Every time I go here on my lunch break it is efficient. I get in and get out and never have a problem. In fact, the guy always asks me how my day is going and doesn’t act like he hates his job, like at some fast food restaurants.

Unilocal has a problem with this location. It’s on new hall ranch road, near rye canyon. The map shows it near Valencia blvd and the 5 freeway. Was there Friday night and couldn’t check in, so I set up my phone at a red light then I checked in when I got close to the freeway. Well, enough of that. Parking is adequate, and there’s a tire place next door, but there’s always the shared parking lot for Home Depot. Service is usually pretty fast… and their hamburgers are so so. The best things are their curly fries, regular tacos and onion rings. Curly fries 5 stars, tacos 4 stars… They haven’t changed for years, and their onion rings… Fried but come out slightly dry., 4 stars. Lots of seating and the place is clean. This place is tucked away out of sight from the main road, but everyone going to Home Depot knows about it. Their regular burgers get 2 to 3 stars. Still, it’s convenient when you go to Home Depot.

This place has all ways screwed up my order. This time made me mad I ordered my food got home and missing my burger, when I got back they say «oh yeah I remember but you need you receipt or to pay again». One time ok but every time. Needless to say I won’t be back here id rather much at the hot dog stand in front of Home Depot.

This is the fastest Jack in the Box drive-​through I’ve even seen. It’s tucked away in the corner of the Home Depot parking lot. Since it’s not really visible from the street and they have good staff working there it is rare to find a line.

Food is the same as any other jack in the box, but the service here is top notch. In the drive through and at the counter they are friendly and always smiley. It is nice to go to a fast food place and have people who work there who seem to like their job and care.
