First, I have to give credit to these guys for letting my wife and I in 4 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night… although people were still eating, it could’ve been easy for them to just tell us to pound sand. We came to this hotel on a whim to visit my wife’s family, so this was pretty much our best choice for a late night dinner. The choice of salsa and queso was awesome! The chips, however, completely tasted like left over chips… which again, it was late so I can’t really blame them cause I’m sure they had already cleaned up their kitchen. The burrito itself was okay… nothing special, but it wasn’t horrible. The margarita I got was super tasty and better than I expected. I was surprised to find no bathrooms inside the actual restaurant, but they have them around every corner so it was cool. Wifey and I will probably stay here over summer some time soon, so we’ll definitely be back!

Michael was incredible today when my boyfriend and I stopped by for some margaritas. Drinks were delicious and his customer service was exceptional. It’s rare to see a bartender 100% attentive at the bar, greeting gusts at the front and also delivering drinks to customers at tables if servers were not available once he finished making his drinks. 5 stars for great drinks and 10 stars for Michael :)

Some of the reviews were pretty accurate about the restaurant being average. the waitress were helpful in correcting the order. Chips were stale so we asked if they had a different batch they just refried the chips with the same result just more oily… Ordered the tortilla soup and that was not up to par tasted like burnt mole. My wife ordered the shredded beef chimichanga but it came out with carnitas and we were told it was beef. I had order the carnitas taco and they tasted the exact same so no way it was beef… I’m a foodie so I know my food and love my meat. All in all not a good dinning experience starting the anniversary week off… Guess we will be heading to downtown for dinner tomorrow…

First off I’m A first timer and all the regulars got priority! Chips were stale! On he bright side 40% happy hour 3 – 6 on appetizers and margaritas! But yea still no service and the regulars prolly high rollers need the attention! So far so so! Well the next day was horrible mine and my husbands stomachs were tossed totally ruined out date night! I’ll leave the details for imagination

Ate here when it opened and was very disappointed. Figured I would give them another try. I had the seafood enchiladas and was not disappointed, Ranchero beans and rice was also tasty. Salsas were also good. Keep up the good work.

Good happy hour… BUT we sat for about 15 minutes before being greeted by our waitress… oh and this was after we went in and asked if someone was going to help us. We ordered all food and drinks when she finally came. A few minutes later they brought fresh chips and dipping salsas and a pitcher of margaritas… but it wasn’t what we ordered. She said she would be back w proper margarita pitcher. We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. This place wasn’t very busy but they probably only had 2 servers on. I’ve been a server so I know that this kind of service is not okay. Their shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. The rest of the food was good… nothing spectacular. I had to add extra salt and sauce to my battered fish tacos to make it taste really good. Next time I’ll just come for happy hour drinks and 40% off apps. Probably sit at bar if I want prompt service.

I love that a place like this exists inside Harrah’s! That being said, it’s a pretty average place for mexican food or margaritas. ‘Ritas shares outdoor seating with one of the pool areas. Even if you eat indoors, you overlook one of the pools. PROPS: Complimentary chips come with three different salsas AND cheese dip! Servings are large. SLOPS: Average service. Average drinks. Average food quality.

Food was good, but drinks were a little on the weak side. The blended mango margarita was expensive at $ 25 and I really tried to taste the alcohol, but couldn’t get over the fact that it tasted like a virgin drink. Sent it back for a he size down unblinded and it was much better. Service was also good.

All three stars are for the delicious margaritas and good food. If you make it to happy hour, you will be thrilled with their offerings of 40% off appetizers and large margaritas for only $ 6! But I will say the service leaves much to be desired. It took 10 minutes for our server to greet us, and after that we had three different people come by to deliver our drinks, appetizer then meal. It took quite some time for the food and drinks to come out and after dropping off to go boxes, we waited over 15 minutes to get our check so I finally had to find a waiter to let ours know we wanted to pay for our meal. Our original server had left so we were being passed around. Now if they were short handed or busy, I could understand but neither was the case. Hoping this isn’t how all customers are treated so I may give them one more chance to win me over. Hoping that management gets to read this review and find out why so many complain about service.

Host was not welcoming when we entered. He was also in the middle of wiping something down, with a spray bottle in hand. After seating us, he brings us some chips and salsa. I would have preferred someone else bring this to us, someone who wasn’t just in the middle of cleaning. Food was not that great. The presentation was also not great. I also ordered a margarita and could not taste the tequila, not sure if there was any in it… Overall I wasn’t impressed, and wouldn’t return.

Carnitas tacos were pretty good but greasy. Beer prices a little steep. Good call for a quick meal.

Great décor, mediocre food and service. I ordered the snapper tacos(one grilled and one fried). The grilled fish taco was actually very good however the fried fish taco I could barely swallow because of the soggy batter. The margaritas were average. Great happy hour with all margaritas 5 $ and all appetizers 40% off. If you are a vegetarian I do NOT recommend this place. Even there beans and rice had meat and/or veggie stock. Considering all the other choices in harrah’s I would choose this place again.

Surprisingly affordable! The drink was 10 dollars and more than enough in a size small. The dishes are around 7 to 15 dollars and the space is relaxing and quite nice. It is obvs inside Harrahs so there are limited food options. Its either this(Mexican food) or Chinese or an oyster bar sometimes open or a food truck style place. I think there is also a buffet style cafeteria place. Anyway, this place is prolly the best of the choices and the staff is good too.

