord, I would look for something else to provide your tenants if you wish to offer an easy way for them to pay their rent. I was going to do this for my tenants, but, due to lack of communication and the ridiculous, unmerited information they want from me, I won’t be using this service.

Nasty company. First they were charging $ 35 then it became a $ 38 fee to pay my rent online, now it is up to $ 50.

Should receive 0STARS. Called to get an understanding of how the programs works. My question was a simple«What will your service cost me?» When you get the run around with responses like: «it depends, sometimes, maybe, in some instances etc… you get my drift. No doubt this is a shady company who won’t even answer a basic question – stay away!!!

I have been using for the past few years. I have configured ACH debit from my Bank account, so I don’t pay any credit card fees. I pay by sending a text message«Pay xxx» where xxx is the dollar amount. Once my payment failed because my bank account details changed and I forgot to update it in . sent me an email immediately informing me about the failed payment and did not charge me any fees. I usually pay ahead of time as soon as I get the bill from the landlord. Once I didn’t get the bill. sent me a reminder on the due date, and I paid on time. In the 3+ years I have been using , I have had no late-payment fees or fees of any kind. Highly recommended!

Outrageous fees to pay rent. They advertise that checks are a way of the past and sign up property managers and landlords. In turn, the tenants have to pay their rent online or through their app with a debit card/credit card. This company fees are 43.00 to process a MasterCard and 29.00 for a Visa. The company claims these fees are to cover the cost of processing your payment. The property managers don’t absorb the cost, the tenant does. That’s 516 dollars a year for one to pay their rent with their debit MasterCard and 348 dollars a year with their Visa. It’s up to the property manager to allow checks to be processed through this company. My property manager doesn’t allow it nor do they accept checks or money orders so one is forced to use this company that’s taking advantage of a tenant having no choice but to use their service.

I have used for a couple of years to autopay my rent by 3rd every month. Recently, my landlord increased my rent and also the utilities. When changed the rent on this autopay screen on this website, it automatically(and without my intervention), changed the autopay date. This happened two time. As a result, my autopay was done late and I incurred charges from my landlord. I called and explained this situation and asked them to fix their software bug and also to compensate me for my loss. They refuse to see logic or reason. They do not want to look at a video recording of how their autopay window works for a customer. Stay away from this website would be my advice.
