We purchased a bed for nearly $ 7000, the Sleep IQ unit doesn’t work and they forgot to ship the legs. It’s been 2 ½ months, it still doesn’t work and they refuse to replace it. I’ve had to file a complaint with the state attorney general’s office. That’s still pending. Regarding the legs, we said we won’t take delivery without the legs. Three different people said the legs would be shipped immediately in overnight mail. They never were. We were also told we could cancel anytime before the bed is delivered. Now they say we can’t. That’s four LIES. Trying to call customer service is a nightmare. Twice were were told that they’re too busy and to leave a message. The third time I had to wait for over fifteen minutes. Don’t trust this company.

We were told by some friends to not buy a sleep number bed because they’re overpriced, but we did anyway because they are very comfortable. We went to this location and after paying about $ 5k, we got the bed delivered on the date we asked about one month later. The problem is that they didn’t send us the control box to make the bed functional and they sent us the wrong sheets. Customer service then told us that the soonest we could get the sheets was in about 5 – 7 days. If you spend about $ 5k on anything and you give them one month’s advance notice, they should either get the order right or correct their error immediately. Do not come to this location.
