Great place, but are they open again?

Really great traditional burritos and they went above and beyond when I ordered 3 chicken burritos incorrectly. I misunderstood and thought that the salsa that comes on the burritos is the same as what’s on their salsa bar. Instead it’s the big chunks of tomatoes and onions with cilantro. So, when I came back and told them MY MISTAKE, offered to pay for 3 new burritos, they said no it’s on the house. He said sometimes we make mistakes in the kitchen too and that its no big deal that he would just make me 3 more for FREE! He sure didn’t have to do that and again, It was above and beyond!!! Excellent customer service, food, and a place I will definitely go back to every chance I get. Thanks to the guys at 360 degree gourmet burritos, I truly appreciated such a kind gesture. :)

«For here or to go» shouldn’t be the first thing you say to a customer. Food is good so I keep coming but tolerating the attitude is more then I care for on lunch.

I LOVE this place! The Garlic lime chicken burrito with a spinach tortilla and orange sauce is my go-​to. Always consistent, always clean, & always fast.

Had the chipotle burrito, nachos and the kids got the kids burritos. It wasn’t horrible, but not good enough to return. I was starving and usually all food will taste good at that point, but not in this case. Flavor is really lacking and burritos were dry. Taco Bell would’ve been a better choice on this day, if that’s any indication on how flavorless the food was.
Update: First off, the owner has great customer service and really takes care of his customers. I returned to give it one more shot. The food was a little better, but I was actually scared to eat the food because the chubby Mexican worker was pissed that I was getting a food credit. He kept interrogating me on how and why even after I showed him my coupon from the owner. He was extremely rude, so I couldn’t help but think he’s probably going to spit in my food. I read other Unilocal reviews of people complaining about him so I’m sure it’s the same guy. Maybe they need to let this guy go and bring someone in that has the same customer service as the owner. He’s a poor reflection of how well this restaurant could be.

Garlic lime steak burrito. Use the sweet/​spicy sauce. The chips are good, too. Be polite and they’ll have your food out in no time.

After talking to Sal the owner I decided to give it another try. This time I didn’t go durning the rush and I got the 360 gourmet burrito and it was very good. Hands down best customer service. Every place of business needs to learn from them. Sal and the rest of the team have won me over and I will be back.

Stopped by after my appointment to grab a quick bite and I got the Chicken Chipotle Gourmet Burrito in the spinach tortilla and I have got to say that it was really good! I like their salsa bar as well. I would definitely recommend this place! Cheese, Guacamole and sour crean are extra in the gourmet burrito but its worth it!

Great burritos with lots of different choices. Salsa there is great too! They have healthy options here too for those healthy conscious people.

Tried this place for the first time. I thought their shrimp and steak burrito was tasty and fresh. Their salsa bar could be a bit more exciting. I’ll go here again.

I was there for the lunch I was asking questions about the menu he was really upset very rude, show no respect and he was yelling i don’t think I’m coming back to this place ever .
They need to be careful who they hired to be in front of the cash register this guy easily can scare away customers

Do not trust them they had $ 6.95 for bowl and they charged us $ 7.25.
And guy start arguing that the price on system is different then what is on menu board. Poor customer service never ever coming back here.
And people check what you are paying at this place.

Stopped by after my doctor’s appt (located across from Kaiser) while waiting on my Über. Service was very welcoming and friendly. I had the Prawn Quesadilla on the Spinach Tortilla w/​Guacamole– thoroughly enjoyed! Fresh and flavorful.

Great variety of Mexican specialty gourmet burritos, tacos, bowls etc. My favorite is the Cajun Chicken & Prawn burrito on a tomato tortilla. Doesn’t get any better than that.

I received a very nice letter from the manager after my review. He addressed the salsa issue and informed me that the limit on salsa was over. I do understand that some people were taking advantage of their salsa bar, we were not one of them and were just caught in the fray.
He asked me to try the restaurant again. In fact I ended up going just the next day. Their food is good. I had another prawn burrito and ate it in seconds. Not just because I have a baby who might wake up at any second but because it’s good.
I do still suggest that a side of salsa be added to the menu so I can simply buy salsa to go and not have to deal with the extremely small containers.
Finally, regarding the staff. Depending on who’s working it’s still a bit hit or miss. Maybe over time that will change.
Overall, if you like good tasty food this place is worth checking out.

Their food is good and prices are good but service is hit or miss. I eat there regularly because I work across the street. I get 2 salsas and two corn salsas always. And today some guy (maybe the owner) stopped me and said. Two per customer only next time we will charge you.

I personally think this place is great. Being a huge fan of Mexican food, but also very health conscious can be very difficult. But here I can be both pretty easy. All their food tastes fresh and made without excess oil. The only meat I’ve tried is their chicken which is all white breast meat that has been grilled perfectly. By no means is this authentic taqueria Mexican food, but they don’t advertise to be. You can come here and get a fresh burrito (or bowl) with a variety of favorites from teriyaki to Indian and not feel too guilty after.

Terrible burrito. I had the artichoke chicken burrito and was disappointed. The tortilla was gummy, and stuck to the roof of my mouth. The chicken was cubed and felt like it was microwaved. The peppers were hardly sautéed and still crunchy which didn’t fit with the texture of the rest of the ingredients which were all too mushy. My stomach felt terrible afterwards which, after witnessing their customer service, I have no doubt it was due to the care they took in assembling said burrito.
When I approached the counter the man stared at me until I was ready to order and when I used my card he slapped the receipt down on the counter for me to sign. I sat down and waited for my food at a table while the same man went around sweeping up food underneath the tables but in the process slamming chairs down to make a huge commotion. When my food was ready it was placed on the counter without my knowledge until the man said, «hey, your food’s ready». I felt like just leaving instead of eating in this entirely uncomfortable and unprofessional dining environment. I have never written a negative review on this app, but this experience was all too deserving.

Have been there twice in the last 3 weeks at 10am (posted opening time) only to be told that they were not open yet. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to get ready, which sucks because my lunch is only 30 minutes.
Yesterday had the two steak taco special. The rice and beans were decent, but the steak was really gamey and there were several pieces that were way too big to be on a taco. Need to slice and dice, cooks! Don’t be lazy!

Looking for somewhere different than your local taqueria with a twist then come here. The burritos are a little smaller than most places but still filling. The price is average for a burrito. My favorite are the 360 gourmet burrito and the Thai chicken burrito. You can get four different types of tortillas for your burrito to be wrapped in including tomato and spinach which you typically don’t find at most places. The service is really fast I always get my burritos in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is pretty clean and you also get free tortilla chips with every purchase.
