This is one of my «GO TO» shops. I frequent many nutrition stores and this one is my favorite. They let me know about new products that I might be interested in, always get a warm welcoming, very helpful staff, and they are consistent with their customer service. I have never had a negative experience here. This will be one of my main stores I go to for y supplements. Keep up the good work!

Super nice and professional service. Clean and well organized with a lot of variety. Went in for a GABA supplement and the girls knew all about the product and made several recommendations. I will definitely return to this store for my nutritional and supplemental needs!

I TRIED to give this place ANOTHER chance… I guess they just suck here… PERIOD. The girl was friendly this time but they offer ZERO help… EVER. They sit and talk about personal business but they can’t help find a vitamin or they see you «searching». They still do not offer any assistance. It’s really horrible. I went across to GNC. No more chances for you vitamin shoppe. No more.

I used to come here often. I needed to stock up on protein shakes and vitamins but ended up leaving because I felt so lost here… A rep came up to me to ask me what I was looking for so I explain to him my health goals and that I was changing my workout routines. Not only did it feel like he has no idea what to sell me but he seemed confused and I can feel that he was slowly backing away from me to avoid my questions. LOL.
I went to GNC across the street and spent a ton of money (they have so much good stuff there) but at least I felt like I was in good hands with them. Will be going to GNC from now on… Sucks because the store is HUGE!

I actually go here to get vitamins for my dogs. lol They have a whole section devoted to pet needs and have all the products that I want for my dogs. I do buy some proteins here, but I only buy when they are on sale. They also have a incentive program which gave me a $ 10 credit for my next purchase.

Very helpful staff. Walked in, ask about what I needed, both the guy and the girl said Hello to me. :) I got out of the door in less than 5 minutes. They had both products I’v asked for. Friendly service. The store seamed well maintained and clean. I would be back and I would recommend. Thank you!

So far, so good. The staff here is very helpful. The store is very clean and has a lot of natural brands that you can’t find at Vitamin World or GNC.
They also have a program where you get $$ back at the end of the year based on how much you spend. It’s not much, but it’s something. I wish they had more coupons/​promotions because expensive supplements are.well.expensive! :D

It was my first time here a few day ago & I was surprised at how big this store is, and by how helping & knowledgeable the staff is. Lots of great finds in this store, this store is bigger than most vitamin stores so they carry a lot more stuff.
