Napoli Pizzeria & Italian Food

So yesterday (23 Jun 16) was the first time my husband ate here. The service was excellent! The employees acknowledged us as we walked in the door and Josh was taking care of us and the rest of the restaurant patrons. His positive attitude was very pleasant and we appreciated him for that. So the service in my opinion earned a 5. However the food not so much. We ordered the chicken wings, Mediterranean salad, garlic bread, lasagna, a canolli and a glass of fountain root beer. Not even 15 min after eating maybe 3 chicken wings, a few bites of bread and few bites of salad did I have to run to The bathroom. I told my husband I was feeling very nausea and I started to break out in cold sweats. I ran to the bathroom and started throwing up the food and I couldn’t stop puking. After being in the broom for nearly 20 min to get my composure, I sat back down and could not eat anymore. My husband attempted to eat more but I had another urge to puke and I begged him to pay the bill so I could go home and puke. Needless to say, I didn’t know what food poisoning was until I realized I found myself puking and having non stop diarrhea and the cold sweats were stronger. I felt like I was going to pass out every time I ran to the broom from 1000pm-​now (24 Jun 16, 757pm). Also my husband didn’t start to feel it until 6am this morning when he attempted to go to work. This is a very miserable experience and I’m wondering who was cooking and handling the food in the kitchen at 9pm on 23 Jun 16. Needless to say I will never come back to this restaurant again. I have been out of commission since 1000pm last nite and now I have to take car of myself and husband. This is potentially a public health issue if more patrons got morbidly sick like us. To the owners and managers please question ur kitchen staff on washing their hands a after using the broom and treating patrons prepared meals with the highest level of cleanliness. I cannot remember being this sick ever. I had no desire to give a star as as I am writing this I am nausea and getting very pissed that I couldn’t go to work and enjoy my Friday nite with friends and family

Delicious pizza & great service. My husband and I rather come here than to a Round table or Mary’s any day.

We walked in with 11 people and no notice. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Within minutes we were seated and orders were being taken. When the food arrived, it was icing on the cake. The pizza was phenomenal and the pasta was delicious. If we lived closer, this would be our weekly stop.

Our favorite pizza place to date (my husband and I). So happy they are located in our hometown! Great pizza, good service, nice restaurant. We eat in and take out, either way the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.
Our favorite pizza: pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives. We also love their salads, bread sticks, sandwiches, just everything we have ever eaten from them.
I see that several recent Reviews comment on the poor service when using the online ordering feature. I have never used online ordering, I just call in my order if it is for pick up or delivery, and have never had a single problem.

This place is great! Had the Original House Special, meats, salami, pepperoni, beef, muchrooms, olives.
Main key point that stood out at this place was the service. Fast, friendly, and everything went just fine.
Salad came out first, generic cesar salad. Then the pizza followed about 5 ish minutes later.
Tried the cannoli at the end, got the Unilocal check in deal 7.99 for two. Was pretty good, probably would not order it again though as it did no wow me.

We were on our way to BJ’s but the happy hour was over at 7pm so we took a detour and ended up at Napoli’s pizza. I’ve been craving pizza because my last actual cheat meal was about two weeks ago. We were seated right away when we walked in and given a menu.
A young lady approached our table and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I asked for plain water for the both of us and asked her what beer that was on tap. She replied and said ‚“Budweiser, shock top, track 7 and Berryessa.” She brought out a few samples and we decided on track 7. We also ordered a 6 piece buffalo wings and a medium super combo.
Our beer was brought out right away and was surprised how big the pitcher was. I asked the waitress how many ounces was the pitcher and she said it was 60 ounces. That’s when she said our buffalo wings was coming out shortly.
The track 7 IPA was an excellent beer and I felt a nice buzz coming on quickly. Just when my beer munchies was kicking in, the buffalo wings came out with blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces. The wife and I started munching on it and just chatted about how our day went. The wings were totally delicious as we sipped more of the IPA. As my buzz got more intense I realized the pizza was kinda taking long. My wife told me,” This is quality pizza not dominos so just be patient.“
After another 15 minutes elapse, pizza finally came to our table and I was just admiring the super combo pizza before I started to dig in. When I couldn’t stand it anymore I grabbed my first slice and bit into it. Not realizing that the pizza just came out of the oven, the cheese got stuck on the roof of my mouth causing a serious burn but I didn’t care. I fought off the pain and kept eating to satisfy my munchies. I washed it down with the IPA and went on to the next slice.
I looked over to my wife and she was enjoying her slice as well. As she bit into it, piece of sausage rolled of her pizza slice and fell in between her cleavage. That’s when she frantically started searching for it. Meanwhile I was just cracking up on the other side of the table and continued to stuff my face with pizza. We were totally having a blast on our date cheat meal night. We finally tapped out and the waitress brought us the check. The damage came out to just about $ 44. What surprised me was the pitcher of beer was only $ 10. Now that’s a great price for a good quality IPA.
The service our waitress gave was ok. She was nice but seemed to be in a rush and maybe too caffeinated. Maybe she drank one of those nitro coffee brews that I love but the pizza, beer, and wings were excellent. Will definitely come back on the next cheat day.

