Parklane Mattresses

I was looking for a full mattresses for our sons room. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and made the experience easy & hassle free. I eneded up having a friend help me pick it up from the store. I would look again next time we need a bed.

Great mattress but the price of pillows is a huge rip off.

Wonderful mattress, bought the box spring to match. PITIFUl customer service, when the mattress hung over the box sping by an inch and a half I phoned to ask if it could be returned for one that fit, as the bottom sheet would not stay tucked in. I was informed NO returns and the fact that they did not align was normal! Never in all my years of buying bed sets or any of the people I have spoken with have had that problem. As the set ws made in Oregon and delivered in five days I wonder at the quality control of the company. Ty B

I had been shopping for a mattress for my guest bedroom and mostly finding too expensive, or too cheaply made mattresses. I decided to check Unilocal for suggestions in my area. Parklane had great reviews, plus the prices that people were mentioning were great. I went and checked it out myself. I picked out a wonderful mattress for myself, and put my old mattress on the guest bed. I love my mattress, the price was great for the mattress I bought… it’s my dream mattress! Ahhh, a little slice of heaven!
They didn’t have my mattress in stock, it had to be made at their factory in Tualatin, OR. It was made and delivered to my home within about five days. The delivery team was great, they call to schedule delivery when you can be there, they are on time, and come with two trucks, because they will take your old mattress if you need them to, and they do not use the same truck for new and used mattresses! Wow, I thought that was awesome!
