Placed a phone order and the employee said my order would take 30 minutes. I arrived at the Vacaville store location at 45 minutes later and my order is not ready. 20 minutes waiting now.

We ordered the 20 wings and 2 frys deal they had going. We were very happy with the food. The wings are very crispy and delicious. The Cajun fries were bomb! The manager seemed very on top of his crew. The store and bathrooms were very clean. Some minor detailing could be done but nothing major to report. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be returning for more

Today was the worst meal ever from wing stop. The chicken tasted like it was double fried. The grease at the bottom of my tray was ridiculous. I for the garlic Parmesan and bbq. bbq was good. I don’t know if I’ll go back. I’ve had a bad experience at 2 other spots. Today was the worse!!!

I’ve always had a good experience with this wing stop. One time I had a mix up with my order. I called and talked to Aaron and he was more than helpful. He corrected the issue for me. The staff has alway been friendly while helping me.

First off, I love wings. Wingstop is a great go-to when I’m craving! Secondly, the staff here is very well mannered and professional but the time in which they take to take my order and prepare my food is ridiculous!!! Waiting 30 minutes for a 6 piece combo is just unacceptable. Overall, it’s not that bad. Bless up

I’ve been to wing stop 3 times in the last month. The first time I found a hair in my wings and they did nothing for me. The second time, they forgot my order and I waited another 30 minutes for my food. Today I ordered and was told it would be an hour until my food was ready. I showed up 30 minutes early and my food had been sitting there already and it was cold.

Tonight I was really craving Wing Stop, but I will NEVER go into the Fairfield store again. So, I we went out of our way to visit the Vacaville store. I’m glad I did. Food was hot, store was clean and April and her team are AMAZING. I really appreciated her hospitality. Something the Fairfield store lacks. Great Job!

I love wing stop so I’ll be easy on these guys. They get it done at a good time and the food is decent. Although they seem to have different staff working every time I come through. And I’ve come through a lottttt. So it looks like they have a problem keeping employees? Not sure why. But usually some of the people are really nice. But I’ve heard others can be mean… Guess I’m just lucky! Lol Enjoy!

We picked up the family pack tonight. When we get home to watch the game and enjoy our wings. It was RAW. Called and talked to Ryan. He gave the phone to the manager.(She wouldn’t even give me her name) She was rude! She said that I couldn’t have a refund unless we went back and brought all the chicken back. I live 20 mins away. I was not trying to drive back. I asked if I can send a picture. Or is there anything she can do over the phone, but the manager said NO because we don’t believe you. How unprofessional. Do not go to this wing stop and go to the Fairfield one. They have way better customer service. I wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star.

Yuck. This was my first and last visit for any Wingstop. I ordered online an hour ahead of time for it to be ready by 4:15 pm. I showed up at 4:10pm and there was only one patron so they weren’t busy. My order wasn’t even started yet. I paid, sat down, and watched them move at the SLOWEST pace in the kitchen. I didn’t leave with my food until 4:25 pm. 10 minutes doesn’t sound like much but it is when you’re on your way to work. I ordered 15 boneless original hot wings(cooked well and crispy), a large Cajun fry(cooked well and crispy), and some rolls. I took one bite of the chicken within 5 minutes of leaving the store and it was soggy and utterly disgusting. I could not eat it. The fries were edible but they certainly weren’t cooked well. The rolls were ok. Their soda machine was broken so that was a let down. What a bust. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Being a wing fanatic I have become familiar with how they are prepared. On my recent visit to vacaville wing stop I found wings to be terribly over cooked, and while I normally praise there wings my favorite being lousiana rub, this trip was very bad and will avoid vacaville store in near future . Get your act together wingstop you can do better.

The first time I came here this place was leagues better than the Fairfield location, but sadly today when I came by for dinner with my girlfriend I was really let down. The tables were all a mess and I had to wipe my own table down. I understand if it’s busy and people can’t get to it, but it definitely was not busy and the tables should have been bussed. The fries were great, but man were the chicken wings super tiny! My girlfriend couldn’t even finish 3 of them before she gave up because it felt like she got the bottom of the barrel chicken. The employees were ok, but nothing to brag about. Overall, a very disappointing visit and probably the last for this location. Going forward I will probably be trying my luck at the American Canyon location!

This evening, forgetting that it was Fight Night, we went to pick up some boneless wings for my daughter at 5:45pm. It was very busy but, they were on top of getting orders complete in a timely manner. I dropped my daughter at home and left to have dinner with friends. My daughter called me to say that she did not get boneless wings. She then called Wing Stop to say that her order was incorrect but that it would be a couple hours before we could be back in. They said it was fine and are open until midnight. When we walked back in the door to exchange the wings, the very nice gentleman knew exactly who we were and why we were there. Our order was prepared promptly, with no hassle. The situation was handled with great courtesy and a smile.

Outside of the Monday and Tuesday boneless wing specials, it feels pretty expensive for what you. Still, the food tastes good, and the variety in flavors can please just about anyone looking to have some wings. I’m a regular customer for the Monday and Tuesday deal, and I plan on remaining one. The staff are really nice and down to Earth. I hate the«fake nice» type of service, so their style is one of the best types of customer service to me. If you’re a regular, they remember you and your order and treat you well. The place can get really crowded at times too, and there aren’t very many seating choices. The addition of a waste bin would help(at this time, you either leave your trays and baskets on the table, or set them on the service counter), so that if there isn’t an employee available to clear the table, people who want to have a seat can just clear it off themselves. Most people just take their trash and put it in the waste bin anyway. I’ve actually seen people who aren’t used to eating at Wing Stop pick up their trays and trash and look around for a waste bin! Overall, it’s a good place to stop by and get some wings. It gets busy and crowded for a reason.

Yamilet, Ronin have been the two people who have helped us the few times we’ve visited this location. Since it opened, the customer service must have improved because we’ve always had a good experience. A larger location than the one in Fairfield, so you’re able to actually sit and eat here. There is a downside, however — no blinds :(During our last visit on Christmas Eve, it was a nice and sunny 69° outside. Sitting inside next to the window with the sun beaming through was not so nice since it was blinding and also hot! We ended up moving to one of the tables closer to the counter so it wouldn’t be as bad. The sun was on our backs but at least it wasn’t like sitting right by the window with the sun in our eyes. My favorites are still lemon pepper, original hot, and parmesan garlic. Efficient, quick service + finger lickin good wings = A.
