Went with my husband to get a pizza, we had a coupon 3 $ off and the cashier guy said that using a military discount will be better, but it was 2 $ off didn’t expect for pizza to be not cooked we were sooo hungry and were super sad to find out that we have to spend another 15 minutes for cooking since that we never went back, even though we live across the road .
PS: pizza was ok.

Papa Murphy’s (PM) is my favorite pizza chain, simply because – if you go on a Tuesday they have $ 12 Create Your Own (CYO) family-​sized pizza with 5 toppings. If you have a large family with huge appetite for pizza, I recommend two large pizzas for $ 20 flat @ $ 10 ea. PM doesn’t charge sales tax.
If you want to try my «Zaw Pizza,» ask for CYO with sausage, chicken, Canadian Bacon, pepperoni, and jalapenos. When you get home, slice some onions and add them to your pizza. If you have fresh pineapple, slice them into bite-​sized chunks and sprinkle them onto your pizza.
You save $ 2, because PM charge $ 1.00 for additional toppings. PM is my family’s go-​to pizza restaurant, followed by Costco Pizza. Fresh pizza with quality ingredients makes me a happy and satisfied customer. Highly, highly recommended.

When I see such mixed reviews over such a long period of time as Papa Murphy’s has, I’m curious to try the place for myself. Today was that day.
I’m glad that I did. I went in and placed an order for 2 pizzas: Their Chicken, Bacon, and Artichoke pie, and just a regular pizza with black olives. It’s a fun and convenient concept; you order your pizza and they put it together. Then you take it home in a raw state and bake it yourself at your leisure.
The service was super friendly, and very helpful. I ordered and went into Raley’s for a couple of groceries. When I got back (about fives minutes later), my pizzas were waiting for me.
They come on their own pans for baking, so you don’t have to worry about transferring them to a baking sheet. You just hear up your oven, shove in the pizza, and wait about 18 minutes.
You are rewarded with cheesy, savory yuminess! I will be calling on PM’s again soon, and often!!!

This review is mainly for the service. The guys here are always super friendly and welcoming… nice to know that customer service is still important to some businesses. Keep up the good work guys! (Doesn’t hurt that their pizza is yummy too!).

Called in and specifically asked for the signature pepperoni pizza which we had a coupon offer for it for only $ 8. When my mom went to pick it up the guy said that no, she couldn’t use the coupon because it wasn’t the «signature» pepperoni one, only a normal pepperoni pizza and then was argumentative. Thankfully he gave her the price, however this place has HORRIBLE customer service… you are never rude and condescending to a customer as the man working was. Will never be coming here again.

These guys do a great job and have fun energy when you pick up.

Love Papa Murphy’s! Pop it in the oven and it’s hot and ready when you are! Wait! they stopped making Calzones! Bring back the Calzones!!! Please oh please. I’m just heartbroken. They were my favorite. Loved the Ricotta Cheese. Stuffed pizzas don’t compare. Hmm… I’m docking a point for not carrying calzones. Take that!

This place is off the chain! Everyone there is always upbeat and courteous. We go here regularly and they do make small mistakes from time to time but always own up to it and make it more than right!!!

I have no personal negative experiences, but I’ve seen some poor customer service from the employees during peak times. For those reasons I stopped coming here bc for a take and bake it’s not that serious for an employee to become passive aggressive.
Otherwise always go with a coupon. The ingredients are top notch and delicious when baked.

Love that you now have gluten-​free pizza and always do an awesome job making our pizzas. We love that we can get a quick, reasonably priced dinner on the spur of the moment.

Decided to have pizza for dinner and remember this place has the best white sauce with chicken ever! So I came in and needed pizza to feed all of us but didn’t want just pepperoni and then have to order a whole other one for me. Heehee soo I came in and the staff was very helpful and definitely made my pizza to fit my families needs lol. Soo I was able to order one family size pizza and have it separated into three parts: chicken and white sauce, pep and cheese, olives and cheese. Perfect size pizza with all the right sections to make everyone happy and I didn’t spend a lot. I got the family special pizza and their new double cheese bread and was $ 20! I will definitely be coming here again for my special pizza! Highly recommend you visit this place if you have several people who my want different toppings.

