GameStop

I went into this gamestop after another one in the area didnt have a game I wanted in stock. I had run in to grab the game I wanted and it was already on hold which was a good thing. I walked in and the one employee that was working didnt even greet me. I had to ask for assistance as if I was troubling him. He rang up my game and I left. The transaction was super quick, but as I went home I realized he added some insurance for the game I bought that I didnt ask for, nor did he mention it. This rep «Stephen» appariently is a key holder in this location I found out and is extremely unprofessional and uncourteous. I understand this item was only $ 3.00, but if all the customers that are helped by Stephen are charged for this item they didnt want, or know about then it seems very deceptive. «Slamming» customers is not right and I would advise anyone to not shop here. There are plenty of places that are deserving of your money and that will appreciate you by offering great service and items that you actually wanted.

Love this location. Staff is always helpful and willing to answer all our questions. There is not a more convenient store in the area, I often price check at Target and then call Game stop since they’re in the same parking lot.

This is probably one of the best Gamestop stores that I have been to. At other stores I feel like people are just trying to force me to give them more money by advertising so much crap (as if they were an automated robot). This place tells you what you need to know and are extremely friendly.
I’ve been to a few gamestop stores that didn’t have people smile when dealing with you. At this location the employees will smile and and do some small talk. I was so satisfied that I even decided to sign up for Gamestop Power up.

This Gamestop is one of the better ones and because of the current manager has become the only Gamestop I go to. Not only is he a nice guy he always looks like he loves the job. The place itself is small and when busy can feel cramp but that is just being picky. The workers are friendly and rather helpful. And since the new manager I have found this place better than ever.

Been going to this gamestop for some time now. Staff are friendly, but lately the staff has sadly changed. But the new workers are fine. The place is a smaller gamestop, but it still is a nice clean friendly place. And have never had a problem with this gamestop before.

the best ever bought my ps3 there and has really good games. never really packed and has the best psp games and has great employees!

Place had my game RAGE. I have only been here a few times because of the distance. Overall it’s small and clean. Place doesnt get alot of traffic and thats good!
