The Yeti is a very cool local bar to hangout at downtown, and not only for the reason that there’s a life-sized Yeti likeness in its front window. The drinks are reasonably priced, there’s usually a band playing at any given time, and the crowd is eclectic and pretty friendly. I love coming here before and/or after a concert next door at the Cain’s Ballroom. I don’t think they ever charge a cover for the general space, but sometimes they do in the side room which has club-like lighting that is used for certain events. The outdoor patio in the back is enormous, with a stage for live performances and ample picnic style tables all over. Come watch people dance with illuminated hula hoops, make some new friends, and enjoy yourself here at any given night of the week.

Super nice bartenders and awesome drinks. I come here every Wednesday for karaōke. Very nice spot right next to Cain’s Ballroom. Also an amazing place to see live music. I’ve seen a lot of cool bands and electro DJs. This is definitely my favorite bar in Tulsa by far. I’ve been to quite a few and none of them have the atmosphere that the Yeti does. Jonathan, Sam, Rachel and Andrew are super nice and make the best drinks. They’ll make pretty much anything you can imagine.

Yeti is a great downtown bar. There are local bands playing all the time, and they have a nice outdoor space. It is right next to Cain’s so it is always packed when there are shows there. Depending on when you go, the line for the bar can get pretty long. Drinks are pretty cheap, and they have a $ 5 shot and a beer with more beer choices than just PBR(I love a good PBR, but after a while you just want to mix it up a little). Yeti is a good place to hang out downtown, with plenty of space inside and out!

The Yeti is interesting if you have never been. Right next to Cain’s Ballroom this hole in the wall is good about bringing local talent in to preform. We usually go on Thursday nights.(It’s the sponsor bar for our kickball league) But I have been on a weekend night where there was a show and it was pretty dope. The crowd is a little off but who doesn’t love meeting someone new right? Check them out on Facebook for the talent lineup. Good Stuff!

This is a pretty cool spot. My cousin performed here & I wasn’t aware that it was separated(which is pretty dope). When you walk in, it’s a bar, then there’s a door on the right, that leads to a stage where live bands play. Located in a nice area surrounded by food trucks late night.

Fun little place. It is easy. No BS getting in and out and it is perfect for a quick drink before you go to the Cains to see a concert. They have another room for smoking so you don’t have to go outside. The bartender is a cute blond that is real sweet. They have a lot of beer on tap and 5.00 shot and beer specials.

The place was ok. Nothing special. The separate room with electronic music would have been more fun if it was warmer, temperature wise and décor wise.

I look upon Yeti like a proud father watching his son on the soccer field — not the best player out there but someone who’s made such progress this season. Yeti took over the space of the old dive bar, the Crystal Pistol. The bar is next to the famous Cain’s ballroom on N. Main Street. It will be busy before and after concerts at the Cain’s. Great bartenders despite the fact that they can be overwhelmed. Still figuring out which nights will be slammed and which are more calm, so staffing can determine how long you wait for a drink. Usually, you never have to wait. I was there this Halloween and the place was rockin’ with local young adults who play kickball. They sponsor the kickball league in town so the kids all flock there on Thursday nights to start the weekend a little early. There’s also a stage and live music inside and another one outside. The outdoor patio is amazing — a true urban bar. This place keeps improving and is building a great rep. Keep on keepin’ on, y’all.

Decent place and decent drinks and service, but whatever you do don’t start a tab with your debit or credit card. I went on a Saturday night and my bill was $ 47 and their processing company held up another $ 47 as a pending charge for almost a week. I’ve never had a place, outside of a hotel do this sort of thing. It’s probably best to always pay cash anyway, but if you are on a tight budget using a card here could put the squeeze on you until the point of sale charge clears.

Good stuff! Might even move to 5 stars with future visits… Something like this was much needed in this part of downtown. I didn’t even know it had opened until we ended up here on a Friday night after being frustrated by how smoky Caz’s was, and how loud the Hunt Club was(Soundpony promised to be equally loud). We just wanted to get drunk and talk! Then we came to the Yeti… super awesome in that it has two separate halves, the one you walk into first which is non-smoking and quiet enough to talk(and has both tables and BOOTHS!), and another side with live music and smoking. Perfect! They also have a pretty good local/regional beer selection which was the icing on the cake. I got a Mustang Washita Wheat(don’t make fun of me, I was already a few drinks in and wanted something light) and it tasted off… too sweet, like the keg had gone a little bad. I drank it anyway but had my boyfriend taste it too and he agreed, so when he went back to get another round he called it to the attention of the bartender who kind of blew it off like«no there’s no way there could be anything wrong with it, that’s just how it tastes»(not an uncommon response, but an annoying one). However, I contacted the Yeti on Facebook several days later just to let them know about the beer and they sent a super awesome response thanking me for letting them know and promising to inform their bartenders on how to properly handle these situations in the future… great customer service! I will be back for sure… I go out downtown frequently and this bar really fills a niche for me.