I am unbelievably disappointed tonight at the type of customer service we received from Napoli.
We have been patronizing this place since we moved to the area. We were super excited to support a family business instead of the major pizza chains. We have been very pleased with the quality of their pizza, so it tends to be our go to. It very much sadness me that tonight we were treated so badly.
This is the second time we order online. The first time we ordered online they took a much longer than usual time delivering the pizza, but we thought no big deal and excused it. Tonight we choose to order online as it is convenient and once again the pizza took much longer than usual.
We had called around the 60min mark to check in and were told that the pizza was out and should be there soon, okay no problem even though 60min seems excessive. Still 30 minutes later no pizza, by now we are hungry and cranky and feeling like their update was way off. So we decide to call and let them know this was un-​expectable, and see if there was anything they could do for us, as clearly we were now very inconvenienced. The manager Julian was apathetic to our request and would not entertain even the smallest responsibility as how their oversight had impacted the customer. He even had the nerve to put it back on us and let us know that instead of utilizing the online services, we «should just call next time as online orders don’t reflect accurate wait times.» After an ugly back and forth and no shift from him we said forget this and hung up.
If that is the management representation of this business when a customer calls them to bring an issue up and give them an opportunity to fix it or make reparations with the customer, well that’s not an establishment worth patronizing moving forward as clearly customer satisfaction is not part of their mission.

I did a few web orders from this place online. Twice in a row my web order time was half an hour beyond the time it specified, which said 60 minutes. My pizza came in 2 hours.
I called to speak with someone about this unacceptable customer service and needing some type of fix on this; a refund, a discount on next pizza for my inconvenience but I got absolutely nothing. I spoke to the manager, Julian, and was very arrogant in that he did not think he needed to do anything because they have been around for a long time and don’t have a problem with losing a customer.
Granted, I’m new to the area and bought a home out here. This is poor customer service and if you make mistakes you should want to make it right with your customers. I guess this place will be on our blacklist. Will never return to this and I will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends in the area.

My family and I wanted some authentic Italian food one night for dinner, so of course I went on Unilocal to find a place. Napoli’s came up, so we decided to go here and dine in.
We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us down at one of their booths. After looking at the menu, I knew I wanted pasta. My kids ordered from the kids menu, and prices were very reasonable. My older son order pasta with Alfredo sauce and the younger one ordered a «make it yourself pizza». I ordered the penne pasta with meat sauce and a side of Cesar salad. My fiancé ordered a plate where he was able to choose two different pastas with different sauces. We also ordered a glass of red Chianti wine.
When our orders came, my younger son’s order was literally a «make it yourself pizza». They gave him a plate with the dough on it and another plate with the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. He had a blast making his own pizza! Such a clever idea! When he was done adding all of the sauce and toppings on the dough, our waitress took it back to the kitchen so they can bake it. It came back looking and tasting amazing! He definitely enjoyed it.
The rest of our food came out, and I was very satisfied with the Cesar salad and my pasta. My fiancé and older son enjoyed their meals as well. I think the next time we go in, I’d like to try one of their specialty pizzas.
The atmosphere is very family friendly!

I went in with thw family a week ago. The pizza is delicious dont get me wrong. We had taken my 10 year old daughter to have dinner there for her B day. We spent about $ 75. At the end the waitress offered us dessert. None of us felt like dessert except my daughter. Their desserts start out at $ 8…wow. Anyway, I asked the waitress if they might have aomething for the birthday girl. She said, let me check with the manager. She returned and said no, but she could reduce it to $ 7 or something like that. I was really surprised! I was trying to put myself in the owners shoes. what would I do? Anyway. it was kinda sad. I was really loyal, but that seems to be turning.

Simply the best pizza in Vacaville.
I order at least one pizza a week and have it delivered.

Napoli Pizzaria & Italian Food is a solid Vacaville restaurant. The pizza is fresh. Service is relatively fast. The staff is pretty friendly. Everything seems appropriately clean and hygienic. The location is convenient. Its pretty close to my house. I don’t have to get on the freeway to get to it. It’s right on Nut Tree.
You can order to-​go or call for take out. Soup and Gluten free options are available. You can have wine with your pizza. I would definitely put Napoli into the top third or top quarter of Solano County restaurants. I have been here lots of times, and I will probably go here lots more times.

Seriously! I have not been here for awhile… when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised that they have expanded and add more tables.
I am ordering to-​go, the server at the counter was nice enough to sit me at a table so I could review their menu. She was very tentative and brought me water and a glass of wine that I ordered.
As I was checking in, she came over again to ask me for my order in the middle of a rush of customers picking up orders.
I give 5 stars for customer service for sure. I’m waiting for my order. I will update my review after I actually eat. So far so good!

I always order to go. But today I asked some friends if they wanted to do lunch.
I arrived early as always and sat waiting for them. One of the guys who works here asked right away if he could help me. I said I was waiting for some friends… After a few selfies friends texted they are running late and will be here shortly.
The other lady that works here asked me if I would like to sit at a booth. She mentions it will ve more comfortable. (She was right)
Didnt mind the quiet time real peaceful place to sit down during lunch. They have plenty of customers yet it seems peaceful to me… The décor is simple but on point. Love all the colors…
Food is amazing… Ive had the canoli, pizza wings ect… So far nothing has ever been bad. Bumped it up a star because they went the extra mile in my opinion today

Phenomenal pizza.
Everything about it taste fresh.
The dough is crisp on the outer and softly perfect inside.
The sauce is less on the spicy side and more on the sweeter but compliments the cheese blend perfectly.
Topping selection is as good as any pizzeria. Highly recommend to any pizza aficionados out there.
