Kind lady packed a bowl of three different flavors, mango cream, macadamia nut toffee, and some Hawaiian word for a coconut ice cream for me and my compatriots. Coconut and mango ice cream stole the show, bit all where awesome. At $ 1.50 for every additional scoop after the first, multi scooping is the way to go!

I could not quite decided weather or not to actually go inside the store at first because of the was the strip of buildings looked, but once as I made up my mind to go in, my perspective changed there were menus on the wall of all the ice creams and the lady that greeted us was supper nice. I of course had to get a shake(because I LOVE shakes) I got the coconut ice cream shake and it was so good!

Great ice cream. I always stop in for a scoop or two on my way to Waimea Canyon. The ice cream is always tasty! as a tourist though, be prepared for Island Time with the server… service is slow. But if you have the time, it’s worth it!

The comment is in the name of this ice cream shop: super duper. These ices are not from Berthillon(reference in Paris) but waffles are home made, ice is testy(I just would suggest to improve mango). And you get a lot of ice but also of smiles. The tenants are friendly.

Super duper says it all. We went there three days in row for dessert! Fandamtastic little shop in downtown Waimea. Great flavors from Mac nut vanilla to guava. The ice cream is Roselani from Mauai. Super friendly people behind the counter. The coffee with ice cream was the greatest according to my brother.

My mother in law went to high school with Lisa’s dad, so she had to stop by and say hi. I stayed in the car with the kid. Mom came out with a coffee ice cream for us. It was delicious! Creamy and well flavored, great consistency. My two year old ate it and said«more ice cream!», accompanied with a big cheesy«I’m so cute so you will give me what I want» smile. We didn’t go back for ice cream today, but we might tomorrow!

AWESOME little ice cream shop! What a little gem! I am a huge ice cream fan and this ice cream did not disappoint. The caramel was outstanding — right up there with my hometown favorite Izzy’s in Minnesota. Check this place out for sure. It’s inexpensive and the staff is super friendly. I’m so glad we stumbled upon it on our walk through town! I also tried their lilikoi(yellow passionfruit) and it was delicious. Pretty tart but I loved it!

What a darling little place! The owner is darling and even agreed to take a snap with us. Treat yourself to what I called the Island Trifecta: guava, lilikoi, and lychee. Oh so good!

Located just off the main road. Loved the variety of local flavors! It was hard to choose. We were a group of 10 and we all loved it. Service was excellent and the price very reasonable. Enjoyed the treats at the picnic area across the street. I’d definitely come back.

Tiny shop but awesome service and ice cream. Our family got 8 different flavors and all were good. Nice park benches across the street to sit and relax. They were out of waffle cones but that didn’t stop us from ordering. The scoops were more than generous and they let you try as many flavors as you want.

My girl friend and I had cravings one night during our stay in Waimea and read the Unilocal review on Super Duper Two and decided to try it. We got to meet Lisa, the owner, who was very very kind and nice. And the icecream was amazing. It was one of the few places that we actually got what we paid for. Great taste, quality, price, and portion! If you are in Waimea you have to stop by Super Duper Two, try their Chocolate/Vanilla Macadamia Nut and Kona Mud Pie. Super delicious

Want a TON of ice cream on the cheap? Look no further! Super nice lady, more Roselani ice cream than you can consume so split a Banana Royale for an even better deal! Trust me with some of the prices on the island, you need every deal you can get, yeah? We’ll be back after we lose the weight we gained this trip.

We discovered Super Duper Two on the way back from Waimea Canyon, and returned two more times on our trip to Kauai. Their shake menu looks off the hook, but I never tried a shake because I am addicted to their waffle cones. They make their waffle cones by hand, and they are the crispiest, most delicious waffle cones anywhere! You know how you walk by an ice cream place and the aroma of waffle cones cooking beckons you? Well, Super Duper Two’s waffle cones live up to the aroma! They serve Roselani brand ice cream, which is made on Maui in small batches(only one flavor per day). There is a small park across the street with a few picnic tables. I love eating my ice cream cone outside on a hot day, so this was perfect for me. If it’s raining, though, you might have to each in your car since there is almost no seating inside.

Aunty Lisa is the bomb! Since we moved out of Waimea, my kids still ask us to go there. We have to drive from Kalaheo to go and see her and get ice cream. Highly Recommended!!! Try the Carmel Ice Cream or their coffee shake. MMMMmmmm…

Super Duper Two was the food highlight of my stay in Waimea. It’s an ice cream place, but I first stopped in to get a bagel one morning. Bagels are served M — F. And if you are passing through Waimea on your way to the canyon or staying in Waimea, stop there for a bagel because it is the best breakfast deal in town. For $ 4(and food is expensive in Hawaii) I got a bagel loaded with cream cheese, tomatoes, onions and capers. Super Duper Two has a nice selection of bagel sandwiches and great prices. On your back from the canyon, stop again for the ice cream. Again, incredibly good(chocolate macadamia) and very affordable for the large portion. The added bonus is the owner is friendly and talkative and provided me with some good hiking tips.

My favorite ice cream place on the island for sure. The owner Lisa gives you your money’s worth. These are large scoops, not sure how she is making any money. Quality is good as is the selection. Nice little shop off the main road behind that grassy area where the statue is. Please support this business!!!’