A quick lunch at the makeshift taco truck just off the hotel lobby, I ordered the Carne Asada Tacos. Carnitas Tacos and Shrimp Tacos. No stellar review here. Average tacos served in 2 corn tortillas. All 3 had good meat portions compared to the fixins. Very tasty and would eat again cast 6 dollars for all three so a good quick bite in the middle of the day.

Happy Hour Review Only: My friend and I came here for happy hour after hitting up the slots. With 40% off appetizers and $ 5 margaritas why not? For our drinks we both chose margaritas. My friend got the Cadillac Margarita which she thought was great and had a good balance of alcohol. I got the Avocado Rita which was decent. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you love Avocado since it basically tastes like guacamole. I was disappointed that I couldn’t taste any alcohol, even after I sucked the whole thing down I wasn’t even buzzed. As a lightweight, I’d say it didn’t have enough alcohol The complimentary chips and salsa were good. The chips didn’t taste homemade, but were serviceable. The sauces were good too since there were four to pick from — including queso(normally you’d have to pay extra at another Mexican restaurant). The queso was good to the point that we didn’t really eat the others(which were fine too). For food we both got appetizers. My ceviche was decent, but was too acidic for my taste. The seafood tasted and avocado were good though. My friends Shrimp cocktail was tasty too, but wasn’t amazing by any means. Besides the food the service was good. Our waiter made sure our water was topped off and answered a lot of our questions, and was detailed past the point of average waiters. Overall an ok place, would only come back for drinks during happy hour though.

I wanted to enjoy the whole pool atmosphere so we sat outside under an umbrella. Our waitress erika was fantastic. She was very nice, explained the dishes, and visibly worked hard amongst 5 tables. The food on the other hand is just so-so. Everything is very bland and leans more towards Americanized versions of Mexican food. The tacos are decent but the chicken chimichanga was so awful that i couldn’t finish eating it. However the chips and salsa were good. They also have a quasi taco truck on other side if building that is for EAsy ala cart items for a few bucks which might be better. Essentially the entrees are probably going to be disappointing.

This is the best casino food I’ve ever had. Very flavorful and delicious. The flavors aren’t super authentic but everything tastes so good. They give you tortilla chips with 2 salsas and a savory cheese dip before your meal, I love it all! My favorite plate that I repeatedly order is the Chicken Enchilada plate. The green sauce is just so flavorful; I almost like it better than regular enchilada sauce! Just FYI the sauce is not spicy at all. My boyfriend had a combo plate with steak, shimp, and enchilada. The shrimp was spiced perfectly and the steak was nice and tender. He got the balck beans, I got the frijoles de olla and I like those better. The drinks are reasonably priced, I had a great michelada for $ 5! Happy hour is a good time to go get a cheaper margarita. The cucumber margarita is unique and refreshing. Oh and on your birthday they bring you this delicious, sweet fried ice cream on a buñuelo dessert. I think you can also order it even if it’s not your birthday, but OMG so yummy!

They have a live band that plays here on Sat night — soul, funk and old school songs — from 9p-… They were actually pretty good! We were lucky enough to snag a table shortly after 9p. We were never approached by the staff if we wanted drinks, which was discerning. Luckily we only stayed for about an hour before we left. There were a lot of people dancing in front of the band, which I thought was cool. With that said, don’t sit in any of the tables close to the stage or else you will have dancers all over you and your drinks may get spilled! We also tried the street tacos from the truck for $ 1.50 a piece. I had the carne asada, carnitas and the baja shrimp. Not bad, just too much tortilla. It was a quick meal for on the go!

Not bad at all. Service is pretty darn good! Our waitress was a sweetheart even though I bugged her for SO many things from asking for ketchup to requesting her to take our photo to asking to sit outside. Ok, not that many things but still! She managed every request without any eye-rolling or resentfulness, and understanding it’s tough putting up with the demands of so many customers, I completely appreciate her service. We ordered the eggs benedict and seafood omelette. Eggs benedict came with two ginormous eggs upon English muffin toast and ham. And corn tortillas which were delicious as well. Pretty darn good. Seafood omelette was loaded with crab and I had several bites — would definitely opt to order next time. 4.5 stars for service 3.5 stars for food

I’ve had several experiences with ‘Ritas: From a media event when it first opened in 2013 with the launch of Dive, to our awesome Elite Event last August and multiple times when simply a guest of the property-including last Saturday. My most recent visit was a quick bite with the BF before heading to an event elsewhere on the property that didn’t have any food-With so many great options I knew we’d be able to grab a casual bite quickly at Harrah’s once we arrived at the property to we didn’t bother to eat beforehand. We picked Rita’s and rushed over. We were seated immediately and our server was pleasant and friendly(actually everyone there was). The list of menu items I’ve tried and exclamations! Ceviche: Delicious! Fresh! Skirt Steak«Tampiqueña»: Outstanding quality! Horchata cheesecake: The best 5.99 you can spend! Cinnamon chips! Carnitas Tacos: Simple street style-tasty! Chicken Enchiladas Suizas: The Bf ordered these, but shared! The lime crema is a nice touch! Drinks– The Cucumber ‘rita(El Jimador Blanco Tequila, Fresh Muddled Cucumber, St. Germaine Elderflower, Sweet & Sour and Fresh Lime juice) Perfection by the pool The Avocado ‘rita(Fresh Avocado, Fresh Lime Juice, Avion Silver Tequila, Triple Sec. Served Frozen with a Tajin Lime Zest Rim) Not my favorite of their many choices but very unique and a must try! I can’t wait to try the new breakfast menu as I’m planning to stay out at the resort a few times this month! They’re serving Micheladas for 5 $
