Very disappointed. My gel manicure came out poorly & I’m even more disappointed because I only got my nails done because I have engagement pictures :(you can see the nail polish strokes, the gel didn’t reach across the whole nail so it’s uneven & on top of that the cuticles weren’t cut back all the way so the polish made a «lip» on almost every nail. What a total bummer!
In addition, the chairs are stained & dirty (gross!) & the guy was pretty rough with my hands, not relaxing whatsoever.

I got gel polish. The lady was good and clean. I love how my nails turned out and she made sure that I liked them as well.

The people here are nice and my friend comes here all the time to get gel polish and loves coming here. Her nails always look so good so I thought I’d give this place a try.
They charge $ 30 for gel nail polish, which isn’t a bad price, but it was a TERRIBLE price for the job they did on my nails. I wish I didn’t leave a tip because I feel like I wasted my money.
I came in with a picture of what I wanted (black with gold glitter on top), and the man doing my nails didn’t know how to do it. He asked his woman coworker to paint them for me and she did the WORST job I’ve ever seen. The glitter is uneven and the nail polish doesn’t even go all the way down. I was so embarrassed by the way they looked that I went to target next door and bought black nail polish to try and cover the huge gap between my nail and skin. My nails look like they were done by a 3 year old. I’m so disappointed because these were my New Years and birthday present to myself. I will not be returning.

This place is pretty clean and has a great polish selection. They always use clean tools and everything is very sanitary!
I’m giving them 3 stars because I’ve never had a bad pedicure here and I’ll easily spend more money to go here than save $ 5 by going to a cheaper salon. However, I’ve never had a good full set or fill here, and neither has anyone I know. My sister went here last week and I have to be honest, her full set look like crap.

I get my gel polish done here by David, he is awesome! The salon has a ton of colors to choose from and is very clean. I’ve had numerous pedis done by different workers and they all have done a great job. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I don’t think it’s pricey at all its around what any other nail salon that does good work would be. They’re located in a busy shopping center so I usually call before to see if there’s a wait, but the most of the time I can get right in.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in Visalia. This is the first nail salon to not make me bleed!!! YAY!!! Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it’s very clean, the employees were nice, and there were a lot of them so I didn’t have to wait long at all to get service. I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my nails but she had short curly hair and she was FABULOUS, my gel nails came out opaque, smooth, and bubble-​free. I will definitely be coming here every time I decide to get my nails done.

The only reason I am even giving them 1 star is bc my toes look ok… waited with my feet in cold water for 25 min, so did the 2 other people who came in after me. The guy who did my pedicure was mad when I told him I couldn’t do the upgraded pedicure with the wax… I usually get that done when I get a pedicure… because of how long it took them to start. So he did the bare minimum on my pedicure… the 30 second «massage» of my calves ended with him getting lotion all over my pant leg and then telling me to clean it my self. He scrubbed the bottom of my feet for maybe 30 seconds again… I’m not really sure what I paid for all he did was change my polish,.I could have done that at home.
It’s not worth your money to go here. I know I won’t go ever again.

Very friendly, professional and clean. I read a previous review where the reviewer mentioned paying a lot for a pedicure, but I found their prices to be very reasonable. Relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing. Very pleased.

Not the cheapest, but very clean new location next to Buffalo Wild Wings. The do the best for acrylic nails and I have not been disappointed with their nail service yet!

I went in on a week day, around 3, and waited 40 mins. with my feet in Luke warm water until someone finally came to me.
The man doing my pedicure was rushing and sloppy. The best part was the hot towels, and cleanliness. It was way over priced for the service I received. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Extremely pricey!!! Plan to spend some $$$ here for a simple pedicure. Average service, and honestly I could go just about anywhere for the quality of pedi I received (for a whole lot less than I paid at BeBe).

I went to Bebe on Saturday for a mani and pedi and 2 days later I’m still fuming.
After waiting AN HOUR I was finally started on. The prices were too high to start with but I paid for a more expensive pedicure. They were so busy and in such a hurry I didn’t get my scrub (something I realized only after I left, I thought it seemed too short but couldn’t place a finger on it…). The «massage» was fast and weak, doing the bare minimum to just get the lotion rubbed in. There was no real massage to my muscles, no attention to rubbing my feet, and the man overall seemed bored and unconcerned with giving me a proper pedicure.
When we moved onto my manicure it was also very brief. They did a good job shaping my nails and cleaning up my cuticles but painted them so rapidly that they didn’t get the whole nail. There’s a gap on all of my nails near the cuticle so it appears that my nails have already grown out a week.
Overall, the whole mani and pedi took only 30 minutes, not something that is worth an hour’s wait and then $ 36 plus tip. The place was nice and clean but was VERY busy and it seems that they staff gets stressed out when busy because everyone I encountered was pretty rude, especially my technician.

I was apprehensive since there were no customers when I walked in, but it is a week day and I really needed a gel mani/​pedi asap. They had a large color selection and did the mani/​pedi all at once. For once, I left with no cuts. My nails look simple and clean, just how I like them. They’re a little pricey, but otherwise I have no complaints. Paid $ 75 for gel mani&pedi.

Today was my first time here and I will not be returning. The cleanliness was great however, the service was terrible! The nail tech was coughing and seemed upset that I didn’t want the normal square shape. I feel like my nails are not shaped how i wanted them, I have a cut from the file he used, and I am upset with this experience. The only good part is the color. I will not be returning ever again.
