We enjoy the thin crust cowboy. it’s delicious. we tried the dessert pizza and the cheese pizza. all were tasty. always fresh this is our go to place for fast pizza service. the staff are sweet. professional and helpful and by the way. they aren’t allowed to keep the tip jar in plain sight so I’m asking for them. as a former minimum wage public service wage earner. please remember to tip.

I have been a Papa Murphy customer for years… but no more. Their prices have become ridiculous, on top of which they have reduced the ingredient content of each pizza… which is like a double price increase. On top of everything else, the store is not clean. So long Papa Murphys.

Braden refused to honor $ 13 ad playing on television for large artichoke chicken and bacon pizza. So we went elsewhere!

First, I usually like this pizza, I’ve always gone in and ordered, but called in my order tis time. Wow, what a mistake! The guy says, I just take phone orders and clean. Kept repeating back each item I said, then says“i have to write this down, I’m not at a terminal” He’d repeat things back, 3 times he got it wrong. As I was telling him the order again, he cut me off and asked if I wanted anything else, then hung up. All I could do was hope he got it right… Hubby came home with it and guess what??? It was wrong!!! Not happy at all! Guess I know to walk in and order from now on. Never, ever call in your order!

Ordered a chicken garlic pizza with regular crust. I thought dominos was bad, the crust was the consistency of card board and it was awful. I don’t think I will be going back. Not good pizza if your looking for something quick.

I am so pissed. Ordered 2 pizza one large and one family sized. When I got there they had two large. I about choked when they told me the price. I can get two cooked pizzas that are much better down the road from this place for about 8 bucks cheaper. Papa Murphys has gotten too big for their own britches. Their pizza is mediocre at best but they are charging premium price.(for un cooked pizza) Lets get back to reality. I will not even consider going back to this store until they get their prices back in line.

We love Papa Murphys. It’s super fresh and easy and very affordable! I called today to see about placing an order to be picked up tomorrow. I was going to have my husband swing by and pick up the pizzas tomorrow morning but I wanted them before the store opened. Before I could even request this, I asked what time the store opened. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to get Quentin on the phone. Quentin told me me that they have people get to the store as early as 7:30AM and the store opens at 11:00. Quentin said If I get there before 11:00 they will open up early for me to pick up the pizzas. I was so impressed that he would offer this. He sounds like a great employee. Thank you Papa Murphys and Quentin. I know we can always count on you! Looking forward to our delicious pizza tomorrow night.

This was my first time entering a Papa Murphy’s ever in my life and I was confused as hell. Reviews I had read mentioned it was like Subway. I’m here to tell you, «it’s not.» Unbeknownst to me, You don’t take your pie down the line and add toppings as you go. You order the entire thing up front at the cash register. I finally realized this after someone went ahead in front of me and the people that came in next were bewildered by my confusion. Staff wasn’t helpful in telling me how it worked even after I told them it was my first time there. Now that I know what I am getting into. The pizza was pretty good. Nothing amazing when compared to your run-of-the-mill already baked pizzas, but if I am taking a pizza to go, then baking it myself means it can be as crispy as I want. Plus you can bake it whenever you are ready. A good concept, I guess. A word to the wise. We have a fancy schmancy convection oven. I figured the convection setting would be more like a pizza oven. Alas, it is better to use plain ol’ bake if you don’t want to end up with soggy dough. I prefer the medium over the large. It’s only a buck more for the large which they will try to sell you on, but I think the medium cooks better in the middle. 20 minutes on bake at 425°F then let it sit for 5 minutes = perfect pizza.
