Round Table Pizza

The salad bar was gross! The lettuce was pink and they took the wings off the buffet so really at the end your left with pizza and all of it was greasy !

Round Table has the best pizza ever. I’ve been ordering from them for 12 years. The delivery people are always nice. They usually show up 5 to 10 minutes early. The people that take my order are great also. Thanks you guys. Your golden…

Great pizza, but poor customer service. Food is never ready on time. They have an excuse for everything. Stick with round table just not this one.

… and then things go really wrong…
So I’m sitting here tonight… no dinner plan… and so I decide to have my wife pick up a pizza on the way home, since she works right next door to this round table, I order from this store.
The total comes to $ 42… now… $ 42 would have bought the makings for a pretty decent steak dinner from the store… but I was after convenience today as I have a lot on my plate tonight.
My wife gets home and I open the pizza to find… they forgot a topping… I call them… no big deal… they will give me a discount on my next order… then I bite into the pizza and realize they put the wrong sauce on the pizza.
So I called the manager again… and he starts a remake… I have to now load up, and drive all the way back to where my wife works… to fix THEIR screwup… I didn’t have time to hassle with dinner… I don’t have time to hassle with this either… now the rest of my order is getting cold while I get the rest of it fixed.
When i get there he claims he is going to give me a discount? A discount? I asked him what he meant by discount… it seems like I’ve done all of the work to fix his screw up. He decides to refund the cost of the pizza… but not the rest of the order… at this point I’m so incensed that I have to leave…
Two out of three orders screwed up… overcharged, overpriced, customers are undervalued and inconvenienced, horrible customer service. No traction with corporate… buyer beware… I love Round Table Pizza but its so not worth it to me to go back and give them another chance to do this me again… I guess I’ll be checking out some of the other Pizza Places in town… I hear the Rock is pretty good…

Came in for lunch. There was like 4 slices from 4 different pizzas. They put out 3 more pizzas after 10 minutes which went very fast. There was no effort into putting more than enough. Never would return there again. They suck.

Came here for the lunch buffet. They put 3 pizzas out and some twists and didn’t add anything for over 40 minutes even though they were asked about it. When they finally brought more out, the selection was very basic.

I wound up here on a holiday weekend when my other two pizza joints were closed. Still, there were not very many people here (as seen in my photo). Roundtable Pizza isn’t amazing, but it’s a solid 3-​star place.
What irked me was the cashier. The woman in front of me ordered and was asked to give her name. Upon doing so, the young, possibly ignorant, cashier looked at her and said, «that’s your name?!» Not in an inquisitive way, but in a rude sort of «eww, that’s your name?» If I had an unusual or foreign name I wouldn’t want that kind of response (I would want no response at all really); especially from someone whom I am about to give my money to.
I know Roundtable isn’t really a classy joint, but I would expect a higher level of respect for customers from their staff.
Also, after I ordered (and gave my name) I sat down and waited. They forgot about me so I waited for an hour for my order.

Terrible service gave someone else our pizza, waited over an hour still no pizza. Soda machine out of ice. No apology. Got our money back to leave receipt machine out of tape took 10 min to get a receipt. Sad.

Really like this place. Round Table has the best pizza but this place also has a nice atmosphere to have a business meeting or personal connection. I have used it for many meetings and they always treat me good and deliver great pizza… even when I order my way!

Customer service is bad. Round table is known for good service & pizza. This location is bad.

I love Round Table Pizza. I really love that they serve their lunch combos until 3PM.
There were only a couple of people sitting in the dining room. Not crowded at all; yet I had to wait more than a few minutes to order my lunch. When the one girl I saw working finally saw me, she looked around for someone else to take my order. She gave up when she too couldn’t find anyone and took my order for me.
I had their salad bar with my pizza. There was so many items to choose from. Much more than I am used to at a Round Table. They had ham and pepperoni, black and green olives, even jello salad! It was a great surprise.
They were out of Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. I notified the young lady who took my order. But it still wasn’t changed when I was finished with my lunch. Poor girl, she can’t do everything!

We had a craving for simple pizza, but we have exhausted our options in Battle Ground, so we drove the extra few minutes to come here. The place was pretty clean and not crowded. We ordered two small pizzas and two salads and we were pleased overall with the food. The salad was quite fresh, and the pizzas came out quickly and were exactly what we had ordered. They have good lemonade in the soda fountain. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I love Round Table Pizza and especially their buffet! Pizza is also nice and hot and always a good selection of different pizzas for different pizza lovers tastes. This is truly one of the best values in town!

Understaffed with one poor girl working the register, we were left to stand there with about 10 other people in line. When people complained that they were just in to pick up the pizza they called in the manager, acting like a jerk, came over and gruffly opened another register. This all happened on a FRIDAY night. Really? No staff? Bad attitude? Tables were everywhere needing to be bussed.
Not worth the efforts since this place must have an absent owner. Clearly no one cares here, the owners nor the management.

My wife and I order from here almost every week, and we’ve never gotten a bad pizza. This inside of the restaurant is fine, but their pizza is awesome — worth returning to every week!

The place is awful dirty, service is fast, quality of the food is average, salad bar has old lettuce. Restrooms are just yuckie

I love round table. You can’t go wrong ordering pizza from them, but when I called up this location to place a large order for my work the girl who answered the phone was rude, and gave me attitude about not knowing which location to call. Her name was Ashley, and she even grossly questioned «why I would even call that location!» I ended up placing my order at the Hazel Dell location. Amazing service. Complete 180! Will not purchase from salmon creek location ever again!

The boyfriend and I stopped in for a romantic (read: quick, inexpensive, non-​Valentinesy) dinner on Valentines Day. The place was pretty much empty, which was to be expected. The staff was quick to take out order and quick to deliver the goods to our table. All-​in-​all, a successful anti-​Valentines Day meal. :)

Ordered a couple of post basketball game pizzas. The Pepperoni 4.0 was well received by those who prefer essentially only one topping on their pizza. We also had a medium KAS. The KAS is one of the stand-by’s of Round Table. And yes, I know this place is a chain but it still is far better than most of the other excuses for Pizzaria’s in Clark County. However, they were a little off on their production of the pies. There was a little too much sauce which caused topping slippage and that is not an excusable offense in the world of pizza. Also, I would go out for Pizza more often but spending about $ 50 for four people is a little steep for pizza. So, I am not sure if I would return here, plus there were panhandlers hitting up all of the restaurants around here which was not comforting. I guess it must be a function of proximity to the hospital and the University (if you can call it one, it’s really more of a community college).

The pizza is probably the best taste-​wise of the chain pizza deliveries. Slighter more expensive than Papa Johns. Won’t even compare to Pizza Hut as that place has been crappy for many years now…
