This place is a crock of shit. I walked in wanting JUST a pedi for me and JUST a pedi for my 8 year old (on her bday) they then continued on «how about mani/​pedi only twenty fibe dowllah» NO… just toes today. They they continue on talking shit in VIET… Ahfuckingnnoying. They said a kid pedi was 15 but charged me 18. Then on top of all that they tell me to come back… ugh. NEVER AGAIN. mind you the whole time the lady doing my pedi does a shitty job cause she knows i dont want any other service… she never talked to me or even answered my questions. Dont go here.

This place is anything but modern.
Couldn’t do simple French, when asked for something else — took forever while complaining and doing an extremely poor job.
If you want your nails to be done badly and have them flawed after you leave the salon due to horrible top coat — this place is for you.
It’s also dirty and everything is old. Stay away.

These ladies are amazing! They are friendly, fast and affordable. My manicures and pedicures look outstanding and they last forever. This is a great place to become a regular! They work hard and provide a great service. I make the drive to East Vancouver from downtown just to keep my manicure fresh. Well worth it!

3 stars because I am torn.
Ann is great at acrylics for those of us not able to grow our own pretty nails. Thin, natural looking, and no lifting or cracking.
Ann’s mom is fabulous at Pedis! Love her!
But… When Ann isn’t there and you stop by or call Nina answers. Nina then tells you all about how she «better than Ann», «taught Ann everything», etc. It’s uncomfortable to have someone bashing their own Niece constantly when she isn’t there. And Nina does not do a good job. Thick, chunky looking, uneven, and they lift within a few days each time.
I had to move on as much as I like Ann because it was just too much to deal with Nina if Ann wasn’t there. :(

Have been going here for many months now. They are great. They work fast and try hard to get you in and out. The gel /​shellac stays on min of 2 – 3 weeks. They are creative and come up with fun ideas for your nails too. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I have officially changed where I go to get pedicures now. I got the deluxe and my nail tech took her time. My toenail polish has lasted over a month now!

I just had one of the best facials I’ve ever had! I’ve had many facials in my 46 years of life in many parts of the US. For the most part, they’ve been ok but pretty much the same brief or slight message. I’ve finally found what I was looking for. Ann’s technique of deep facial message is so relaxing and feels so good. I’m hooked! I look forward to my next one!

I’ve had some really great experiences here and I’ve had some terrible experiences here. They key is — in my opinion — to make an appointment with either Karen or Anne. Every time I’ve gone in to have something done (acrylic nails, gel polish, pedicure, etc) by someone other than Karen or Anne, I’ve been sorely disappointed.
They have recently updated their interior and it looks great. Also, their spa pedicure chairs are always in perfect working order!