The reviews for this location is not too good, but I don’t really have anything bad to say. I phoned in for a pumpkin pizza ($ 8.00 for large) for Halloween and the man that took my order knew exactly what I wanted and knew the price and sizes available. I was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 – 20 minutes. When I arrived about 25 minutes later, it was ready as promised. The man who checked out my order seemed new and did not know if they took MasterCard as payment, otherwise there was nothing to complain about and it was no big deal. The pizza tasted really good that day too and the kids were entertained that the pizza looked like a pumpkin. I look forward to getting another one next Halloween!

Picked up 2 pizzas tonight. The first was a large pepperoni. It was like cardboard with cheese and pepperoni. We won’t be getting that again. The second however was the 5 meat stuffed pizza. This pizza was awesome! It was like a thin Chicago stuffed pizza. Crispy on the bottom soft on top with lots of toppings. I’m pretty sure I could just get 1 of these and it would feed the 6 of us! And even though it’s on sale for $ 11 right now, normally it’s only $ 14 which is a great deal.

Wow… this place was busy. Even with people waiting, the cashier was happy to help me since it was my 1^st time there. I had some coupons and he helped me with what would be the best deal for what I needed and wanted. The pizza is good. The bbq chicken was very yummy!

The family gets pizza from here about 3 – 4 times a year. Never had any issues with the quality or service.

The pizza is always always delicious, the sauce is perfect, generous toppings, crust cooks perfectly — they have never let us down. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Five stars!

After spending a day in Vacaville, I wanted dinner to be easy when I got home. Take & bake pizza came to mind. While take & bake pizza is available a number of places, including warehouse club stores, there isn’t a Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza close to my house but there is 1 in Vacaville. I’ve had Papa Murphy’s before & liked it. Because Papa Murphy’s isn’t normally easy for me to get, I went for it.
I picked out the Chicago-​Style Stuffed & called it in. I was told it would be $ 10.99 & ready in 5 minutes. When I got there, the transaction was simple & smooth. I gave them money. The gave me pizza. I left. I took my freshly hand-​made pie home.
Back at home, cooking the pizza was a snap. Preheat oven, remove wrappings, bake for 20ish minutes. The Papa Murphy’s Chicago-​Style Stuffed isn’t really a Chicago-​Style pizza. It’s more like a big, pizza-​shaped calzone stuffed with Salami, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Onions, Roma Tomatoes, Traditional Pizza Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese.
I liked it. It’s not even remotely the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was good. I would rate its quality at least equivalent to «The Last Honest Pizza,» but at less than ½ the price. The girlfriend also had a fair share & liked it too, but commented that the sauce could’ve been better.
For a cheap decent pizza to take home & bake yourself, go to Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza. Save some time & call the order in before going there.

I have visited this take and bake restaurant a number of times and I have always been pleased. The service is good, the staff has always been friendly, and I have never had a bad pizza yet. The last time I went in, the manager was particularly nice and helped me set up a fundraising event immediately upon request.
Another post indicated shady individuals hanging out around the store and working on site but I have never seen anything of the sort. I should know because I frequent the Raley’s shopping center to grocery shop. I never thought it was dirty either.
Another person mentioned that it is expensive to buy pizza. I have never had an oil slick on my pizza but I have enjoyed the fresh ingredients. What’s better than actually being able to see those who prepare your food placing fresh ingredients on your order? I like it.

Pizza that you have to cook yourself sure is expensive. Papa Murphy’s is not my thing because whenever I get pizza from here, no matter what kind, there’s an oil slick that is floating on the top by the time it’s done cooking. What is that about? I think it might be the cheese they use. Anyway, for those prices I’d rather get a Round Table or something. A large with a few toppings can run over $ 15.
