I went and bought a limited edition batman arkham knight labeled as NEW and when I got home, i realized that the box was not sealed. They absolutely refused to do anything to help me and blamed it on Warner Brothers. All I wanted was to exchange it for another one that was actually sealed, it’s not like I opened it, didn’t like it, and wanted to try and get my money back. The comic and artbook in the package were jacked up, pages were all folded and damaged as if someone had already went through it. They are no longer mint condition collectibles and there’s nothing I can do about it. Had to go to another gamestop location that was actually willing to help me in my situation. I’ve heard many complaints about this place concerning customer service and knowledge. I will never ever step foot into this store again, and I will warn anybody to avoid this place and just go to another nearby gamestop.

Kim is such a sweetheart! Its a really small store and we often say this GameStop is a closet. The store is REALLY neat and clean. They always have product out on the shelves and they’ve done a really good job making the store feel more open and welcoming!
